Wish other retail places were like this one. Vic, the owner, even stopped over and said hello. Loved the nice new facility. They do it right over there.

I had new fobs made for my Town and Country car. Everything was good including the reasonable price… but the tech didn’t make them work in one area- as most do by just coming near the car and it unlocks automatically… so I’m wondering if they can still fix that…

Great experience! The whole staff was super friendly, respectful and well-mannered. Every staff member that walked through spoke and asked how I was doing, which made my day. The business was super clean, smelled good, neat and well maintained. They were playing some laid back music to set the atmosphere and to make sure you were comfortable and felt at home. They also have coffee, ice and water in the waiting area, which is great if you wanted to drink something while waiting. I went in for a oil changed today there and I was in and out in less than one hour. On top of my oil change, I also received a car wash/detail. Savannah was great, respectful and check me right in with no problems. Shes awesome and have a great work ethic as a high school student. I would definitely recommend Champion Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep to my family and friends and Ill be a returning customer. Thank you for the awesome service and great experience. I found a great deal in a quality used truck at Champion. I knew if I didn’t get there quick enough, someone else would buy the vehicle. Several other buyers were interested but my salesman, Bart, told them the truck was already sold. He could have very easily sold it to someone else for more money, but he didn’t. Peggy was instrumental in carrying out the online/text communications promptly and efficiently. Aaron provided quality pictures so that I could share the photos with a family member. Dazell was extremely proficient in taking care of the financial paperwork. This dealership has a well-built team and it shows. They were all professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. **UPDATE, October 30, 2021**When we purchased our car, we requested rubber floor mats. Unfortunately, they were not available, but the dealership agreed to order them and we would have them in 30 days. After the 30 day mark, we contacted Bart and the dealership on several occasions trying to get an update. Everyone at the dealership either ignored our inquiries or said they would track down the initial order, but with no results. No corrective actions were taken. We recently reached out to Bart, but did not receive a response. After almost three months, we have given up and realize the dealership is not going to honor their commitment.If integrity and follow through are characteristics you value in those you do business with, I suggest you look elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase.********************************Had a great experience with everyone at the dealership! This dealership has serviced my vehicle twice in the last few months. Both visits were very professionally handled.The most recent, the parts department had my replacement part in stock ( electronic brake pump) and the repair only took 1 day. Did not expect that given the large demand and short supply of these type of parts.Service writer was very helpful with check-in, updates and warranty options.

We purchased a 2017 BuicK Encore in August 2021 . Just made the 1st payment 2 days ago. Since taking possession of the car, it has spent one week in the shop for factory recalls. Had to replace battery at a cost of $173.00. Since replacing battery professionally, no radio, no On Star, totally black screen. All we are getting is the run around from the dealership. We are on the hook for $503.00 a month for a car that has spent more time running incorrectly, than not since we got it. Customer service is a joke.

I did a tire rotation which went fine but they reset my oil change counter for some reason. Now ill likely have to get an oil change earlier then needed to avoid going over the mileage.

Had transmission problems. Took it to Champion and they determined it needed replaced. I had a lifetime warranty by Chrysler, so they had to replace. Unfortunately, because of a number of factors (COVID-19, computer chip shortages, manpower shortages) I had to wait almost 6 weeks for truck to be repaired. It was no one’s fault but it was very frustrating. The workers at the shop were as professional as can be expected since they were out between a rock and a hard place with the customer and Chrysler. Kathy did a very good job. I’ve had my truck into Champion a few times in the past and they were superior in courtesy, professionalism, speed of repair, etc. This was a lousy time for major repair on any auto or truck. We all did the best job we could under the circumstances. I will definitely go back there when I buy another Ram truck.

We had an awesome EXPERIENCE with Champion! Our salesperson Ben Barr got us the best deal and picked a truck we loved the minute we saw it, we knew it was the one. I had my trailer brake control go out in my 2019 Ram 1500 truck while hauling my car to Cruisin The Coast in Mississippi.I spoke to Kathy in Service and I was able to bring my truck in right away. They diagnosed the problem. Rick in parts called around and found the part. He had it sent by UPS. The part arrived Thursday. Rick called me and let me know that the part was in. Repair was scheduled for first thing Friday morning. The tech, Alex, got on it right away. Truck was fixed in less than hour! I had never been to this dealer before and they treated me like I was a regular client. I was really disappointed with Champion. Im a really big dodge fan. Ive been to multiple different dodge dealership. I move around a lot because of my career. Ive had my dodge cars and trucks serviced at multiple different locations around the country and I must say this was the worst experience. I scheduled my appointment online but upon arrival was informed that it didnt exist. I still went ahead and got my vehicle serviced. I must admit that the service was pretty quick, but I wasnt offered any coupons or other services. The service tech was very nice and polite.

I stopped by to see if they could close my sunroof that was not closing properly. They were able to close it and now I can take it to a dealership where I live in Pensacola to have it properly fixed. The staff (Kathy) was especially nice and very helpful. With less than an hour to work on a Saturday the took me in right away and helped on a rainy day! Great people and gray service! Highly recommend!!!

