I was given more for trade than I thought I would. However, buyers do your diligence! They allow you to take a vehicle to your mechanic, so make an appointment and have him crawl all over it before purchase.The car I purchased had had no services done to before it was resold. It appeared they got it in and just put it up for sale without any real check over. It hadnt even been detailed. I was never informed it was due for any services. An oil change I can see, but it was over due for a transmission service. If I hadnt been on the ball, I would have lost my transmission.

Came here to check out a used truck. Salesman Craig was easy to talk to and not pushy by any means. Let me take the rig for a ride. Returned from the test and he already had the CarFax for me to view. I found some issues I needed to address so I made an appointment for him to put the truck on a ramp to check out. Didnt buy the truck, wasnt quite what I wanted, but he did answer all my questions honestly and without hesitation to make me comfortable enough to come back and check out the inventory. If they get something else in stock. Ill definitely come back if they get something I desire. Worth your time to visit!

We had been walking by this business, looking at a beautiful blue car for probably 3 weeks, when Craig popped up out of nowhere and offered to let us test drive it. Recently bought a Ford Edge here. We love this car and we talked over a few days to get everything set up. Was smooth and painless. The car is driving great. Slight issue with the moonroof but it’s a used car and it wasn’t something we really cared about using. Online reviews have shown it’s a common issue with this car and there’s some sort of sequencing thing you can do. They were also very helpful with that but we got the car under blue book and the engine is sound so far. I’m a worry wart when buying cars and they definitely helped put my mind at ease. Over all a great experience and these guys were awesome!! I’d recommend them to anyone shopping for a new to you car!! Thank you Craig!

Bought a 2005 jeep wrangler wouldnt budge on price and not even 500miles into owning it it needs a new transmission, leaks from the oil pan, and leaks from the front and rear seals, quoted at 5500$ worth of work .

Shady shady shady business! They offered us just $3,000 on an SUV that books for nearly $10,000. Then the salesman told us that they take base models and add on accessories from the junkyard and crank up the price. So you may think your getting a loaded model but its actually parts added on from a junk yard. After reading the reviews of this business Im glad we walked away! It was funny that they wouldnt let us take it on a test drive or start up the truck. They were more interested in looking over our SUV and acting shady!

Very dishonest!! 2 weeks and 1 day. Thats how long we have had our 06 nissan frontier they sold us for 9,200. They told us the service engine light was just a spark plug and they had it fixed for us. It is now in the shop getting a new motor due to internal engine knocking. For another $5500 I can pick up our truck from the mechanic in approximately 2 weeks from today. I regret not listening to the other bad reviews from the other people that these guys have done wrong by.

DONT BUY A CAR HERE!! They are liars! Not only did they sell the car to someone else, that I was in negotiation for (which I had agreed to buy and was scheduled to come in and sign the paperwork for), the owner was rude to me and made it pretty clear that he did not want me to come back. He said that I shouldve put a deposit down if I really wanted it (even though I would have if I thought I needed to, but the salesman never even brought it up).

Happy with my vehicle so far but salesmen are typical. If they make ANY promises make sure you get it in writing. I bought a van there and it was missing the 2 carpeted covers for the floor where the seats fold down inside. I was promised that they would get them for me. They never did. I will NEVER buy a used car again. Especially from Rigs n lies

Owner was derogatory and judgmental. Have no interest in doing business with someone who chooses to jump to conclusions and act in a demeaning fashion. I dont typically leave reviews but, wanted to pass along the information that the owner is disrespectful and rude. We chose not to do business with the company for that reason. Hope this helps someone not be belittled and made to feel inferior.

After nearly two months of searching northern CA and southern OR, for a Honda Pilot, we found the model and price we were looking for at Rigs and Rides. Craig hooked us up like a tow truck in a multitude of ways: 1st) We ran into a snafu with a lender (not referred to us by R&R) and after a deposit we were allowed to come back a couple of days later to complete the deal. 2nd) When realizing the front tires were not road worthy Craig provided a $220 discount on the total sale of the Pilot and hooked us up like a tow truck and got us a great deal on some new AT tires at half the cost and from a reputable dealer. 3rd) Being that our family truckster has 119,000 miles on it we will need a new timing belt and water pump installed in the next few months which he said hed have his mechanic repair for us at roughly $400. Ill be going back again and referring these fellas to my friends who are looking for new to you rig or ride.

