I was just at Batteries Plus in the Centerplace shopping center in Greeley, Colorado. My I phone would charge or provide a consistent signal for a projector and the gentlemen at the store helped me an hour before my scheduled appointment and found some lint clogging the charging port. It was a simple fix and they could have easily installed a new charging port and I wouldn’t have known. However, they cleaned the lint out lubricated the and showed my phone was charging again. It is really reassuring to know there are honest businesses still out there who know how to treat customers well. Thank you again for the outstanding service.

First time customer, and was impressed at the level of inventory and helpful nature of counter staff. Pricing for goods seems reasonable and on par with many of the dot coms on the web. I would most likely go back for any future battery needs.

Came in to have my husband’s charger port cleaned because he’s a filthy animal with his phone. Within a couple minutes they pulled out enough to stuff a sofa, but it charges and the charger doesn’t wiggle now. Thanks guys!

I have purchased 4 of your cell phone screenprotectors. When I purchased the first one, the mgr. told me it was guaranteed. I should go online and register it. I tried to do so but could not figure out how to do it. I went back into the store and asked for help. He could to help me. I have had to purchase each of the subsequent screen protectors. I believe they were not honest with me.

I had a screen replaced at the Greeley location. The replacement screen had a manufactures defect. I notice this after purchasing a screen protector. The store replaced the defective iPhone screen as well as the screen protector no extra money out of my pocket. It was an amazing experience I will definitely go back to that store. Typically have great service with B+B. But man, Jeff was super helpful, understanding and took great care of me.I was in for warranty work on a faulty screen that had been replace almost 6 months ago. They didnt give me a hard time, were even able to get my phone into the queue to be fixed same day and also filled me in on a killer deal for LED light bulbs while there.Been using B+B for batteries and phone screen (ipad too) for several years, but will continue to. Super pleased with my experience today.

Polite person Jeff brought the battery out to me very promptly and then over the phone got the core charge refunded to credit card.

Do not take your iPhone here for a repair. Just got mine back from getting charging port repair and now the face recognition doesn’t work. They lied to me and said they clean the charging port and actually you could see scratch marks around the screen where they removed it and did the repair. I would give them zero stars. Battery plus just man up don’t lie to the customers

He helped me pick out the best liquid screen for my Galaxy Note 9, so I can definitely feel safer if I drop my phone. Also, sold me some LED light bulbs that helped bring a brighter feeling to my home. I will definitely be returning just because of him.

Gone here for 3 different broken phones and I’ve never had any issue. Recently I spoke to the rep with the long hair (younger guy) and actually was one of my best experience yet. He was very cordial and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help with my phone. Overall very good service.

I was wrong, I have so many problems with my phone now it’s ridiculous. Save you time and money please. Also bought broken headphones that they won’t return or exchange and had to call the call center only to get attitude from the lady and a exchange for more broken headphones.:(((

After the associate at Kohls took the back off my watch but didnt have a replacement battery, I took it to Batteries Plus to get a replacement battery. They claimed they could not get in to the back to change the battery...if a Kohls associate can, surely this place has the same tools if not better for watch battery replacement. They used to have great customer service with a great helping attitude, but not anymore. Its a shame. Kay Jewelers ended up doing the job and said they have been getting a lot of Batteries Plus business.

I needed a new backup battery for my garage door opener which was beeping every 30 seconds. They were in stock at my local location. I was able to get a 10% discount with online ordering & was able to pick it up right away.

I came to this location a couple months ago to replace the battery in my iphone 7 as well as get a new screen protector for my phone. I was super impressed with the attention to detail given by all of the staff, and will definitely be back for anything battery or phone related. The manager Josh was very professional and helpful! Very speedy battery replacement and just fantastic overall! Other businesses should take note!

Usually people only do these reviews to whine about not getting their way. However when I went in to this store to get my phone fixed Josh and his team went above and beyond what I expected to get my phone taken care of in a timely manner as well as make sure I knew about the warranty on parts and labor. What a bunch of nincompoops! I came in looking for a 12 volt charger. They said they had none. So I went on their website and located one. When I gave them the part number from the website they could not locate it. So I asked them what I should do and they told me I should go to another store. So I did and found exactly what I needed.

I would give 100 out of 5 stars if I could. When people are buying stuff, they want to have a positive experience and thats what I had. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a young man named Max. My phone was working perfectly fine and then the screen went black and wouldnt turn on. I had cracked my phone earlier in the year and got a new screen at the Florida store, which ended up not working because of the bad screen. Max took a look at it for me and ended up putting on a new screen with no charge. My phone worked great after. He also then helped me find the best charger that would charge my phone quick. Im very impressed by all the product they have sold me and by the entire staff that works there. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience and leaves satisfied. I will always recommend this store to everyone.

