Kudos to the Manager ( Shawn) at the Griffith, IN location! Not only is he knowledgeable and professional but his customer service skills are to be commended as well. I recently upgraded my phone and he took the time to very patiently answer all of my questions. He even told me that should other questions arise after I left, to feel free to call back and ask for him personally. ( which I did) He was just as courteous and patient over the phone as he was in person. I really appreciated that! Shawn definitely exceeded my expectations- if I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Shout out to Larry who changed my brother Mikes phone and SIM to T-Mobile under my account in ILLINOIS. Larry and Vanessa at the Addison, IL store coordinated changing 4 lines from Sprint to T-Mobile over 2 states. Boo-yah. Fast and accurate.

The young guy behind the counter was awesome but dont believe a sales person if they say if it breaks and we cant fix it, we will give you a new one its a refurbished one. I dont want someone elses problems. I have enough of my own. If a manager cant be available for customers with a problem, why have one? For this is give no stars.

Ive been customer serviced at many stores, but NEVER, as intelligently and efficiently as I have when Shawn helped me.I will be 70 in 2 weeks and I do know of which I speak.Shawn can help customers in a fast, proficient manner correctly, with a gentle courteous manner and perfect speech.He has a quiet, humble dignity which makes him shine as a human being.

After calling 5 other T-mobile stores to check to see if they had the phone Im looking for (They didnthave, but they let me know!) This store refuses to tell me if they even have the phone I want in stock, and says they will only tell me if I come in.

This time visit was not a great one. There was a long wait and my problem was not immediately solved. I have to wait until I get replacement glass shield in mail then take it back to the moble store to get it put on.

Service was great. Shawn showed me how to do things I didnt know on my phone. He backed up and switched my Sim card. He was good now lets hope my phone works better

Shawn was very helpful and very friendly. I had a issue with my Screensaver and my watch and he resolved my issue.

So I was in the store today. I walk in and there were 2 employees assisting 2 customers ok np now 15 min go by I’m getting agitated not because of the wait but the fact no one never acknowledged me now let’s fast forward I was waiting now for 35 min and a lady come in and instantly she gets greeting and told that someone will be with her shortly. The disrespect I felt was overwhelming and I hate to say it but of course the lady who the girl broke her neck to acknowledge was a older white woman

I bought a phone and plan from this store on the 9th and the gentleman who helped me was great but today I went in because the phone had problems and so we were going to do a swap. The lady helping me today told me there was none in stock and then told me I had no protection plan on the phone because it was denied even though the gentleman sold me it on the 9th when I bought the phone and service. So she tells me I have to the 20th to switch the phones and then she asks me if I still have my old phone? Im not using my old phone when Im paying for this new one. I asked her to put the protection on the phone and she told me she couldnt do that thankfully when I called T-Mobile they put the protection on the phone and they are sending me a new phone tondo a warranty swap they also told me the lady at the store was able to put this protection on this phone there and they said they dont know why she didnt. Lesson learned when you want something done right do it yourself

The wait time is HORRIBLE! They make you wait more than 30 minutes with no we’re to sit! They move so slow with no time management even when people are waiting in line ..

As a new customer looking to switch over from AT&T, I went to my nearest store which was this one. We asked our sales person for any deals or promotions we could take advantage of and were told no, so we proceeded by adding two lines with no promotions. The next day I went on the website and realized I couldve taken advantage of the carrier freedom deal and I could still redeem it 30 days after beginning new service. So I went back to the store only to be told that they DID offer me this promotion(which was not true) and that they didnt have to honor it for me. They would be doing me a courtesy by doing so they said. I got a lot of attitude and disrespect by the associate Taylor and ESPECIALLY the store manager Connie. Long story short, I was charged $50 for adding on the promotion a few days later and they completely screwed up my entire transaction due to their lack of knowledge.I DO NOT recommend this store what so ever. It was a complete waste of my time, was wronged, over charged and given lots of bad attitude for no reason. Connie couldve handled my situation but instead it took me calling customer service to receive the help I needed over the phone. Thank you to the team of experts in Springfield for resolving my issue! Thank god I do not have to deal with those people in the store ever again.

I had to upgrade my phone. Went into this location. Was initially helped by Thiara whom was extremely nice and helpful, and answered all my questions. I was also assisted by Christopher and the other ladies that work here. Service was great love my new phone, with service like this I will always be a T-Mobile customer. Thank you.

I cannot express enough gratitude of your team member Thiara R. at the Griffith, IN store. Her compassion to help others truly makes me wish she was in the nursing field (also a nurse), none the less your company is truly blessed to have her on your team. No one wants to unexpectedly have to get a new phone, and thats where Thiara showed her genuine compassion. She took her time with the whole process allowed me to think things over, never rushing me. Went above and beyond by showing me all options. I even came in with my grandma who is on the deficit side of technology, and Thiara again extended her understanding and compassion to questions that 1) to me seemed rhetorical and 2) repeated questions. She helped explain and elaborate everything from phones to plans and everything in between. I feel as though she truly exceeds her job description by going above and beyond. & to close this out I want to again state that the T-Mobile company is beyond blessed to have a team member such as Thiara on their team.

I wont know until I get my new phone.

I had an issue with my new phone and when I went to the store I was told that the phone was destroyed and there was nothing they could do. I was able to go somewhere else and get it fixed. Shame in those two associates for trying to scare me. Its sad because I will never go to this location Ill drive further away to hopefully deal with someone who will be more helpful.

The staff is very helpful and nice, however waiting time is too long and the stores needs a sitting area.

Just making this as like a public service announcement place has been robbed by gunpoint twice sentence opening in early summer so relatively dangerous and risky to go to just drive the few extra miles the Highland store might be kind of an inconvenience but at least youre like 500% less likely to have a robbery there Not saying its impossible just saying its probably worth the trip And for all you people putting the services is rude they been robbed by gunpoint twice there probably on edge every day at work and scared for their own well-being dont blame them
