Brandon is the Manager from Guest Services. I want to thank him for going above and beyond to assist me with a(n) volunteer project I am doing with my school. He really went out of his way to try and make my life easier. Target, you better keep him!

Pam went out of her way to help me and my fiance out. She is the most exceptional employee that we have ever come across in any store! We cant say enough great things about her, we are just so taken back by her kindness!

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. It would have taken me 45 minutes to wait just to pick up our meds today because there were 3 people getting vaccines ahead of me. If you’re going to offer the vaccine then you need more than one person working. People can’t even pick up their medication that’s ready because of all the people getting vaccinated. Apparently they say it takes 15 min per person they have to vaccinate . This is ridiculous.

Quickly got what I needed and quickly checked out.

During our quest, We encountered a few extraordinary people. Our agent, KK, was amazing & extremely helpful. Thankfully, KK explained how to utilize the target app better & to save money (thats right up my alley). Now if we can get Target to increase wages to a Quality of Life wage.

I was able to save on my shopping trip by using Target Circle. I love how I can save personalized coupons and periodic sales to my card!

Great Target 🎯 store! Very safe thanks to their security guy Chris, and the staff is always friendly making a great shopping experience. The store is always clean and now even better after the remodel.

Today I went to target and the manager was SOO nice, her name is Nélida I think. We complained about a rude cashier and she was so nice about it. She even got me, my best friend, and her mom Starbucks free drinks. 10/10

Best Target!Not the largest Target youll ever shop but the stock is great and the employees are so helpful Im astounded at times. One of the few large retail franchises in Greenville where the employees dont run away when they think you need help.Really appreciate it!

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Apparently when they over charge you by triple ringing an item, they feel its necessary to further inconvenience you by making you stand in another line for a refund. Mistakes happen but fixing it should be seamless.

Kk was very friendly and went out of her way to open a register when the self serve line got long. She made me feel valued as a customer. Camille also went out of her way to try to locate a product for me. Even though the website says it is in stock, the Favorite Day Black and White is not available at the Greenville, NC store. Camille even went back to the stock room to look for this product. I am very pleased with the treatment I receive whenever I shop at the Greenville NC Target Store.

I had a question about a product and the store associate Gunner was extremely helpful.

Target carries one of the best tasting Organic Blue Corn Tortilla chips and Design Essentials brand natural hair care products. the store is clean, well kept, orderly and fresh with new items.

Was looking for a good beard trimmer. Reading the boxes and got followed around like a criminal. I even left the isle and the guy fallowed me so i circled back around to the same isle, by the time i went to check out after finding my beard trimmer the same guy ended up behind me again following me to checkout and then standing at the end of the checkout acting like he was looking at things but kept an eye on me. Will never go back. Over a 30 dollar trimmer.... should go return it and take my business elsewhere

Employee Deaaron showed exceptional kindness and consideration while I was in the store. I have a cast on my left foot and rying to shop for some personal items when he approached me to ask if he could get me a motorized cart. I didnt realize they were available when I arrived and was pushing a manual cart. I was so thankful and impressed that he stopped to help me. I really appreciate it so much especially during this difficult time of recovery.

I was greeted and helped thru out my journey in Target by not a Target employee but by a third party phone surveyor . She was very helpful and assisted me with finding my product . Never said I dont work here dont ask me questions and that was very refreshing ! Customer service was great here . I had a cashier take her time and explain to me how to use my Apple Pay option and she was so patient with me .

I do really love this target. The only thing that I find off-putting and disappointing is that the entire womens clothing section is definitely lacking in size range to say the least. The whole womens section pretty much ends at size 18 and theres one little square shoved in the corner with a handful of plus sized items hidden within the maternity section (theres alot more to choose from in that area by the way). And the options that they did have were really plain jane and nothing special. I know they have a bigger selection online for plus sizes, but its disappointing to see all these cute clothes in the womens section that I know I cant fit and my only option if I cant wait for shipping or only have cash looks like something my grandmother would wear. Everything else about this target is great! Thats why I gave it a 4 star, Im just hoping that this issue can be improved for a more inclusive shopping experience when looking for clothes.

Great products and service

I have to say this is a little late but went in to targets Starbucks to get 2 Mango dragon fruit refreshers a few weeks ago. The first person we met was Molly. She was so energetic, so friendly and so out going as well as super sweet. She held a small conversation with me and my girlfriend and she made ya feel like we mattered and made us feel like we as customers mattered! I finally got her name today and she seemed to be having a rough day and we made her day by giving her a compliment on how amazing she was! Thank you Molly! You are the reason we keep coming back to target

Variety is not the name of the game with this Target. But if quick basics are what youre after, itll be perfectly adequate. I would strongly recommend their pickup service, too. Buy online with very quick curbside pickup service makes it easy to continue to onto the co-located Harris Teeter. It makes life seamless.

The workers here are so careless I had to go to three different people (manager included) to finally be shown where one item was. I got the last two workers name because they took the time to stop what they was doing and walked me where I needed to go. Theodora and Brittany are outstanding employees! They’ll be the only reason for my return to this store! Thanks girls!

