I found the prefect dress for my sons wedding. The staff were super helpful and sweet. Ive shopped from Greeneville to California ( thats where my son is) and just had look in my small town to find the prefect dress and wonderful consumer service.

I want to give them not just 5 stars but a gold star. We have been shopping for prom/wedding here for years. They are so wonderfully helpful. I had to bring 2 yr old grandson to a tux fitting and no one even batted an eye at him, even when he wanted to tap the pretty dresses. They want to make your special day perfect. I would recommend Southern Belle Bridal to anyone! I have not just had a great experience finding my wedding dress, but two beautiful prom dresses there as well. They dont rush or push you to make your decision. Those girls (especially the owner) truly respected me and treated me like I was one them and not just a customer. Try them out for yourself, you wont be disappointed!! :)

So, my wedding is going to be outside in the snow. I went in wanting a David Tutara (My Fair Wedding) gown. They happened to have a few in my size and on clearance. My dress is a magical wonderland gown with white sequences that looks like snow. My mom picked or out, and Im in love. My parents surprised me with buying the dress. Miss Michelle was great in assisting me with trying on ALL the gowns, and giving me a great price on mine. Thank you so much. I had a blast.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ashley was my consultant and she was absolutely wonderful. If it were not for her I would have never even tried my dream dress on, because it was different than what I pictured on the hanger. Since the dress fit perfectly, and it was the National Bridal Day sale I left the store with my dress and the most perfect veil that day. I couldnt be happier with my experience, and I recommend Southern Belle to everyone I know who gets engaged.

I was looking for a mother of the groom dress and only had three weeks because I just couldn’t find what I had in my head. I found this shop on the internet and it was close to home so I thought I would give it a try. I’M SO GLAD I DID! I found a beautiful rose/gold dress with lace decals. It was strapless which I can no longer wear. The owner called one of their seamstresses and Dee worked magic on my dress. I received so many compliments and felt beautiful in my dress. please do yourself a favor check out this shop. They are so helpful and friendly!! They will listen to what you are searching for and help you find it.

I have rented tux’s from Southern Belle several times. They always have a great selection to choose from. They are very nice and help you find exactly what you’re looking for.

I will never go anywhere else for a formal occasion. I found my wedding dress here, and where I struggled at other stores to find one dress I liked, I loved every one I tried on. She has the prettiest dresses, and she stayed hours over just to meet with me. Thank you Michelle! You made my wedding day

I went to David Bridal and thought I found the perfect dress for $1100. Before purchasing that gown, I decided to shop around. I found Southern Belle and made an appointment. Michelle is definitely the most helpful person I have came across since starting my wedding planning. I found the most gorgeous dress that was exactly what I dreamed of for a fraction of the price. The gown was originally $1998 and I purchased it for $844. The deals are amazing, the dresses are gorgeous and you get fantastic service all while supporting a local business.I would definitely recommend starting your dress search at Southern Belle!

I found Southern Belle through the Pink Bridal show which I went to on a whim. I am new to the area and had no idea where to look outside of Davids. Please trust me when I tell you to shop local! I had visited Davids Bridal a few times and had awful experiences. Michelle is so sweet, never rushes you or talks about financing plans prematurely and she is so funny. Michelle constantly reassured me, I am here to serve you whenever I would try to rush or worry that I was looking at the mirror too long and when I left the shop after my first visit I knew I would not be buying from a chain retailer. I returned two weeks later with my mom to look again (I had a dress stuck in my head from the first visit) and we found my dress! Not only did we find it, it was on the sample rack for less than the dress Id only barely liked at Davids! Michelle came in on a Sunday to accommodate my mom who was visiting from out of town too. Michelle laughed with us and cried with us. She is just as invested in your happiness as you are. You will leave feeling like Michelle and the team are your new extended family. They are very helpful and let the bride take her time. They have great recommendations on wedding dresses thats how I found mine. Very friendly ladies I would recommend southern belle bridal to everyone.

The staff their are so friendly and go out of the way to make sure you have a great experience. Plus sizes are very limited though.

We recently rented a tuxedo from this store for prom. The owner was extremely personable and accomodating and I would highly recommend dealing directly with her. Our interactions with other staff members were adequate, but not outstanding as they lacked the confidence and customer service finesse of the owner. While I was initially shocked the by price of tuxedo rental, I have not rented for many years. Be prepared to sign a rental agreement that basically allows the store to give you a different suit than you have selected and does not allow for cancellations, returns, or refunds. This was alarming, but could be industry standard. In the end we were exceedingly happy with our rental and the service we received.
