Love this spot! They have an incredible selection of craft beer you won’t commonly find anywhere else. Really cool that you can browse their for sale selection while you sip your beverage. Nice outdoor seating as well, just overall a great vibe.

Excellent place! I love the decor & the staff were wonderful- Mike the owner & Bunny make you feel right at home & welcomed. Theres so many choices on tap & in the fridges, theres something for everyone as well as some cheeses & snacks. The hot dog truck was incredible with very unique combinations.

The community tap has a great atmosphere, great beer, and great service! We love to go in the evening and get dinner from one of the good trucks while we enjoy our beverages.

Love sitting out on the back porch, munching on brussel sprouts from Automatic Taco, drinking delicious beer, and hanging out with friends. Love spending evenings at the Community Tap.

Knowledgeable staff, extensive selection of packaged wines, ciders, and beer. 20 taps with local and national brews on draft. Smaller but thoughtful list of wines and ciders by the glass. Consistent food truck presence and plenty of seating indoors and out. Comfortable when flying solo for a post-work drink or with a group for a lunch time meeting.Update (COVID) - holy wow did they do a phenomenal job adapting to the chaos that is COVID in South Carolina. From getting inventory online and available for purchase to staff being available, helpful, and kind. Love them even more than I did before!

Beer was great, service great, but got chastised for not wearing a mask at bar (rolling eyes) to get beer. Not sure if well be back. Too bad, weve been coming here for many years.

Great beer pub with a very creative assortment of carefully selected draft beer. If you tell the bartender what you like hell recommend 3 - 4 selections to try. Its a cool space for conversation and the beer store has the most amazing selection of craft and specialty beer. Its rare for a beer store to have one of my favorites and this one had 3 of my top five! I bought two and took them home to get them on ice. Cheers!!!

Just great. The guys here really went above and beyond to make a surprise birthday gift from a distance possible! They took the time to really delve into the background of the wine when my mother went to go pick up the gift. Also, great selection. Highly recommend.

There’s so much I could say about the beloved Com Tap. Hands down, they have the best wine and beer selection in town. The staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The online ordering/curbside pickup process during the pandemic was absolutely flawless, not to mention convenient. I’m constantly learning about and trying new wines which makes the experience all the more fun. An excellent addition to Greenville!

Love Community Tap and would consider it my local if I went out enough to frequent and have a local! No condescending comic book store guy attitudes here- the staff are knowledgeable, but are friendly and happy to answer questions. Great beer selection and they even offered to special order for me (thanks for the Victory Prima Pils)! Nice selection of wine. Also, some food (cheese, charcuterie, conservas) if you want to to make some pintxos.

Everybody was fantastic, making the best of the current situation. Didnt have your typical beverage list so was unfamiliar with the different brews but the bartender worked to find something that appealed to my taste. Would definitely go back

Awesome beer selection, both for drinking on site and for purchase to take home. Food is not served indoors but can be purchased from food trucks in the parking lot and brought inside. Check their website for the food truck schedule. They close early (since its a tasting room and not a bar) so be ready to leave on time!

Great beer, but they really need to be open later. There is a huge segment of the population that would love a late night beer. Bars are a fixed cost business where after those costs are met, high profits can be achieved. This means that later hours can lead to significant profits.

Umm, they have GREAT beer and wine, with the best staff ever. Need more from your neighborhood craft beer spot? I think not!

As a first-timer, I had no idea what to expect from The Community Tap, which turns up on my Instagram feed on the regular. I knew there was alcohol and food trucks and stopped in with my husband for a glass of wine and a snack when the Going Coastal truck was there. The food was very good and the folks making it were even more awesome, but this isnt a review of Going Coastal.The woman I ordered wine from wasnt particularly pleasant or helpful. There was quite a crowd the day we went, which made for limited seating and a rushed feeling overall. Folks understandably wanted to sit and so we ate and left pretty quickly when we really had showed up to relax. As places to hang out go, this wasnt my favorite but five stars for the Going Coastal food truck! As for The Community Tap, I love that theyre supporting the food truck owners and that they offer a diverse beverage menu. There were tons of options to choose from, enough to overwhelm this first timer. A little Community Tap staff attention wouldve made all the difference.

