I will preface this by saying I haven’t bought products from this shop. However, I’ve coincidentally came across the character of the owner and it is not good. I was looking into buying some gear and did some research since I haven’t heard of this site before. Turns out, he threatened and harassed somebody that made an honest mistake and mixed up his business with another one and left a bad review (one that they would’ve removed if handled correctly). I am huge on supporting small local businesses whenever I possibly can. But I can’t support any business owner that carries himself so poorly . Please do better. Yikes.

As a huge sports fan this is one of the coolest stores I have ever been in. Aside from the great selection of apparel, the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Decent selection, however, I tried to return a t-shirt and was told they only do exchanges or store credit. Well their limited sizing and team selection make any sort of exchange impossible. The person I was talking to pointed out the tiny sign they have at the front counter (which was covered by shirts being folded over the weekend by an employee when I made the purchase) and said this has been their policy since they opened 7 years ago. Your policy is to cover the sign with shirts so it isnt noticeable during a busy Saturday? Ive never been to the store so I wouldnt have known that, I didnt even know the store existed. I suggested they make the sign bigger and put it on the open spot on the wall directly behind the counter, at least then itd be less likely to get covered. Either way, not sure whats happening in Greenville these days but there seems to be a trend of poor customer service and this is just another example.

Got some gifts from here and they were very kind and helpful! You can call up to the store and ask what do they have available for your team preference and he offered to send pictures so you could see what they have before coming in. They have collegiate and nfl apparel.

I placed an online order, and not only was the hat I ordered high quality and reasonable priced, the customer service was exceptional. I spoke with Kate several times on the phone and she went above and beyond to make sure the hat got to my grandson in time for his birthday. I wish more retail establishments had customer service like this one!

Great store with one of a kind merchandise/apparel that definitely draws some attention. This is much better than those sports stores located in the malls as Ive never seen some of this stuff before.The Owner is also local and is always open to talking golf, sports and definitely Iowa football!

The staff is extremely friendly they have things you cannot find it other places large selection prices are good definitely worth the trip even though its Downtown parking but as I said the staff is extremely helpful dont go and find something for you not just point you in the direction of it so its a really good place