Buyers be aware!!! I bought a truck in 2013 that included a lifetime engine warranty. My engine had a complete failure and I was told that they could not help me because their insurance company did not have my VIN on record. I feel that it would be their responsibility to step up since it was sold under false pretenses. I fought with them for a month to no avail and now I have a truck that I only put 20k miles on it that I can no longer use.

Bought a nice looking truck here in 2016. Within three days the truck lost power and started having mechanical issues. I returned the truck and they said sorry they cant do anything. I was upset and said then i want to return it and they said they could take it back for less than what I bought it for but it would be significantly less. I told them this is wrong as its not even been a aweek. They said it was a good running truck that i must have done something to it. I told them i was turning them in to BB. They said they could have their mechanic look at it. Which he did and said it was a blown head. Again accused me of poor driving. They had it with their mechanic for over 30 days. Would not give me a loaner vehicle. On the 32nd day i got it back andok for 2 days. Power was weak, i took it back and they said they have gone over and beyond customer service they refused to even take it back as a trade in.Went to Roe Motors and they said it has a engine recall and should have never been allowed to be sold. I got a very bad deal. They were not supposed to take it in as they csnt legally sale it until the recall has been addressed and that would be at least 6 months sccording to the Dodge dealership.Roe motors felt terrible for my experience at Rigs and rides. With some creative financing they paid off what i owed for the 2006 DodgeAnd got me into a 2004 Ford pickup with better rates. The Dodge sat on their lot for 6 months until they could send it off for auction as they would not even consider selling it on their lot as their mechanic said this truck has multiple engine issues with faint white smoke and still weak power indicating possible head issues never resolved correctly.Roe Motors is much more reputable. I have had my truck for 3 years and have not had to put a penny into it except for regular oil changes and a routine tune up.This is how purchasing a used car should be. Shame on Rigs and Rides for selling a lemon and knowing it had a recall. Bad business. Josh is a smooth talking nice guy.ONCE THE DEAL IS SEALED YOUR OUT OF LUCK. A POOR BUSINESS. BEAUTIFUL CARS BUT MECHANICALLY UNSOUND. NOT GOOD FOR THEIR WORD.

The worst company in town. Best bring a mechanic with you or they will rip you off. I came in with my disabled daughter and they still ripped me off. I was told the only thing they could qualify me for was a dodge grand caravan which was the same price as the Toyota seinna I wanted. United finance said they would have done the loan for either car later when I asked. They lied to me as they stated they were christians and and was doing me a favor. Said the bank wouldnt cover the sienna also stuck a huge balloon payment on top of it. Everything broke right away the dvd dont work the slider doors wont open. They fixed the door twice then said it was my problem. The van will not go up sexton over 25 miles an hour and I still owe $2500 on it. Do not waste your time with these guys Josh the owner backs up his employees lies. I have to take the bus till I can pay this down for a new rig. Im soo disappointed. Its hard for me to get my disabled daughter to her appointments as well as mine having a brain tumor. These guys are heartless thieves. May God pay back all your wrongs before judgement day!

Waent down there to look at a gmc 2500hd. Told them was interested in it and would like to go through north west community credit union. They processed my loan and came back saying the banks want to work with me but want me to get something under a 100k. (Which was a total different bank) Then they offered me a ford which was a base model truck. I told them I found another truck. Make a long story short I came back already approved for a loan from my bank because The other truck didnt work out. I test drove the truck and it has a ton of issues. Trans leaking, transfer case leaking, knock sensors bad, needs a fuel pump module, brakes front and rear are also wore out. Came back to the lot told them the laundry list of issues and made a decent offer. He wanted to only come down less than 1000 dollars off of his over retail price. I told him it wasnt worth it due to th e work needing done. I guess my point here is some sucker is going to be stuck with that truck that needs tons of repairs and not know it. Dishonest and not wiling to work with you to sell a vehicle that could be made a quality one. The truck is the grey gmc 2500hd they have.
