If I could give no stars I would. My mother has been a customer with SEARS for over 30 years and I’m highly upset on how she was recently treated at Grenada’s SEARS Hometown Store. Stay far away from this location. The manager is rude, disrespectful, and doesn’t have any customer service skills. He tried to offer my mother $40 under the table for an $800 appliance the delivery guy damaged! The manager did not handle this properly at all. He should be fired immediately. We will no longer shop at this store.

Our refrigerator went out 2 1/2 weeks ago. My husband Sonny went to Grenada, Mississippi store on 5/1 and ordered us a white side by side refrigerator. He was told to expect in store 5/14. The refrigerator came in Thursday and he was told would be delivered Friday or Saturday at the latest. No delivery Friday so Sonny called this morning to see when would be delivered today. The woman that answered the phone said she did not see a work order for us and hung up on him. I called back 20 times and she did not answer phone once. We drove to Grenada to the store I asked to see the manager she said did not know where he was and would not call him. I asked for his name she bristled and finally gave first name Gary. Same with deliveryman Baker she said. Never would give her name said was irrelevant. Finally said would deliver Monday. This store needs to be overhaul top to bottom. Cash was paid and we expected the contract to be met. I would not recommend this store to anyone. A formal complaint is also being filed with corporate office. The woman who was representing the store as a customer service clerk needs training before she works with customers again.

I tried to buy a lawnmower in Grenada MS. The check was a finance co.check, they dismissed it wouldnt except. Huskavarna! !! I went to Calhoun County to western auto and didnt have a minutes problems. Bought Troy built at Hawkins western auto.

I only visited this location to get a refund for an online order that was never shipped. Dealing with customer service online was a nightmare and they kept shifting the blame to the local store for weeks. Finally went inside the store and the refund was executed timely. I have no faith in Sears, but I cant blame the local store for that.

Love this store!!! Recently needed a new washer, mine went out. They sold my husband one off of the floor and I didn’t have to do without. Got a great deal on a new shark vacuum same day....I have purchased every single appliance from them for the last 9 years and cannot complain!! Highly recommend!

Does take them long to unload driver but the parking lot to small for a truck driver to back in,Grenada ms.

Long story but do not go here for anything. We picked out a dishwasher, told the salesman we needed the old one removed and new one installed. We was told they do that. Delivery day comes around, delivery guy brings an unboxed dishwasher and says where you want it put. Umm in the place the old one is, he says we dont install nor remove old unit. Hmmm well we was told yall do. Same response they dont install just deliver. Come to find out they sold us a display dishwasher, didnt order us a new one, just took us for dummies. Owner said she would look into it. Never heard back from her. I would give 0 stars. Horrible service from my hometown Sears. 👎

I do business with home town people. You know who you are buying from and its quality products. I will keep buying from them because the sales and the service cant be beat.

Ordered dryer for myself about a month ago. Went to pick it up but lady at counter was very short with me. Went around to be loaded and the item was slid into my truck and nobody ever spoke to meOrders a dryer for DELIVERY for my mother. Supposed to be delivered today. I got all the emails and time slot was 1-3 pm. Was supposed to call morning before delivery. At 3:30 still no call and no delivery update of any kind. Very unprofessional. Sitting here not making money waiting on an item with no clue if its even coming as the emails say it is. Sears is a good store but I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE
