Service is great. product is a waste. I got maybe 20 1 liter bottles from a cartridge for 20.00 bucks a pop totally not worth it. Better to pay a little more for longer lasting cartridge.

I go through a lot of CO2. And because I cant get around well anymore its hard for me to go on the go bus to get CO2 so I now take my CO2 from soda sense and its a difference in price it is small so I think its a great value.

Soda Sense is an extremely convenient way to exchange cylinders so you always have carbonation on hand. Their customer service is the very best - they accidentally shipped me an empty cylinder as part of an exchange, and they handled it quickly and professionally.

Love the service. Bottles arrive quickly and sending them back is easy. If you have 3 bottles, when you get 2 empties, mail those back while your third is in your machine. That way you never run out.

Fantastic service! Gone are the days of standing in line at retailers only to find out they have no inventory forcing you to drive all over town to different locations. I got to know the look of the store employees shaking their head as they saw me in line with empty canisters. I had some issues with my machine when the soda sense co2 arrived. I emailed customer service and they emailed back that evening. The chain went on for a few days but their replies were never more than a few hours after mine. They were able to fix my issues and the co2 is awesome! Love the ability to exchange my cylinders without leaving my house!! Fantastic company.

Got introduced to this service last year when I replaced my soda stream and it was hard to find replacement canisters at my local Target and Staples at the height of the pandemic.The service is simple and and easy to use and cost effective.

Their mail-in replacement service does not work. I have never not had to contact support to figure out where my replacements are a week after I have shipped my empty bottles back.Much more frustrating than just getting refills yourself at Target and its actually significantly more expensive (Soda Stream CO2 refills are $15 and theres no shipping). Not really worth it at all to be honest... I am upset I sent them my Soda Stream canisters because now I am stuck with theirs to dispose of when I drop this service. If the shipping were convenient I would have been willing to pay extra.

How are you going to have the motto It just makes sense when the program doesnt make sense. Half the relevant information is missing from the website and requires getting in contact with the company for an explanation. Shipping costs more than the product, that doesnt make sense.

Excellent service, easy to return and they come back right away, about 4 days later. We have three canisters, one in use and two we send for refill. We are never out. My only complaint is the price $20 to refill a canister compared to $14 at most stores is a bit expensive. The canisters I bought from soda sense cannot be exchanged at the store for the ones from soda stream, so it appears I must continue with the mail in program or buy new canisters from soda stream if I want to go to the store to exchange and save $6. So the question is, is a savings of $6 per canisters worth the trip to the store, the time it takes and the hassle that they may be out? You decide ....

This a great service. As soon as the Post Office scans your (2 in my case) empty canisters Soda Sense has your order ready to ship. Turnaround is in a matter of days. Price is very fair. Certainly you can save a few dollars by going to a local store and exchanging them yourself but from my experience this is a pain in the butt. Half the time the local store has no inventory so you have to return in a few days to try again. Other times you have to stand in line at the service desk for 15 minutes waiting your turn only to leave with the same empty canister you showed up with. Soda Sense has my business. I’m impressed.

Great service. Defiantly worth the few extra dollars, getting the canisters without having to take them to either Wal-Mart or Bed Bath and Beyond and hoping they have them in stock. Came away from Wal-Mart with empty canisters too many times, and having to purchase soda. Great turnaround, from my mailbox to my door by FedEx. USPS scans the label on pickup and Soda Sense starts the process, full canisters within 2-3 days depending when you send them back. Never going back to return in store.

This is a 5 Star review for how Soda Sense handled something going wrong. We decided to try Soda Sense and we had several canisters so we ordered an exchange box. After viewing the tracking information, it became clear that something had happened in the transit process through no fault of Soda Sense. They not only overnighted a new exchange box, but they refunded me the cost. This is some seriously amazing customer service. Shout out to Rob who emailed me promptly. You guys handling of an issue has made me a confident repeat customer!

Shipment arrived quickly but the canisters ran out so fast, I’m not sure if they had a leak or what, but each canister only lasted 2 weeks. I got nowhere near 60 bottles of bubbles.

Absolute nonsense. This service is not cheaper despite its clever marketing stating otherwise. With CA sales tax my total expense was 48.42, for 2 canisters, shipping, and the 3.99 initial return. It’s not 12.99 plus a few dollars tax as one would be inclined to think. Soda Sense, please list your shipping costs, PRIOR, to enrollment to avoid blindsiding anyone else. I don’t know why people would want the joy of finding out that shipping cost+tax effectively doubles the cost.

Our refills arrived in a timely manner, well packaged and ready to use. We have not returned any empty cylinders yet, but the mailing label and box sent with our order will make it very simple when its time to return the empties.

I was more than pleased with the excellent customer service at Soda Sense! I had a slight issue with my order that was caught by the Soda Sense owner, and they helped me work it out, even following up when I forgot to do so. I wouldnt hesitate to continue to patronize this business. Their business practices are honest, fair, and environmentally friendly. Im so happy I found them!

All started OK - I got two bottles - but when I returned, instructions say that Ill be shipped 2 new ones immediately upon my dropping off my empties at USPS - but I got no notification. Nothing. I cant call anyone. I emailed, but no response (other than an email to me asking me to rate my experience). Theyre probably overwhelmed -

Im close to their HQ so I might be a bit biased in some regards, but their shipping and methods are fast and efficient, and their product is AT LEAST as good as the retail line of sodastream canisters. Ive read a number of reviews that have voiced concerns over overfilling of the canisters, bulging bottoms, high screeching sounds. Ive experienced 0 of that. These seem to have a higher overall quality than direct retail sodastream canisters! Great job. keep it up!

Very misleading initial order promotion. Website makes it seem like first two canister exchanges are included in the offer, even saying next refills cost 20.99 each, but in reality, the first two refills still cost 20.99 each in addition to what was already paid just for one new canister ($40). Very upset, will never use again.

The box was a bit slow, it hit and I immediately sent out 2 soda stream canisters, return was faster. The RUB they do not fit my soda stream! Im out the cost, the exchangeable canisters, a chunk of almost $100. I didnt use them to save money I just couldnt get refills.

I do like making my own carbonated water cuz I do drink a ton of it..Only things I can comment on is the prices of the flavoring..Kind of high..Need more discounts to encourage me buying more..Other than that, Good Stuff, Maynard !!
