Simple location. Not much to say other than the cookies were incredibly decadent and you definitely only need 1 to yourself or want to share but I bought a ton for a friends gathering and they loved all the flavors.A con is that if you want to order online you have to download their app and make an account. I didnt care for that so I had to go in and just make the order in person. Its pretty inconvenience if you dont eat crumbl on a daily basis and want to order for pickup.
I really love cookies. Sadly, I was not impressed with Crumbl. Ive only been once, and every cookie flavor, is the exact same base almond/sugar cookie, loaded with different flavored frosting type topping.If youre looking for a good chocolate chip cookie, or molasses, or Snickerdoodle etc... an actual baked cookie flavor, this is not your place.If youre looking for richly flavored cupcake frosting on top of a sugar cookie, then youll love it!
10 Stars .. Amazing cookies from a work event bought me in today. The staff was so incredible and friendly and the cookies are just as amazing as the ones at the event. With the great cooloes and the staff being so kind I want to buy cookies everyday now! Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone
Cookies were gooey in the middle. Soft, warm and tasty. We went around 8 and it was still busy. They were running out of quite a few flavors/toppings by that point, so I would suggest going earlier in the day. The wait was about 20 mins for 6 cookies. Maybe ordering online and picking them up would be quicker.

Anyone who has been here before knows this place is exactly like Buffalo wild wings. They’ve got a food that’s irresistible but the customer service and quickness that is the worst in the industry. It’s always a dilemma choosing between getting super frustrated with their customer experience, ordering through the app, and waiting forever in a line that says you’re the first spot versus not getting your precious cookie. I’m not sure why I go back. I definitely would not go here and would support someone else.
So normally I don’t write any reviews unless I feel like something is off. Normally I love getting Crumbl cookies and love sending them as gifts. Recently we had a family loss, so I ordered Crumbl cookies for a gift for my brother. And they were delivered an hour late, and when the delivery guy called my phone, I was currently at work checking someone out. Then he called again, so I answered and I explained to him I was at work and if he could give me a sec, and then he quote said, “time is money”. Yes I understand you are doing multiple deliveries but you can still wait one second. Very sad because after this experience I don’t think I will be ordering from Crumbl
Unbeknownst to me, my sister had your delicious and beautiful cookies delivered and I thought they were from someone else. When I told her I didnt receive them, your location promptly redelivered them to me again. Your customer service and product is exemplary. Crumbl never disappoints! The cookies are so soft and chewy, but are fully cooked. So many places underbake their cookies to keep them soft. I love that they change flavors regularly but always have classic sugar and chocolate chip.
They are slow on their service and dont top their cookies properly. Its usually about 1/2 as much as youd expect looking at the photos and videos they promote with. This is based on ordering cookies over 10 times and being disappointed at the results 85% of the time.The wait is usually really long even if you order ahead, even when Ive arrived at not busy times.This is also a really bad location for curbside pick ups. There is not adequate space on the road based on the traffic it gets to have 5+ cars parked on the curb.Their hot cookies are better cold.They also list they they serve ice cream on the app but dont actually sell it at this location.

Don’t get me wrong, The cookies are super yummy! But the last couple times I have ordered from the Greenwood Village location, the cookies that should have been warmed were not very warm. I just wish they were more consistent with how warm they bring out the cookies and have them actually be warm.
I love Crumbl. Cookies are the best I’ve ever had. Every time.Not so sure why this location has so many rude employees. I placed a curbside order and sent my wife to pick it up. When she got there I tried hitting ‘I’m Here’ on the app but because I wasn’t physically there, it wouldn’t work. Very rudely the guy tells her how ‘simple’ it is and she should be able to check in on the app. No one was helpful.I’ll be back because I love the cookies but not to this location.

I have become addicted to this place. I ordered once a week for the family so we are always trying new flavors. In store experience is always top notch. Friendliest staff, and it is always extremely spic and span inside the store. If you order delivery, door dash does it in my area, and they arent always reliable. I had been having terrible experiences of waiting hours for delivery, and then one time, they just never came. When I reached out to the store about it, the person I spoke with and the manager were able to work with me to figure out what happened, refunded my order, and allowed me to come pick up my order. No issues when I went inside and explained what happened. I was very, very impressed. Then, about an hour ago, I ordered a 4 pack. It was here so fast, the cookies were actually still warm. So in love with this place :) will support any business that works on improving themselves. Thanks Crumbl for all the sugary goodness!!
Easily able to order through the app for curbside and in person on the touchscreen ordering. When in person can add your phone number to the order to make sure you get rewards easily too.

