I love this place. The guys that work here are great. Very friendly and talkative. A shout-out to PK (probably not how it’s spelled, but you get the idea). He was so upbeat it really put a smile on my face. Easy propane refills. Keep up the good work.

Terrible service, overall awful experience. Ive been charged twice now for my truck rental, it has been impossible to even get through to somebody by phone to amend it.They have not responded to my email from last week.I picked up the truck and it was on Empty, it had 0 miles to the gallon left, and when I went to return the truck, the key didnt even fit in their drop box, so I had to sit there on hold forever just to find out what theyd like me to do with the key. I dropped it off with a half gallon which they do not reimburse.

Rented a trailer from this location, I picked it up early in the morning and returned the trailer in the late afternoon. The only employee present was very busy filling propane tanks. He said I could use the drop off area to drop the trailer. When my credit card was billed I was charged for a three day rental. I contacted them and was referred to Mr Kong the manager/owner. I explained the issue to him, in his return Email he said he would review the contract and issues a refund. Two weeks later nothing has happened. 8:00am 11/23/2020 I just received a call from mr Kong about the overcharge. They are refunding the overcharged amount. It took doom time but they did the right thing. Thank You Mr. Kong.

I will never again be using U-Haul. We experienced the worst customer service ever. Upon reserving a truck the customer service rep almost charged us double, but we caught it by asking questions. Additionally, we reserved a truck from this GB location only to be told it wasnt available there and that we had to go to a different one. We waited in long lines each time, and when we went to pick up our truck, waited in line for an hour, and thats not exaggerating. There was only 1 man working the counter and the line was backed all the way to the door. Upon reserving we had selected a drop off destination for our truck and then it was no longer available on day of pickup. We had to select a different one which was far out of our way and then wasnt even open on Sundays... and they charge an after-hours/closed fee for drop off. We rented 2 bags of furniture pads and left one in the truck and attempted to return one to the pickup location where the staff proceeded to be rude and tell us there was nothing to do to not have us charged for 6 un-used pads. We had to fold these pads and clean the truck when we were done or face a $25 fee! I also tried renting this truck online before we went in and had issue after issue... I never write reviews but this was just appalling...

Nice store, and selection. Giving 1 star for the employees not taking basic protections while working in the store during a pandemic. Wisconsin is at an all time high for infections and they dont have masks on.

I made my reservation two days before I went there. I called the morning of to verify that everything was in order. I was informed that it was. When I got there (1230pm) they did not have the reservation for the truck, only the dolly. By 140pm we were able to get a truck and appliance dolly. We were informed that we would be compensated for the trouble. We had the truck and dolly back by 330pm. We rented a storage unit at the same time. The employee did not know the locations of the units, and we walked around for a bit before locating the correct one. The code we were given was supposedly the correct one but the doors didnt open for it and we were told that it would be looked into and we would be contacted (never happened). We got the truck unloaded and when we dropped the papers off the gentleman was on break and said he would take care of it once he was off of break..Since then I have had emails, phone calls, and additional chargers to my checking account. I supposedly never returned the truck. Then accused of not returning the dolly.Ive spoken with whom I assume to be the district manager (Kevin) and he stated that the additional charges would be dropped, after I explained that I was returning phone calls and what I was told by the employees at this location. Since then more charges have been added. I am currently waiting for the charges to officially post to my account where my bank is having me come in to fill out fraud papers.Seriously, how can they not look at the cameras that are plastered all over that place before they accuse someone of keeping a truck for an additional day/s.We werent the only ones having issues that day. Several customers that were before us were also struggling with getting what they paid for. No accountability from the staff. Blaming other departments.They really need to get better training and better communication.

Excellent help and service today. Easily my best customer service experience so far in Wisconsin. Gentleman was short staffed and still fit my installation in, done early and professionally, would recommend.

Manager was really nice and very receptive. She was very helpful with helping us deciding which unit size to get.

Just went over to this location to see if they could help me, as my online reservation ended up trying to send me across town. Could not be happier I checked them out first. Much cleaner and more professional than other location, prompt service, friendly staff and a more accommodating reservation better fit to my familys moving needs. HIGHLY recommend visiting this location in person when making your next move. 11/10 would use again.

