They make sure to get all the details needed to ensure the order is filled to specification and in a timely manner, whether we are looking for road signs, site specific notice boards, or custom banners. Terrible experience overall. They asked me for measurements, I gave them the exact measurement of the sign. They didnt even bother coming out beforehand to confirm that the measurements were correct. They charged me over $1000 to make it and were supposed to come out three separate times to install it. Then charged me another $415 for installation. In the end I paid about $1000 for the sign (which was a few inches too small) and over $500 for installation (when nothing ever got installed!). Then they had the nerve to tell me it was going to cost $1100 for a new sign and install like this was routine for them. I asked for at least a partial refund of the installation and they said they could not refund me for the installation because they already paid the installer for his time. Keep in mind, the only thing thats been done to my buildings sign at this point is the cover being taken off the light box. Not to mention, even when I asked for the sign I paid for they told me I wouldnt be able to get it until mid next week - like I dont have a business to run or something. Anyway, now Im headed out to the installers location which is 30 minutes away to pick up the sign I regrettably paid for. Dont put yourself in this position, go somewhere more professional.

FASTSIGNS in Greenwood was a huge help. They were able to provide us a great product for a last minute trade show sign when our local company in Columbus, IN was unable to help. Everyone I worked with was happy to help get the project done quickly (a Friday order to a Monday pick-up) with no hesitation. The product is high quality and exactly what we wanted. The price was also as expected with no rush fee or extra shipping. Every time we have used this FASTSIGNS location, they have happily provided quick service with great quality.

I just went to see if they could do what I needed with a sign for my truck and they were right on it and measured my tailgate couple days they was able to take my tailgate inside and install the sign at a fair price it was quick and it looks really awesome

Weve used Fastsigns for years at Emmanuel Church. FastSigns has really done a great job for my business. I called another sign company in the Greenwood area and basically they wanted me to do all the leg work for them. As a new business owner trying to start up a business I dont have the time to measure, photograph, etc. in order to get a quote. The company that I work for had both an interior and exterior sign produced and installed by FastSigns and we couldnt be happier with the results. The products are high quality and have exceeded the expectations that we had. Its always difficult to really picture what a finished product will look like based on an artwork proof, but both products were true to the proofs provided to us in terms of color and design. Additionally, the installation process was exceptional. We had a bit of a snag in the installation of our exterior sign because of structural problems in the foundation. The installers did whatever was necessary and ordered new hardware that they normally do not carry to resolve the issue. I feel that many other companies may have expected us to hire contractors to change the foundation to fit what they wanted, but FastSigns instead ordered additional hardware to work with the foundation that we already had. We couldnt be happier with the outcome and I would recommend FastSigns without hesitation. Thank you!
