Went in to get my tie rod ends replaced as I had just moved to island and did not have the tools necessary to complete the job. They were very kind and “installed” the parts and aligned my vehicle. Upon completion they did not give me my old tie rod ends, which seemed odd. I figured out 6 months later while changing my oil that they did not install my tie rod ends, kept my new ones and charged me for the install. Be aware.

The service was great BUT I do hope someone in MWR sees this. You people need to expand the hobby shop. Its way to small for the ammount of customers that come through. I also heard they are understaffed. And modify the prices. Its a little too high for some things.The staff gets 5 stars. Not you MWR. You can do better.

The staff is always there to help with the lifts and getting the tools you need. Its a great place to work on your vehicle and get some effective and relevant advice from the knowledgable technicians that work there. The hourly rate for usage is very inexpensive and worth it. If youre in a hurry and need to drop your vehicle off for repairs or an oil change the staff also provides many services for reasonable rates and quality work. I definitely enjoy bringing my car here.
