They dont mess with your estimates and pad them. NBC takes so much pride in their work and it shows in the quality. Pat, the owner - is one of the most approachable people you will ever meet, and you can talk to him directly or deal with him directly. If youre looking for the best auto-body shop in the area look no further than NBC. Ive known this shop for years and they restore your car back to new. Ive never seen a car not match the original paint that it came with. They are very detailed when it comes to this and making sure your car is free of dents, scratches or any other imperfections the car may have. I always talk to Patrick who is an outstanding manager and along with Justin and Nancy its easy to see why they have been in business for years. Very knowledgeable team. The times Ive had my car there I always had Jose work on them. Very detailed about everything and works on your car as if it were his own. If you want your car worked on the right way ask for Jose.

Unfortunately for me I had the need to use a collision shop. Fortunately for me I found Northern Boulevard Collision. All three times Ive been there Ive nothing short of a tremendous experience. Pat the shop manager has been great. A consummate professional who assured my wife and I that everything will be okay. It was and only better. His crew who worked on my cars were nothing short of terrific as were the office personnel. The cars came back better than new and were given back to us neat, clean and spotless. This is the place to go if you get into a fender bender. Pat is a true professional when it comes to collision repair. My car was taken by appointment. They made the arrangements for the insurance adjuster. Returned as promised and fixed correctly.

I got rear-ended at the end of April 2013 on my 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan - extensive damage to the rear including a crumpled rear lift-gate door, the whole frame was bent so that both sliding side doors did not close flush to the side body, there was internal damage to the structure, and even my front bumper was damaged as I got pushed into the car in front. Luckily, I was referred to Northern Blvd Collision by the insurance appraiser instead of going to a bodyshop closer to home, and they did a FANTASTIC job on the van. I got it back looking like it was a new car! They took care of the dings and dents on the whole car, and the paint job was great (looks like they painted the whole vehicle). I dealt with Pat, Nancy and Justin. The repair was a few days delayed due to not being able to get a part (no fault of theirs), but they were extremely accomodating and made up for it by giving me a discount. That is superb customer service and I can only say that I am very pleased with their workmanship and would use them again in a heartbeat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Okay so I have a 2013 Nissan Altima just recently came out in Feb 2nd and I got it on the 8th of feb 2013... it was a storm day snow and someone that was park infront of me after I took it home reversed straight into my bumper so I need to have a new bumper and repainted, my boss terry rikfin took me to his friend pat and told me not to worry it will be fix and will be painted dry and shine like the original paint job-- they did such a good job with painting my bumper and installing it back on to car,, when I received my car back today it was magnificent looks like im diving it out of a show room ... sweet work to the owner pat and his employeess...