So how does this work? On March 1, 2020 I reserved a 26 foot truck from this location, 700 Main Street, Green Bay. On Wednesday, March 18, at 4:30pm a voicemail message was left on my office phone - I was gone already - with no name or number of the male calling to advise that I had to call the pick up location in Sobieski, Wisconsin (?) to complete my order. Sobieski, WI? Approximately 20 miles away in a different county? The next day I called and was advised that they had gotten the order and there were no other trucks available. So, my wife and I drove up to Sobieski only to arrive and be given a 20 foot truck.....we were told this was what we ordered. I showed the reservation for a 26 foot truck and the response was no other trucks were available and this is what was given to them, presumably by your location. After many years of business, will not use U-Haul again.

When I scheduled a time (by phone) to have a hitch installed on my car, I was told it would take an hour. When I arrived to have the work done, I was told it could take a couple hours. In fact, it took over 4 hours! I find that totally unacceptable. Their sign says they provide best service. I say not so much!

I havent been here in a few years but when I didnt have my own trailer this is where I would rent one from. The customer service was friendly and there was no hassle. they also have stuff you can buy if you need it, hitches, wiring, plugs, blankets, boxes, etc.

I go there mostly for propane tank refill. The also offer new tanks if you is not up to code. Have also gotten car trailers here and gave Never had a problem.

What kind of business doesn’t answer the phone? I had my vehicle in for a hitch installation at the 700 Main St site in GB. Brought it in for a 9:00 appointment. They said it would be done by the end of the day and would call me when it was ready. At 3:50 pm I called to get an estimate for a pickup time. There was no answer so I was forwarded to central scheduling. They said they would get a message to the Main St site to call me back. At 5:00 I didn’t receive a call back so I called again. Again the Main St site didn’t answer and I got central scheduling. Again they said they would get a message to the Main St site this time by email! I requested to stay on the line until they could reach someone at the 700 Main St site. I was told they could not contact the site! I said I would call back. At 5:20 I called the Main St site and didn’t get an answer and was forwarded to a 3rd Rep in central scheduling. He laughed when I told him I was having trouble reaching the Main St site. He offered to leave an IM to the site and forward me to Uhaul corporate in Arizona. Corporate put me on hold for a couple minutes. When they came back they said the Main St site was working on another vehicle and was unable to give me an update. They then said my vehicle was ready for pickup! I can’t believe this is how Uhaul wants to provide customer service, but apparently it is. If service is what you need, Uhaul cannot provide.

Very helpful staff. Rented a 6x12 trailer and the guys there were helpful to hook up, and disconnect when done. Very organized and clean business.

Would not fill propane after making me wait outside for 20 mins telling me to wait for them. Bunch of bums!

Had a great experience here. They were unable to install a hitch due to the age of my vehicle. They were upfront and explained everything in detail.

I had no idea what I was to do or have being my first time renting n they were so busy yet worked with me no problem!!

Set up a reservation for hitch install on 6/25 for 6/29. Was charged for the parts and service, was then contacted on 6/27 to say wiring harness was wrong and had to be ordered. Another $15 to rush ship. Told I would be kept updated, no calls. I called and was told manager would call back, nothing. Went there and was typically ignored for approx. 20 minutes. Then informed wiring didn’t come in and that they were also waiting on hitch, never told this prior. Left unhappy, still no contact. Monday I emailed with my order and phone number to call. Form stated someone would contact me shortly. Still waiting, now over a week since I paid and still no contact. It’s now 7/3, no hitch that was paid for and no idea when that might happen. Very unprofessional business.

People are helpful. Prices could be a bit lower on rentals of facility usage & boxes.

After making an online reservation for two days and getting the email confirmation, a U-Haul representative called us and stated we could not have the truck for the reserved time. He stated we could not even have it for one night. They gave us the excuse that it is a busy time, and they need to keep their trucks in rotation (so they can keep getting money from other people). This is the second time this has happened to us. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. U-Haul is a terrible business. Here in Green Bay, WI alternative truck rentals are: Martin Hardware, Budget Truck Rental, and Penske Truck Rental.

Prices are fair equipment isnt always in best shape but they work with you