The cookies are delicious. However, do not order curbside. Have watched 20+ people who walked in after I ordered leave with their orders. Whatever system they have in place, serves the folks inside before curb.
Excellent cookies! Exceptional service and delivery! Ordered a birthday box online on a Sunday and it was delivered 1st thing the next morning, which happened to be a holiday. Wow! The site did offer cold milk with the delivery, but the store didn’t have any. Too bad! That won’t stop me from ordering again!
These cookies are ridiculous. Somebody sent them to one of my kids at home, delivered fresh and warm, for a get well gift after surgery. A few weeks later the business manager ordered some for a staff treat. Honestly, I don’t care what they cost, they are SO GOOD. Soft-baked and scrumptious. A challenge for anybody’s self-sugar-regulator.

Before I lose myself in this review, Crumbl does NOT disappoint! So, let me set this up for you: I’m off today, the boyfriend has me set up for Mulan tonight and all I needed was a cookie fix. Search thru DoorDash and although I’d seen reviews about Crumbl before, I was thinking yeahhhhh rightttt. So. I place an order of 12 (I’m thinking they have to last the weekend) and add a request for an assorted order. A few minutes later, DD drops them off (handless handoff):) and rings the bell. When I open the door, I’m all like Ooooo Pink! My Favorite! And proceeded to pick them up one handedly—I mean it’s a box of cookies, right? WRONG! That thing was heavy! I almost dropped it! I actually gasp because now Ms Greedy (me) is super excited. When I tell u I squealed when I opened the box, that’s exactly what I did! I immediately thought (again)...these are NOT just cookies! These Bad Boys are HUGE (yes, I’d seen the online photos...but seeing them in person, another thing entirely)! So suffice to say, Ms Greedy (me) is one SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER (evident in the finger swipe in the cream cheese and caramel while breaking a chocolate chip cookie in half for a taste test). 😉😉😉😉😉😉😉😉Try this place! The place is super clean and has great service. All of the employees are welcoming and helpful! The cookies are wonderful, highly recommend trying if you are looking for a delicious cookie (or ice cream) place! They can deliver to your house and do catering which is awesome! Crumbl is truly amazing and my kids beg to go every week😂
I was hesitant to try this place solely based on the reviews saying negative stuff... But Ive never once experienced any negatives here. People working are always friendly and constantly moving, delivering cookies curbside and serving them at the counter. Theyve always had the flavors I wanted, Ive never been skipped over, and I dont think Ive ever waited for longer than 10 minutes even ordering in-store, and not ahead of time. The cookies are always gigantic and fresh and soft, and they actually last forever, if only because I can only eat half at a time. Definitely, highly recommend giving them a fair chance!
If you are thinking of ordering from here it makes more sense to just go your self instead of ordering delivery. They made sure to serve multiple people that entered the store after me while I was waiting on a delivery order. The employee seemed higher than a kite and took his sweet time for my order

Ordered online (4 pack) for curbside pickup. Hit the “I’m here” button & watched the employee walk out the door & turn around and walk right into the store. No effort was made to locate vehicle ALTHOUGH I was in plain sight. Then I have to go in & I have to call an employee over to be helped…. The cookies are amazing however the customer service lacks hence 3 stars 😔

Cookies are delicious. Only complaint is that they change the menu weekly so if there are ones you don’t like then you are stuck for a whole week. Aside from that these cookies are always warm and tasty while lasting a couple days tasting fresh!

I completed a delivery order with the Greenwood Village location and waited over an hour and a half but nothing showed up. I called the store only to learn they had no delivery person on site so I requested a refund which I have still yet to receive… SUPER disappointing when paying $25 for 4 cookies.
Every time I treat myself to crumble I am always happy. Their service is kind and friendly, the cookies always are a 10/10 and so fresh. You an never go wrong with crumble.

I will rate every crumble cookie I go to 5 stars just for the fact that the cookies are fresh with gourmet dough and they have new cookies every week. If anyone anywhere in Denver wants something sweet go here I have yet to find a better place to get sweet confections than crumble. And any one who goes to insomnia just hasn’t tried crumble yet that simple crumble even delivers and is open til 10. I have tried every batch since October and have yet to be disappointed. Watching there videos on there app is literally food p**n every Sunday.