Clean, well organized store. Employees are always around to help, if needed. Had no problem returning some face masks I had purchased that were too big afterI tried them on at home. Received a cash refund and the girl who helped me was very nice & it took no time at all. Target can be a bit more expensive on some items that you could buy much cheaper at Walmart (i.e., dog or cat food, Cesar bath/beauty products, bedding, appliances, lamps, bedding & other household items) but the quality is better with some of their signature brands. They open at 8am & close at 10pm, which is pretty late, especially during Covid.

Store is always clean and store associates are always very accommodating and friendly! It’s a smaller Target, but what they lack for in groceries they always have everything else. Everything is always well stocked and if not, you can scan it, pick from the app, and you can pick it up in store in a few days. They’re doing everything right at this store and I’m someone whose a frequenter.

Im afro- Latina while my boyfriend and his little sister who are both Mexican and we visited this today . We usually don’t have problems when we come, but today we were racially profiled.( we were being followed around the store, starred at while paying and once we finished paying the lady went straight to our register to check it. We felt really uncomfortable!!!

The Manager was Rude and barely had any idea what he was Talking about. I had an order Canceled for No Reason and was told they put the Jeans back on the Floor by an associate, then the Manager Says because it was a clearance item not in stock anymore they threw it Away Smh. Manager and associates definitely need to get it together and do what they get paid to do.

This is not a review of any interactions with individuals who work at Target, purely around selection and the need for remodel or expansion. It is known in the area that people drive to the Wilson Target 35 minutes away to go to the good Target. The selection and variety at this location is comparable to the larger remodeled stores.

They employees was Very Help. I Had Two Employee’s help me find a toy. That my son wanted for his birthday, Monday morning the young lady and young man in their toys department was very helpful.

I was able to place my order online and get in and out of the store in about 5 minutes

Same thing happened to me not to long ago, I was followed around the whole entire store by this “security” lady, she acted as she was cleaning and fixing things around and staring at me from the corner of her eye later I proceeded to take my items to the self checkout and she followed me there and stared at me the whole entire time please stay away from this place!

I placed my first order to pick up in store and it was great. I immediately received an email confirmation and an option to be texted when my order was ready. It didnt take long to receive the text. I arrived at the store and went to receive my item. The line wasnt long and the representative was very professional. I ended up purchasing a purse as well. Overall, a great store

This is your typical Target store. They carry the same things that other Target stores do. They are newly remodeled though & the store looks great. They have a new Starbucks as well but they no longer have the Target refreshment place. The staff here is friendly & helpful. If you need something, check them out.

I called to request that an ottoman be brought to the front of the store so that I would not have to walk to the back. Had picked out the ottoman on line and since it was in the store, I picked it up. When I arrived at the store, it was already in guest services and the nice young man with whom I had spoken came up front and carried it to the car for me. I appreciate the service I received. Nice and polite and very helpful employees. thank you.

Do not order and pay for your baby shower gifts to be wrapped. They put the gift in a plain red cloth bag and the card had the target logo on it with the message printed so small you could hardly read it..it looked like a gift an in store Santa Claus would hand out..I could have dropped it in a bag myself! I was expecting a nicely wrapped gift in baby themed paper with a bow..like you used to get when you PAID for gift wrapping service...instead they used my gift to advertise the brand...really? Very disappointing...

The worst customer service by far - all employees I tried to get assistance from were somehow rude and very incompetent! This is probably the last time I am shopping at Target - Greenville, NC! Inaccurate inventory, wrong prices and misleading advertisements are just the few things Target is famous for and they are always consistent with their poor performance.

I found what I needed easily and the prices were competitive. My friends and family both enjoy shopping at target.

A much better option than the Mart! This is a nice clean store and the aisle are not loaded with a bunch of junk. If you get their credit card you can get 5% off all your purchases with the card.

Made a order online. The experience was great!! Fast and courteous staff. Wait time was great. I would do it again.

Starbucks employees are doing God’s work at this Target. I couldn’t even leave a tip, but they gave me the best experience. Since I cannot use gratuity as is my go-to display of appreciation, I’m doing the next best thing. It was easier than finding the items in the store. However, it took a long time because the customer representative could not find my name on the list of pick up items. So I had to find the barcode, which was not in the email! I had to log into my account on my phone. Then the customer service representative had to walk across the front of the store to the storage area to collect my parcel. She took a long time because my name was not on it either! Target needs to improve this system, especially at Christmas time!

Target has much better selection and quality than other stores. You are sure to find the perfect choice or gift for everyone under one roof. Randy and Amy

We have 1 target in our area. It NEEDS to be bigger! Target is my favorite store, but they should expand it to be a Super Target with full grocery section ect!!!!

I had to return an item from another target location. The scenario was really difficult. However, the young man who assisted me was great. He walked out to the truck to help me carry in the bookcase, carted it in for me and then he even made my day by making sure everything else was right. Quick and easy return! Thanks!

I generally get really great service here although the other day, Id been shopping for a new vacuum. I found one, and realized once Id gotten to the checkout, I forgot my bank card at home. I asked the clerk if I could leave it while I got my card. Initially she wanted me to take it to CS, but I assured her I was coming rt back, which I did. What pissed me off was that she had someone take it away while I was in line again! And she knew it; I saw her look at me. Well, I went somewhere else for my purchase. This was uncalled for.

The worst target I have ever been to! Everything is always a huge mess-especially the shoe section. No one is ever around to help. Do not have a lot of options that other targets do. Really a disappointment-targets are usually great to shop at. This one is never a very good experience