My experience with Champion dodge is employees yell at customers and treat people horrible, employees lie repeatedly to customers and say it will take 3 hours to fix your car and charge you for 3 hours labor but inreailty they only take a half an hour to fix your car and cheat Americans, at 135 dollars an hour. These people are crooks. They wanted to charge me 50 dollars to wash my truck when I came in for a oil change.

This place was great!! They were happy to help with the programming of my new key fob, it was a quick, seamless process! Will be back for any of our service needs!

They only have one service tech and one finance guy so things that should take 40 minutes takes them a whole week. Got my Jeep though. I would recommend if they have the deal you are looking for or if you have an extreme amount of patience.

I can’t say enough good things about Champion, and especially Jake Fiello. He went above and beyond for a solid two weeks or better and delivered exactly what we were looking for. My parents have been using Champion for years, and after dealing with Jake and this dealership it’s clear to see why they go here.

Some of the people there are friendly and willing to help. Just don’t assume they have done everything they say. If your getting a used vehicle make sure they have done everything they say was done. Brakes were”checked” but driving it home from the dealership they failed and it caused and accident.

My first oil change. After buying my first Truck, a 2021 RAM limited, I received a booklet with multiple coupon vouchers with the 1ST oil change FREE. Cost would have been ONLY $50. I called CHAMPION to see about making an appointment.My last 3 cars were a VW Touareg, Mercedes 550 CLK convertible and Porsche convertible ( all costing more than $100 for an oil change). ALWAY had to make an appt and always waited 2-3 hrs.They were done in 40 min. In and Out. I love it.

I am traveling and had to take my truck in because it was throwing the service 4wd. Called Champion and spoke with Cathy. They are going above and beyond to help me. The dealership is brand new and they can work on and lift dually trucks like mine. I will only be in the area for a short stay but I would highly recommend their service department. Mark was very efficient and helpful. The mechanics figured out the problem, got back to me within two hours and told me what the problem was. Now we are just waiting on parts. I would recommend Champion to any and everybody.This is my Follow Up The date is 06/07/21. The part arrived and I was not notified that it had arrived. I had to call to find out that it had arrived after almost 5 weeks I was never called or updated. I made an appointment to get the harness installed.I dropped my Jeep off today as per the appointment time at Champion under the impression I would have the door harness installed in good time. I was quoted a labor fee of almost $400 for 3 labor hours of work. I dropped it off at noon, waited for 4 1/2 hours for a call. There was none. Finally, I called up to find out if my vehicle was ready. It wasnt. It hadnt even begun to be worked on. I was told they didnt know what happened with the vehicle that I would have too get a hold of the employee who originally wrote the ticket on the vehicle, who wasnt at work that day. So basically I wasted a whole day of my life waiting on INCOMPETENCE TO DO NOTHING.I took my vehicle with absolutely no apology and left. What began as a really good relationship spiralled into a chaotic CLUSTER F@#$. Dont waste time or your DREAMWALK here.

Service department is chaotic and the advisors are a bit rude but unfortunately that seems to be the trend in the service sector lately. Hopefully we get back to a level of good customer service like we had pre-pandemic/Biden era!!! On a positive note I was able to get in same day to get my oil changed even though they lost my paperwork and it took 45 minutes to pay the bill. Overall it was still a win I suppose.

Took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within 30 minutes! Excellent customer service from the minute I drove in until I drove off!

My fiancé and I spent about 100k with Champion and will never do it again! It took over 32 days to pay off a trade in and 26 days to send paperwork to our bank. The worst part was we couldn’t get a single call back from anyone in charge. They didn’t care about our issues once the sale was done. We have already begun spreading the word with our fellow Jeepers and this is only the beginning. Never ever go there! The Sales people are great but that’s where it ends. They clearly do not care about customer service.

Seriously……i will never go back. The a/c went out on my Grand Cherokee. It Would come on if I hit a bump and then would go off if I hit another bump which tells me, who is not a rocket scientist, that something must be loose. WellBetween the service technician tearing the trim on my dashboard when he took it all apart and then leaving spare parts in the back of my car and leaving for the day and leaving no report or status and then him leaving all together my car was not fixed. Then another technician took over the repairs and we were told it was fixed, that they took the wires out and cleaned them and put them back in. We went down and paid and it quit working before we got off the lot then The next diagnostic supposedly said the blower motor was needing replaced that was replaced and it cost us over $700 went to pick it up and it stopped working again we returned it for a third time and then we were told that the TPIM Which is a major part of a module that runs the electric system needed to be replaced and it cost $1000 My question was if it was such a major part how come the three or four times or five times that they had this car on the diagnostic it never showed that it needed to be replaced until after they replaced the blower motor. Now that it’s all said and done my air-conditioning is working and the new service manager that took over after the other service manager left and the two service technicians that worked on my car left the new service manager did make things right and the service people at the counter were polite and did the best they could. So that’s why I’ll give them one star.