Its time for them to employ their own delivery drivers and stop using Doordash. Know how many of my last 15 orders were delivered on time to my clients? ZERO. Know how many were more than a full hour late? Over half. And this is with me ordering them the day before. Getting charged a $9 delivery fee to have cookies show up late every time is pretty bad.
I really wish they had a better chocolate chip. The milk chocolate looks better than it tastes. I’ve enjoyed other varieties though.

My original rating was 5 stars but lately the quality has gone down drastically. The cookies are now too big for the box, I ordered two 4 packs and the cookies barely fit. Youd think it was a good thing until you see the toppings packed high to the box. It was too much coconut, the whip on the strawberry cookies looked like there was no piping in the bag, the fruit tart cookie was all broken up. The box was sticky from toppings a name was scratched off the box. It just was not good, there is no quality control anymore. No one is following the recipes or instructions like before. I love love love crumble but this location is not it. Ill go back to getting my cookies from the castle rock location.

Holy cow! These are the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. I love that they have rotating flavors every week and I super appreciate the curbside pick up. I will say the ordering experience on the app and website are difficult but I don’t have the heart to remove a star. The cookies are just so darn delicious!!!
I ordered a set of cookies from this store using the curbside service. The service was good, but I discovered when I got to my destination that my order was completely wrong. I can only imagine that my order was switched with someone elses. I called the store to let them know that the order was incorrect, and I was told that there would not be a credit/refund, and I would have to drive all the way back to the store to get the correct location. So, my money was wasted in the end on something I didnt order and was not my fault. Not great customer care with that mistake.
Compared to the other locations this one is definitely weaker. I ordered curbside and they never brought it out to my car. I went inside and after waiting in line they said, ‘ oh we never saw you.’ When I got back in my car I looked in the box, and the cookies were slid on top of each other even though I held the box straight walking to my car. The other locations will put the iced sugar cookies in a parchment wrapper but this one did not and half the icing was melted. Disappointed because I usually like this place.
Been to various Crumbl locations and have never had a bad experience.I recently came to this location was disappointed in the lack of customer service. I shouldn’t have to stand by the counter for over 10 minutes before someone acknowledges me and takes my order. Absolutely ridiculous, I almost got to the point of walking out.Not sure it’s worth my time to come here again.
Man, I love their cookies, but they need to figure out their business process. I shouldn’t be able to order and pay in advance for cookies that won’t be available when I pickup. Not to mention that the employees didn’t ask what I wanted as a substitute for 2/4 cookies, they just something random in that wasn’t even on the menu? Why even have an app if my choice is to wait in line or not get what I ordered.

From the deliciously warm, fresh out the oven cookies, the exceptionally clean store, and the positive attitudes of staff, I plan on making Crumbl a weekly outing as the summer month approach. Cookies are good, wish they had peanut butter as a standard weekly. The worst thing is company wide they require you to download their app in order to do curbside or online ordering. Why must something that is meant to make it easier for your customers be made into an entire process?

Terrible customer service. The app that you are forced to use to do an online order is such a hassle. Sent my daughter to pick up my order and because I myself wasn’t physically there it wouldn’t allow me to notify them to bring my order out through the app. So I called the store and was told the order would be taken out to her. She waited 15 mins and nothing. She goes inside to get it and that act like they don’t know what she’s talking about. I get on the phone with someone who sounds like a manager and instead of apologizing for any troubles, she lectures me about how next time I need to be able to hit “I’m here” on the app for me to get my order.

Such good cookies, the staff is always so bright and fun and make the visit even better. I’ve only had one issue where the driver got lost during a delivery I ordered (it happens a lot getting to my apartment), and they were helpful and patient with me while we found her and got it all sorted out! Came for the cookies, kept coming back because of the staff.
I purchased a caramel popcorn cookie. The cookie is a buttery cookie with caramel/cream cheese frosting topped with caramel corn and caramel drizzle. The cookies are very rich and tastey. The cookie size is rather large which is a bonus. However, I took one star off for the prices, which I thought were incredibly high for cookies. One cookie is $4.00, one dozen (12) is $28, and 4 cookies is around $11.00. I was also disappointed with the limited variety of cookies offered. Today they had chocolate chip, hazelnut churro, frosted raspberry lemonade, and caramel popcorn. The frosted raspberry lemonade was out of stock at 3pm with ~1 hour wait. Overall, the cookies were delicious and the experience was unique. I would come for the experience but wouldnt be a regular customer.
