I walked into the store 10 min. Before closing due to my very busy schedule and the lady that works there had outstanding customer service. As soon as I walked in, I apologized for coming in right before closing and she treated me as if I were their first customer of the morning. She didnt rush me at all. She helped me find a gift for my mom (Mothers Day) and even helped me get on their rewards system. Not only that but she gift wrapped my moms gift. I will definitely be back and again. I appreciate the amazing customer service!

Fabulous boutique in the heart of Greenville! Carrie, the owner, and the sales associates go above and beyond to help you find the perfect piece, regardless of your body type. There is something for everyone! Their loyalty program also ROCKS! You get 1 point for every $1 spent full price in the store. Once you reach 500 points, you receive a $20 gift card. How awesome is that?!?! Be sure to stop by and see their great selection! Hands down the best womens clothing store in Greenville.

I love their social media posts! Posts with the newest LP arrivals entice me to shop at Pink. The sales staff is friendly and attentive. Even if you dont consider yourself a Lilly Person, there is a great selection to choose from at Pink!

I have never been in the store, but called them today in hopes they had a specific dress that was out of stock EVERYWHERE. I wish I had gotten the name of the associate that helped me (so I can give her proper credit), but she was above and beyond helpful! She informed me that the dress style I wanted was running large and said she had the size down from what I was looking for in stock. I immediately told her I wanted to order it! It was a seamless process and I look forward to shopping with them again! Several other stores I called before I found them were far less helpful, and that’s a shame considering I was ready to hand over my money.

This is one of my favorite, Lilly Pulitzer Stores to come to when I come to Greenville, NC! I always stop at this Lilly Store, when I travel to Greenville, to see my Son @ East Carolina. They have the best selection of Lilly Pulitzer clothing to choose from. I always have to buy a few outfits (4-5) to keep me “happy “ for a month :) ~~haha ....or...Until it’s time to come and visit my son again...So it’s like a gift for mom for having to drive so far to see him...;)This store has a bunch more of sales racks compared to some others I have been too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They usually have a good variety of sizes to choose from. So if you get a chance to come by this Lilly Pulitzer Store in Greenville, NC. check them out! You will love it!

Very unprofessional. PayPal decided to withhold half of my payment from the store. Dont know why, but it did, which is odd because the other order I placed with them and half of this orders payment cleared quickly without issue. The owner (I am assuming) emailed me telling me I needed to call PayPal so they could ship my items. Both payments cleared my checking account and went through on my end. PayPal said nothing they could do for me, it was on the business. The owner said it my fault the PayPal didnt go through quick enough. It was ridiculous. Then she refused to ship the items that were paid for, holding the entire order until the last little bit was no longer pending settlement. That frustrated me. I felt it was wrong to hold the half the order that was paid for and not ship it with the first order (no extra shipping costs for her). When I told her that she approached everything wrong and I was very upset at her behavior, she BLOCKED me being able to email the business. No rude words, no inappropriate language, just a you handled this whole thing badly. If she never have fussed at me because PayPal held the money from her, I never would have known that she held what I paid for hostage while the other part of the payment cleared. What if I had a issue with the order? Poor customer service.Stinks, because I really wanted to continue shopping here. But unless Carrie apologizes for her behavior, I cant see me risking spending money and not knowing when shell ship out the order.TLDR: PayPal issues on her end that she didnt know how to handle. Owner is rude and unprofessional. Held shipment for part of order though payment cleared and received. BLOCKED email communication when I took issue with her behavior.Edit to add: her email stated It has nothing to do with our end it is your PayPal account. No idea why one order did an echeck and why they cleared half the amount but not the other half. To repeat, she blocked my email address. BLOCKED my email. Draw your own conclusions, I’ve contact Lilly Pulitzer as well to tell them about her behavior.
