An employee answered my first question, but then the employee walked away after I asked her another question. Seemed rude and I had to go ask another employee the same question again, who then just asked the first employee I asked. I spent more time than I believe was needed trying to ask a quick question and did not get an answer easily. Trying to return items to the bookstore has also been a hassle multiple times. I will be going back to only shopping online.

A very helpful girl helped my son find his books.

So pricey for no reason at all its unbelievable how opportunistic this school is. Taking advantage of students. i dont recommend buying any books from there unless you have no other options. Hate the staff they dont care about anybody very arrogant.

The workers here r so helpful and friendly. Receiving my books is nevr an issue. I also like that they have the option to do curbside pickup

Very disappointed. I called in a few days ago, and the person said that Spring books were ready and 99% in stock. I drove an hour to return my rental books and to rent my new ones. I was literally the only guest in the store with numerous employees walking around. They told me my books were there, but they couldn’t allow me to get them “due to computer cords being in the way of the aisles” (I’m not swaying like a drunk toddler). I asked if they could please find my 3 books since I drove a distance, and the lady told me bluntly to place an order online or drive back. I could POSSIBLY understand if they were busy, but come on. I don’t even want to think about shipping expenses since they’d probably send multiple orders with how willing they were not to help.

Terrible customer service. Had two books cancelled on me after I purchased them online because they werent in stock?! (One time i wasnt even notified of the cancellation...Good thing I followed up) When i finalized my order online they were in stock?...Thanks for giving away my book to someone else? Save yourself the hassel, buy from a third party.

The bookstore on campus here is a good one, chock full of all of your Green Bay apparel and trinkets. However, these items, along with actual school supplies such as notebooks, textbooks, and pens, are overpriced simply for the fact that it is convenient for students. I dont get any supplies or books from here unless I absolutely have to, and so should you. Staff is friendly and helpful, which helps to make this a 3 star review instead of 2.

Average bookstore. After changing providers for textbooks however, I have ran into and know of others that have poor experiences regarding textbook availability and pricing. Besides this, the store does carry a lot of school supplies as well as merchandise.

A few discrepancies with the return policy. I was told I had 3 business days to return my purchase. When I came in to return my item (within the 3 business days), I was told all sales were final. The back of the receipt also states 3 business days, yet no avail. Sharing for others to be aware.
