Excellent customer service and are open 7 days per week which makes them really available. I have had my legal stuff notarized here before as well. I find the staff positive and willing to help meet your shipping needs or answer your questions. its a real busy little store too.

3 years ago I wrote a scathing review about this store. Today and over the past year or so they have come a long way, especially during the pandemic. They do an outstanding job and are now great representative of the UPS brand. I have full confidence my return Amazon packages will make their final destination in tact and on time.

I took some time off work to return an Amazon item. It was a large item and I did not have a box. The receptionist was snappy and extremely unkind, until a more mature lady helped me. In general the people there are nice, but this one gal prompting me to provide this store a one star. I hope this gets management some attention to training folks to be kinder.

My wife and I needed a document notarized. We had an electronic copy on a thumb drive. Bill made it painless and easy to print, verify our identifications and certify our documents. We were in and out really quick. All the staff pleasantly greeted all customers walking through the door. Really good customer service.

Shout out to Nolan and folks at this UPS Store - they put up with me bringing in ~100 pounds of shredding and shipping several extra fragile items of unusual shapes that required double boxing. Looks like everything arrived in pristine state - many thanks!

I needed three legal documents notarized and each required two witnesses. At noon I stopped in the store to verify the process and whether a notary was always present. I was assured by one of three notaries employed by the store that there was always one on duty and she reviewed the process. I failed to verify their hours of operation so upon returning home I checked their website which stated the store was open until 6PM. I called to verify this and was told they were only open until 5PM. I arrived with my two witnesses at 4PM only to be told the notary (singular) had gone home because they only did notaries until 4PM. I told a clerk my dilemma and she didn’t care in the least. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY.

Notarizing at this UPS with two different land sales in one week, we were helped immediately by a smiling Angie who was very efficient & diligent. She even anticipated we would need a personal copy. One was UPS but the other was FedX. New to the area we did not know there were only drop off points for FedX so she sold us an envelope for it and prepared it for drop off a couple of blocks away. A complicated transaction, our minds were at ease as we exited the store. Thank you Angie and UPS!😀

Lenore was very helpful and courteous. Went above and beyond to ensure my package would be delivered safely, and promptly. Great smile, and warm service! Will definitely ask for her personally next time!! Lettie was also extremely helpful! Was great to see such great team work with my fragile items. They were delivered without any issues.

Dont recommend them for printing anything you need quickly. I wanted to use UPS for online printing since they were closer than FEDEX but it said it would only be ready by 3:30pm. It is 9:35am and it was 4 pages. FEDEX has online printing that is available in 10 minutes. I even asked the person at UPS on the phone, all day? It can, we have a couple of people in line. And I said its 2 pages but she gave the same answer. So it would be quicker to drive to Tucson to go to FEDEX, print, and come back to my appointment than it would to print from UPS. I recommend others do the same. I let her know I was going to FEDEX as well, not to spite her, but to let her know that the answers given were the reason for a lost customer. Maybe install online printing stations like FEDEX where anyone can email the prints in and then come to the printer pay at the printer and it prints all of the documents. First time trying UPS, and now last time.

My whole family moved to Green Valley and choose this particular UPS store to have our mail delivered to one of the mail boxes I rented from them. A couple of weeks later when I was there to get our mail I was approached by one of their female employees that stated that I still needed to provide signatures and more contact info on several pages of the box rental agreement. I explained to the lady that the time to get the signatures and information they needed was when I was there initially to rent the box and paid the money not 2 weeks later. I further explained to her that at that time I didnt have phone number to give her since I was new to the area so I put my email address on the form instead. The staff running this particular UPS store dont have a clue what their own procedures are when renting these mail boxes. Im going to be seek another place to receive our mail when my rental period is over. Probably the USPS that has more accurate and professional service staff that know what they are doing.

Ive always had a good expirence at this UPS store. The workers Letty, Lenore and Sarah have always been very courteous to us. They always great us with a smile, even on very busy days, and are ready to help. My husband does a lot of international shipping. We have found this store to be far superior with their international shipping skills then any other UPS store we have been to. In fact better then any place we have gone for shipping. Janette Woods

I overnighted a very important letter from this office. My house is being renovated and everything is a mess. I lost my tracking#. ( My fault). The store keeps records of every package. They had the time it was delivered and who signed for it, relieving my stress. They were very quick to look it up and I was able to locate it on the other end. I appreciate how quickly and nicely they responded to my needs. I cant thank them enough.