From the moment you step in that place they give you a nice feeling. Very comfortable hosts, it is a happy restaurant to pass time with your friends or with your date. Excellent meals, creative chef, modest cost and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

The wine selection is the best in town and maybe the only to be trusted. Their prices for bottles are fair, and have more upscale options for special occasions. Service is lovely and will take time to help you find what you will enjoy. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Love this place. Its a cozy place with wines and beer for sale to take out. But its also a bar. Outstanding selection of everything. They also have a different selection of food trucks that come each night on a rotating basis. The porch is nice in summer and kept warm in winter (boy its loud in a rainstorm! Still cozy though!)! The bartenders are all nice and very knowledgeable about the selections of beer and wine. Check it out!

Id been here before and knew Community Tap was awesome but I never knew that its owned by the NICEST people EVER until recently when I got a flat in their back parking lot! The owners helped me through every step of getting my tire changed...they found a jack and jacked my car up, found a tire iron and took my tire off, took my flat to the closest used tire place and got a tire put onto my rim, brought back the new used tire and put it back on my car, and they did ALL of this just to help me out in my time of need when I was stuck with NO options to get my car moved or to get myself home. You guys are the BEST and I can NEVER thank you guys enough...you DEFINITELY have earned my business for FOREVER!

One of the few places Id suggest an honorary sixth star. The beer is always in rotation and a fine selection of local and national craft beers. Great selection of winners as well, and they have a small selection of things to snack on too. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful in making libation decision. Food trucks are usually present so dont miss out on those and the occasional tasting or other event they might be hosting.

Inside The Community Tap one discovers a great selection of beer and wine in a comfortable atmosphere with lots of smiling faces.The Community Tap is not the bar scene. Last call is early, and families are not unusual. It is a place for great conversation, delicious food, beers, and wines.

Local watering hole. Broad selection of craft/micro brew beers as well as a sizeable wine collection.Love the growler service and the weekly special beer selections. Keeps things fresh and new.Indoor bar style seating with a cozy modern atmosphere. Also has an outdoor patio (covered), which is nice.The newest addition of local food trucks (different trucks on certain days, often more than one truck to choose from) makes this place all the better. Nice cozy place to meet friends for a drink after work or anytime for that matter. An awesome selection of craft brews to choose from that rotate constantly. Kid friendly as they have games or the kids and a changing station with diapers in the bathroom! Also a nice patio to soak up some fresh air.

Love this neighborhood joint that is a combination bar and wine/beer shop. Larger selection of beer than wine, but the bottles of wine they have are usually very good. Family and dog-friendly, with frequent visits from local food trucks.

Great beer, better staff and always a nice crowd. The food trucks help if youre hungry. These guys also have a nice eclectic wine selection if thats more your speed.

A great place with a friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of seating, but the caveat to that is since nights, its practically a sports bar. Which is fine if thats your thing, but somewhat obnoxious, if youre just trying to enjoy one the amazing craft beers on tap. Good selection of both domestic & imported craft beer. Favorite place to grab a beer in Greenville. Excellent tap selection that is always changing and the staff is always helpful and attentive. There area number of wine/mead/kombucha options for those not interested in beer and a food truck most nights of the week.

Hidden gem with a good beer selection at a fair price. Has hip indoor vibes with a cool back patio that is idea for groups of 10+ people.

Great place to hang out. Food truck is a nice addition. Only issue, no cold non alcoholic drinks. (Im fully aware that its a bar...but dang, Blenheims is hard to drink hot.)

Tap is always a good place to stop in when Im hanging around the N. main neighborhood. They usually have the more difficult to find beers and their staff is knowledgeable and willing to help if you have questions. And everyone loves the free pretzels!

I always love visiting here. The selection cannot be beaten in Greenville and the staff are well versed in all things beer, they have always been very helpful and willing to let me try as many as I like before I select my drink. They have food trucks on a rotating schedule. They also have a great deal on filling up your growler.

20 taps. Just know what you want cause your sample tastes will be limited at 2. Ive tried 1500 beers. I dont want to drop $8 on a pint without trying it first. Good selection on draft as well as in bottles/cans. Not a lot compared to Wine Express. Ive been before and maybe Id had all on tap already. I only sample what Id drink and think Id like. Sadly for this place, an unwillingness to allow samples will mean Ill hit Lowes or Wine Express. Not like I didnt but beers and pints.

The beer on draft selection is perfectly well rounded. I had my first smoked oyster stout here, such a fond memory, I love how it is also a craft beer store with great variety so you can take home your favorite. They do growler fills here as well.
