I had a problem I couldnt fix with my laptop (and my parents are.both programmers!) so I brought it into CSI. They got it up and running in less than 24 hours, and even replaced my hard drive, for less than I was expecting to spend on a repair. I would absolutely do business with him again, and recommend them heartily!

I cannot express my happiness with this company. I am from Rushville, and bought an $800 laptop from dell about 3 years ago. I stopped by this new CSI place to ask a few questions about some problems I was having with my laptop. My goal was to figure out how much it would cost to have it fixed by them, because other places wanted several hundred dollars, almost half the cost of the computer brand new. I started talking to this guy about my problem, so he asked me to bring my laptop inside so he could look at it. I have had lots of people over the last 6 months look at it and tell me that its toast, its old, and it needs replaced. I was told several times that something on the circuit board broke, and I couldn’t plug in a cable to connect to the internet so I had to use WIFI. This CSI guy turned it on, opened some strange menus, and then flipped the darn thing over looking at the back of the laptop. I thought here we go… it’s the circuit board right? He just looked at me and said I don’t think so showing me a switch on the back of the laptop. He flipped the tiny switch and the blasted thing worked! He said my computer was in great condition that there is no need to upgrade unless I wanted to. He also showed me how to link my phone calendar to my computer calendar something I was told was impossible without paying for a special program. All this lasted about 10 minutes, and didn’t cost me a penny! I absolutely recommend these guys for any and all computer problems!