I trusted UPS (the logistics experts) to pack and ship an expensive engine head & manifold to California. The person who helped me there was rude and short with my son and I. She moved the aluminum head to the back table and dropped it with a thud. I should have taken it back and walked out then never to looked back.The head arrived on time in California but was gouged and damaged beyond repair in route due to poor packing. Most likely the heavy exhaust manifold was placed on top of the aluminum head with no cushioning in between. I was told to take pictures of the damage and file a claim for reimbursement which I promptly did. Unfortunately the local UPS franchise did not tell me to take pictures of the packaging which would be needed in order to fulfill the claim requirements. It turns out the local UPS franchises are responsible for paying the claim fees, so I believe that information about the claim requirements was conveniently omitted.Nonetheless, I would personally avoid at all costs if shipping items of any value. Care was obviously not taken and once again the burden of proof is laid on the consumer. Heartbreaking.

My family and I are very disappointed in this UPS Store location. I very rarely do reviews, but after my experience I will never be returning to this store again. I called into T-Mobile yesterday because I had some defective equipment. T-Mobile informed me that if I simply went to my local UPS Store, they would be able to ship my equipment, T-Mobile then sent me a prepaid shipping label to print out, but since I dont have a printer, they told me I would be able to give the UPS Staff the code or email it to them to print there.This morning I arrived at the store to drop off the equipment from T-Mobile, which they told me would be easy to send. The lady behind the counter was polite, but told me I would have to pay 2.50 to email her the label and then get it printed. Furthermore, I needed to pay for a box, which makes sense, but after calling t-mobile again they just told me to take it to another store. I ended up driving another 45 minutes north to Tucson which was okay because I was headed there anyways, but unnecessary as I was already at this particular UPS Store. The UPS Store I visited on Wetmore provided me everything I needed the guy told me the printing was .08 cents a copy and that the first black and white copy was complementary. He even went to the back and found a box that he was going to toss anyways and provided me with the label and the service was absolutely great. After everything was said and done, everything was free of charge and if I ever need to go to a UPS store again, the one in Tucson on Wetmore is the place to go. The store in Green Valley, doesnt seem to care much about customers, only turning a profit.

Had to receive a shipment while in Green Valley so it went to this UPS store. I had my phone number put on the box plus called at 8:30 in the morning to let them know and ask to be called when it arrived. Most of the day went by and when I checked, it had arrived 3.5 hrs before. For this NON-service I had to pay $10. $10 for zero service, what a serious scam. I wont be doing that again. For $10, I expected a simple phone call.

I was in hospital, so sent my husband and my friend to mail 8 boxes of personal effects to my son in Canada...the manager who assisted them created 8 tracking numbers and sent them all individually instead of as one shipment which I was told by corporate that they could have been incorporated into one tracking number and it would have cost us half the price instead of the $999.99 that she charged us. When we went back to get one tracking number, she said she would not do it even after calling international and being told she should have sent with one tracking number. She was very rude and said in a very condescending voice as we were leaving, have a nice day.

Ill preface this by saying Ive only paid for shipping once here and it was a little expensive. Most of the time Im dropping off packages with prepaid shipping labels. The staff is always friendly and quick to get me back out the door. Ive never had to wait very long even when a few people are in line ahead of me.

I went in to send out my direct tv equipment. I was sure it was going to be an agonizing process considering anything related to direct tv is agonizing. But the associate that helped me, i think her name was katy, made it quick and painless. I was in and out very quickly and was surprised that it was so easy.

Completely wrecked our auto parts with shoddy packing and careless shipping then wouldnt cover the cost of replacement. What a joke their insurance system is. Requires multiple steps that they dont disclose up front when you pay for insurance and then its up to their corporate discretion if they will cover it or not. **When one pays for fragile contents handling one would expect those contents to be packaged properly. If the contents do not make it to the destination in proper order one may only surmise the packing was done incorrectly by those hired to do so. Mediation does not mean you do what is best for UPS and their third party affiliate only, it means you find a way to compensate the client for their loss that they suffered at your hands in a manner which both parties find mutually acceptable. Maybe brush up on your packing techniques.

My father went to get a POA notarized today and I couldnt believe how horrible the service was. The lady working there is named Lenore. She is a horrible employee and made up every excuse in the book to not notarize the paper! We came in yesterday and they told us to bring in a witness that was not blood related, so we came back in with a witness and the lady came out with a horrible excuse oh I have too many boxes to package up I cant do this right now. EXCUSE ME?!?! THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK YOJ TO COMPLAIN. AND MAKE EXCUSES YOU COULD HAVE NOTARIZED 15 PAPERS!!!! We are very unhappy with the service and will be telling everyone about the horrible employee, NAMED LENORE, should not be working there.

I set some packages up 20# to be sent with pre-paid labels for my 84 yr old frail mother to drop off for me and no one could help her get into the store. She scheduled a pick up at her house which i hope I dont end up paying for.I could not believe this lack of customer service in a retirement community no less!

Friendly as long as your needs dont exceed their competency level. Unfortunately, that can happen fairly quickly, and then it all falls apart. Dont expect any effort to fix a problem either, they wont even listen to corporate on the phone telling them to fix it. Ill never ship here again.
