The pharmacy staff (especially the red haired girl pharmacy tech/assistant) are very rude and short tempered with customers. Its happened to me and Ive witnessed her being absolutely rude and disrespectful to other customers, some elderly who, Im assuming, need their medications to live and this staff is absolutely horrible with customer service and really have the Not my problem and we dont care attitude. Their go to excuse is we are 3 days behind. If I could give this place negative stars, itd be at minimum a -5*. Apparently corporate needs to step in and fix this issue. Walgreens pharmacists and their staff are much more friendly and helpful.

I thought Walgreens was bad. This place is even worse. Can’t seem to get prescriptions filled on time even with automatic refills. Said prescription would be filled today, never heard from them, so I called again and they closed at 5 pm even though it says the pharmacy is open until 8 pm.

I was about to be charged for a free Covid_19 shot by a red haired pharmacist. She was a snot the second she checked me in. Also she tried to feed me a story about how my insurance wasn’t going to cover my Covid_19 shot. She then directed me to the line of people waiting for their shot. After I was vaccinated I did some research and yes I was eligible for a free shot lol. I don’t care if you have the worst medical insurance in history, you don’t ever treat people like that. I work with hundreds of people face to face here in Great Falls on a daily basis and I would never treat them like she treated me. I just hope my next experience is a lil better.

A woman pharmacist asked my adult daughter if she was in a treatment center because the computer wouldnt let her fill a pain med for her!! Just had come from ER.Was very rude and judgemental. Went back to ER doctor who was on phone with CVS for quite some time. Had to go back again to fill it when she said she made a mistake but did not apologize for her comment... She is still there. We are not

I called ahead of time to make sure there was as a specific note, from my doctor, in my file that was required for a specific prescription. I live an hour away so I needed to make sure before I made the trip. I was assured there was a note in my file. I got to the pharmacy where, magically, there was no note and I’ve just wasted over 2 hours, gas money and the utter frustration that I took all precautions to make sure I didn’t waste my time, yet I did, indeed, waste my time.

My sister and I got passport photos here and out of the three times they were taken none of them met the requirements of the passport office. They were all off. Kind workers, they just need to learn how to do photos so people don’t waste their money.

We were in town visiting friends and had need of a health care item for my handicapped husband. I called this CVS store to ask if was in stock as I had driven to 3 other stores to find they did not have the item. I spoke with Becky and she assured me that they had one. I asked her to save it for me and she was kind enough to have it at the checkout counter when I arrived.Now that is good customer service! Thank you so much Becky.

SHE NEVER FORGETS TO THANK THE MILITARY!I am a Tricare Carrier and am extremely unhappy with our move to Walgreens. If you havent read that review, you might want to. What Can I say about one person who NEVER FORGETS. This special woman is Mary K. She thanks every military and retiree member for their service every time she sees them. CVS *** take note ** Mary K. is the person who the military folks remember. A business runs by word of mouth and how your employees represent you. She along with Phil and Toni, 2 other long time pharmacy staff are wonderful they all greet you with a smile and always ask if they can help, even if you are wandering around on the sales floor in front of the registers. Now, that does not mean this company is not in danger of going the wrong way. Recently They have hired staff who either were not stressed that customer service was key, or they just dont care. You may think that it old school, but there are plenty of us who will pay a little more, or go a little further to be treated like a person and not a number. You should strive to keep your business employed with they kind of people we have come to know and love!!! Thank you Mary, Phil, Toni, my Husband and I salute you.

The pharmacy staff are rude, I never get my prescription on time. They do not want to help. They are rude to me every time I go there. They never have enough to fill my prescription because no one does their job and orders it. They lie and tell me my prescription is ready for pick up and when I get there to pick it up its not ready and they dont seem to care. Rude rude people. Understaffed, and lazy employees who dont know how to do their job right. Dont go there.

Horrible customer service and rude as can be! Seriously the lady working the checkout acted like it was my fault they dont have an ATM or use debit cards for money orders. Hey its cool there are plenty of other places near by that do have ATM machines and take debit cards for money orders. Never going there for anything ever again. I feel I was disrespected and discriminated against because of tattoos and piercings. There was absolutely no reason for me to be treated the way I was. I was nothing but nice and respectful towards this woman .

Always friendly staff in the Pharmacy.. they have a drive thru window to pick up prescriptions. Which is a great way to do it if your ill or have a disability.

Pharmacy staff was for most part rude and condescending. Tara, was considerably better after 1st conversation. Although I established the need for mailing, it seemed inconvenient for CVS staff. After having 3 fills I moved my business back to my community pharmacy. Cost is more..but Im treated well.

The pharmacy doesnt stay open until 9pm. It closes the windows before 9 and the staff uses the excuse that their registers shut down right at 9..which doesnt explain why the windows are closed. I wouldnt chance it if its 10 to 9.