Wed like to recognize these people for the fine service they provided us. I would give them a zero if that was an option. We were looking for a charger for a camera battery. The employee that we talked to was totally uninterested in helping. The employee advised us that they dont have anything to charge a battery for a camera. Its just a regular camera battery it should not be difficult. if they dont have this basic piece of battery charging equipment they shouldnt be able to call themselves anything with batteries in the name.I ended up going to Walmart, which I dont do more than twice a year, and getting the charger.

Needed a battery for a cordless phone and headed for my local B + B because I had good experience there before. Young man named Chance helped me and was amazing! Knew just where item I need was and so friendly and professional!

I had a cracked screen that I wanted replaced on my Iphone. I was assured that I would not lose ANY functionality...Got my phone back and soon discovered that the Touch ID had stopped working and it no longer allowed me to unlock my phone or sign in to any of my apps. I called the store only to get some line of BS from a young man telling me that it happened because Apple updated their software and that my phone was to old to be compatible anymore. Unbelievable! Will never return!

Have been a loyal customer for over a year...no more. Got my screen fixed and now phone will not recognize my touch...called about it and just got a uh huh when I said I paid so much money for a phone that does not work. Unbelievable. You all just lost a very loyal customer.

I took in an old iPhone 4 due to the battery being finally worn out. Young lady was very friendly and upbeat and she installed a new battery. She then checked all functions of the phone to make sure everything worked. Turns out that the battery was defective. Two weeks later I took the phone back and same young woman remembered me and quickly installed a new battery and again checked all the phone functions. Great pleasant service with no hassles.

Josh went over the top with customer service. They also have some unique items in the store. Let me tell you if you need a battery or bulb of any kind they have or they can get it. By the way they fix cell phone too

Very helpful, took my DeWalt 18 volt battery and discharged it and recharged it to check its condition for no charge. Was able to buy and second battery so now I have 2! Seems like they have about any battery you would need.

Stopped by to see about a new Key Fob for my 96 Chevy Blazer. Really great service and fix my problem without selling me a new fob.

I took in 2 battery packs to get the rechargeable batteries replaced, I picked them up the next day. They wouldnt charge, I even tried different charging docs. I took them back in on a Tuesday evening, I called Thursday and was told they would be done that afternoon. Called Saturday, was told they would be done that afternoon. Then Tuesday I called, and was told to give them a couple hours. I went in and they gave me a refund and got my battery packs. I took them to a different place, they opened them in front of me. Plastic pieces were broken on both battery packs. Now, I have to buy brand new ones.

Was here the other day to fix my phone and was asked my password to get into my phone so that they could perform checks. I refused because of all the personal information that could have been accessed. At that point the sales rep. Began to verbally assault me making feel extremely uncomfortable due to the fact I wouldnt allow the access. I made an attempt to oblige saying I would prefer to be present to perform said checks after repair was completed, and still wasnt good enough for the sales rep. Was continued to be verbally attacked at which point I refused to do business here, and then asked for the manger. The manager asked what the problem was at which point I began to explain, but was interrupted and was told he heard the whole event transpire. I said ok I want to speak to the owner and was directed to the web site where I could file a complaint, at which I did and still nothing has been done. I do not recommend anyone do business here ever if they want to protect their privacy.

They replaced the screen and battery on my iphone. That didnt fix the problem; we discovered it was a software program. Although they couldnt fix it, they returned my money and put my phone back to its original condition. Very honest and hard working. Appreciate the service and work Mikayla and Derek did for me.

Dont think they keep to their store hours. Suppose to be open until 8pm on a Saturday. Drove all the way there to have the lights shut off as I was walking up to the doors at 6:45.

Hands down best place to get your screen fixed in Greeley. Not only do they have the best prices that Ive ever come across but they stand by their work and have warranties. If you are having any issues with your phone bring it here, it doesnt get any better.

Took my screen to get fixed as well as my battery, they did a good job on the but gave me it back to me with a messed up Touch ID. Brought it back next day so they can fix it but told me they couldn’t didn’t even bother to give an explanation why or call to let me know it was finished! All in all just go to an official apple store seriously!!

After dropping a gate opener several times, young associate helped me get it operating again by testing the battery and then soldering some of the wires. Appreciate his effort.

I would like to say thank you to the management, and I am upgrading my original rating because of their followup and willingness to offer a solution.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have to say that the staff is very nice. However, DO NOT get your screen replaced here......Buy batteries here, but do not trust them to repair your phone. Workmanship is shoddy at best and they don’t stand behind their work.
