The people at the Greengate store have always been very helpful.

I have used this Verizon store since they moved into Greengate. They are the nicest group of techo people I know, if thats a word? Everytime I have a problem with my phone or tablet, Ive been helped by great staff and I leave understanding what Im doing. Lucas has been a life saver for me and my Verizon family. I highly recommend this Verizon store.

So I stop in because I got a new phone and not everything transferred.And phone will not download apps.Guy went in phone changed settings and said Im good ..Well no Im not! Phone still will not download apps from network!Text still will not transfer and he updated all the apps in there.Will gmail now has a meet?Its in my email .I do not need a dating app in my email!!!😠

I wasted 4+ hrs on the phone with Tech Support (1 hr with TIER TWO Tech support!). They couldnt help me, so I gave up and told them my issue was no longer a priority at the late hour. Bought a phone online for store pickup. Verizon sent email to not go to store until emailed to do so. Waited 9 days and finally called store to see what is the problem. They said it was ready 1 hour after I placed order, but is now canceled since I didnt pick up. Store didnt seek to help resolve problem, just told me to call customer service. As a 25 year customer, it seems that the employees at this store dont have much of a customer service attitude. They said I could also come in to just buy outright, so I did. Once there, the process was completely screwed up. They couldnt put the upgrade on account after an hour of talking to customer support. I finally just canceled the order.

Pre-ordered a Pixel 4 here. Called Monday and Wednesday to verify I could get it if it shipped a day early and they told me it was fine. I stopped in Wednesday evening after my Verizon app said it was delivered and they told me I couldnt get it even though I called TWICE on two separate days. The manager gave me a free case for my trouble but I dont use a case on my phone. The salesman acted surprised when I mentioned some of the features I was looking forward to and knew basically nothing about the phone. Its a flagship device. Dont you know anything about what youre selling? The next morning when I showed up to get my phone the woman disabled a lot of the features during set up because she wanted to get done as quickly as possible and I had to go back and re enable them (the selling points of the phone like face unlock and reach to unlock). She also installed Verizons bloatware and couldnt figure out how to sync my contacts. I had to stop her at that point. Never buying a phone here again.

I got my phone here a few months ago. Everyone was super nice. The employee who helped me (Kaitlyn) answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a new phone or need questions answered to go to this store.

I originally had Verizon and we switched to Sprint and it was terrible so we switched back to Verizon. When we went to get the numbers ported at the Monroeville store it didn’t completely work. I was able to receive texts and make calls but if someone called me it went straight to voicemail and I didn’t even know I was getting a call.I went to this store at Greengate plaza and a gentleman name Jim McCloskey was the only person working. He was juggling 4 customers at the same time and he was able to help me get my phone to be able to receive calls. The store closed at 9 and he stayed there until 9:10-9:15 to help me. I arrived at about 8:15 so he was there helping me rectify the situation for an hour. He also called me after I left and asked for my dad and sisters numbers so he could verify that their phones were working also. Juggling 4 customers at once and staying late to help me and even calling me afterwords to make sure the other phones work. I hope his boss can see this post so you know that you have a fantastic person working for you. I would give 10 stars if I could.Jim, I am sincerely grateful for your help tonight and I hope your boss see this and you get recognition for it.Thank you again,Alex

Solid service, straight to the point, no B.S., go from nothing to new phone & active service plan in an hour or less in store, varies by customer. Plenty of popular cases & case brands here to choose from. If your looking for the truly best overall Cell service, choose VERIZON, if your looking for the fastest most connected Network, Choose VERIZON. Thats my word my people.

Very friendly, had malfunctioning device they took it back no hassle. Wasnt their fault but apologized for the inconvenience just the same. Clean store, easy layout of product displays. Id shop there again

Worst Verizon store ever! Kaitlyns customer service is non-existent. She was more interested in telling us how she could not help Tim configure his new phone than even making an attempt! Store was completely EMPTY! WONDER WHY! I asked who her manager was and to our amazement it was Luke sitting right beside her with a chew in his mouth!!! We will NEVER return to this Verizon store again! Lousy customer service!! Go to Verizon in North Huntingdon where the professional employees are!

Rep did a good job taking care of the problem.

I had a problem with my phone and Jim at this location was able to fix my phone through great patience and knowledge. It took over an hour but he not only fixed it but now it runs better than ever. If you have a problem with your phone then take it to this location and ask for Jim.

Store has really gone down hill, they had a great manager and staff about a year and a half ago but since then people have left. Product knowledge and overall service has really decreased. Just drive by and look at the flag in the grass, pretty much sums up your experience nowadays

This store is the best! They are always professional and have the best deals. I will never go to the corporate store again and wait in line for 45 minutes just to be told they cant help. The Verizon Store by Walmart is a much better experience and I would recommend this location to anyone interested in Verizon.

I highly recommend this store. Ive had a great experience with Gabe. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I used to go to the store by Barnes and Nobles, they make you wait forever in line and Ive only had bad experiences there. I will be returning

I gave it a 1 cause it wouldnt let me gIve it a zero. Customer service SUCKS at this store. They want me to take a day off from my job to talk to their district manager who works 4 days a week. So far I have spent 5 hours trying to resolve a problem! Still not resolved!
