Employees were very helpful and even tgough part lpoking for was out on shelf they double check in back and gave me phone number for the next nearby Ace to check for part.

We go for propane tank refills (for our grill) and to get keys made. Everybody is always friendly and able to help. We get in and out quickly without any problems

They are always very helpful to me this trip they didnt have what I needed know one in TRI county area did.The whole united states is on back order! 😂 Also they have hired a new guy very smart and helpful

Every time Ive ever visited this store the customer service was excellent. The store is well stocked with most anything youre looking for. This store is spacious and clean. The only issue is that employees were not wearing mask. And, during these times thats a big issue for me. So, to each person shop your health. If you dont care about the wearing of mask this is the best hardware store to shop at. If, you do care Id wait until after the pandemic to shop here. But, its an awesome hardwood store!

Very friendly staff. I got a great price on an extension ladder which had a $10 rebate the cashier applied. I live 45 minutes away and called to ask if they could hold one for me. They had one remaining in stock and agreed to hold it. They are usually the only place around with good quality pinestraw for a low price, but were out. The employee who brought my ladder out to my SUV apologized for not having any. He wished me safe travels as I tied down the ladder to the luggage rack.

I just called this location and I got an expert about garden hoses and sprayers in only one person. The lady transferred me and the guy knew exactly what I was needing and now I can shop for the products. Im going to shop ace hardware first every time in the future.

Very friendly and helpful folks. We just needed some wire ties but got caught up in other things they hav. Like for instance, some chocolate wax melts, all kinds of grill accessories. We just took our time and looked around for a while and the staff made sure to ask us if we needed help finding anything. Just a great place to go for all your odd and ends.

I ordered a Weber natural gas grill from them during the Covid 19 lockdown. As soon as they began delivering again, they assembled the grill and delivered to me. The employees at Ace Hardware of Griffin go out of their way to help you find what you need. I have ordered several items for my yard and for my camper. I have not been disappointed with any of my purchases. Items I have ordered arrived in a timely manner and the person who placed my order called me as soon as they arrived. I could have probably saved a dollar or two in the short term by going to a big box store but very much doubt I would have been as satisfied. Highly recommend..

I work in on a Thursday morning as they were opening. There were three gentleman and the young lady behind the counter standing there as if waiting on a customer. I politely asked is there someone that can make me a key please? The three gentlemen stood there and gazed at each other back and forth as if no one could answer that question. Im disabled so I tried to walk in with my cane and it turned out to be more walking than I can handle. I asked two of the three gentlemen if there was somewhere I could sit down and the rest for a moment? Both of them said no and made no attempt to acquire me something to sit on. Up to this point I have had no problem with Ace Hardware I would much rather spend an extra dollar or two and get the personal service that comes with smaller hardware store. Will my sister went out to the car and got my Walker as I stood in terrible pain and out of breath. Still no one seemed bothered by this. So when she got back with the Walker I set down in it and scooted backwards along the Isles to look at some other things I was interested in while I was there. To my surprise one of the gentlemen kept following my sister and myself as if to be making the assumption that we were there to shoplift. He would ask from time to time if I needed help and I would have explain, that sure we are fine thank you. Go down a little further down the aisle and then you come again just stood there watching. Few moments would pass but he again would ask is there anything I can help you with and I would kindly reply nicer thank you anyways. This one on the entire time we were in there for about 15-20 minutes. The problem I have is that when I own my own business before I get disabled and walked in Ace Hardware the gentleman would come hastily to see if they can help me which was one of the reasons I shopped there. There were no wheelchairs there are no electric carts or no empty 5-gallon buckets that I could sit down on. So if youre disabled this is not the place for you to shop.

Ace is the place! They have the best service.

Not as good as it used to be but still a very good, well-supplied hardware store. They have difficult to find fasteners. However, their fasteners are more expensive than the other local stores that sell hardware. Their service has gone downhill mostly because they have young employees and the older employees have retired. That leaves them with a lack of knowledge and experience. I go to the store when I cant find an item anywhere else. Mostly because their prices are not as good as other local stores selling the same items and Im not talking about Walmart.

Really didn’t even want to put 1 Star here but there isn’t an option for zero stars. Very poor service provided ....and by the Manager at that. He refused to cut the correct key for me insisting that the one I told him would work was the “same key” that he had already cut. Well, he was of course wrong. I went to Home Depot and got exactly what I asked him for and it worked perfectly. Of course, I am now out the $5 I paid him for the original key, but I promise you this store will never get another dime from me. I refuse to tolerate poor service!
