One of those places you DON’T want to shop at.A good friend of mine bought his wife a $350 gift card. When she finally decided to use it, she was told it had expired! If that’s not illegal it is most certainly unethical. Such cards should NEVER expire. The store had the use of that money yesterday has a policy that enables them to essentially steal from their customers. No refunds, only credits and only 7 days to return.My wife had shopped their and spent a fair amount of money over a number of purchases. Yet, she was always treated as a stranger by rude clerks. Every time she ordered anything, she picked it up within 24 hours of being advised the item had arrived. Yet she was forewarned that items must be picked up within 5 days. Needless to say, she no longer she’s there. Plenty of other places to shop without petty, self-serving rules.

I love Panache! When I go in their I feel like I’m home. All the young ladies are so sweet and helpful, they get to know you and your style. When you go back they know you by name and they treat you like family! They always have quality clothing and the best jewelry selections. They even special order items for you! This is a local family owned business, when you shop here you are helping this family that in turn supports their community...... we love them!!!!

If there were more than 5 stars, PANACHE would get them! I love this store, its employees, the merchandise, and the ease with which I can shop...in store or online. A breeze! I usually ask for some assistance in making choices; the staff is well versed in knowing what looks good together and what is best for me. They have really helped expand my jewelry choices!

Panache is hands down one of the best boutiques on the coast!!! Their staff is top notch and you feel welcomed every time you walk in the door! They always know exactly what will and will not work with your body style as well as helping pick just the right outfits for you! They also have the largest selection and highest quality accessories around! Great place to shop for the perfect gift for someone as well! They have something for everyone!!! The owner is the sweetest person ever and her staff is fantastic!! The ladies really take their time to help you purchase the best gift for someone or for yourself. Great customer service is always guaranteed. This store has the best selection of jewelry and fashion. They also carry fashionable clothing for customers that need style to be a little more generous in fit!! Most importantly they support the community and military. You won’t be disappointed when you leave!!

Wow, This is insane. I have a credit at panache but they cant find my ticket. They have one paper trail of credits. And once someone uses it they dont record it.. they dont have a log... They just throw the ticket away. But still it must be me. . So there for I must have used it. If I even had a credit. The owner was extremely rude about it the whole thing. Making me out to be the one in the wrong. And they differently cant make mistakes. So its my loss. Over $100! But to me the money is not the worst part about this whole thing. Its the way the owner made me feel. Worst customer service I have ever experience and poorly ran business.
