I have had a few different visits. On most it was an easy fix and I was on my way. Not often you find a good Mechanic and I did.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A++ These guys were super informative & helpful. Really quick job, VERY reasonably priced. Kurtis answered all my questions and fixed it same day - not a hitch. If you’re on the Rogue, give them a stop if you need some car work done.

Best shop in town hands down. A lot of shops are so hectic you feel bad for talking to the mechanic for more than 15 seconds. Which in terms of your vehicle and repairs, can leave you feeling a bit uneasy. Being able to discuss options and have a normal conversation goes a long ways. Every time I have gone here, they are thorough, professional and make sure my vehicle is ready to go. Never had a single issue. Curtis is a standup guy and a very intelligent mechanic. Don’t think about it, just go here.

I am from Minnesota and am in Oregon visiting my brother and my AC pump went…I had an appointment at another place and they never showed at the scheduled time…so I called Ray Houck Automotive and spoke to Kurtis…explained my situation and he said “come on over and we will take a look” mind you everywhere else in town was 2-3 weeks out and I had an appointment elsewhere made a week ahead of time…Thank God for these mechanics who are very genuine, nice, honest, helpful, trustworthy, and funny guys!! If I lived here they would be my mechanics!!💯I will be referring my brother and his peeps that live here though!! Feeling thankful and blessed!

Very quick very friendly service

The guys who work/own this shop are the nicest!!! I was visiting from 6 hours away when my oil starting leaking. They were booked (i can see why!!) But said come by and well look at it and let you know if its safe to drive. I did, they looked at it within minutes and after 15 minutes of work- they not only looked at it but fixed it!!!! Huge thank you to Kurtis and team for saving the day!!!!

Just have to say this is the best mechanic in Grants pass! These guys are really intelligent and great to work with. There is a great crew of really good guys here that are experienced, knowledgeable and fair. They help me with what ever it is on my Sedan, Van or Truck! Look for the Monkey with the wrench!

Thank you Ray Houck automotive for excellent service! I dont write many reviews online but felt the need to after receiving great care this afternoon from this shop. Curtis, Ray and team helped us out of a bind by repairing our work van quickly on a Friday afternoon when it broke down so we would have it back for a job the following week. We will definitely be back! But hopefully not under such urgent circumstances ;)

Best guys to work on your car

My vehicle was diagnosed, part ordered and vehicle repair were all quick. Price was very fair and I will use again for future issues.

This automotive shop was quick and inexpensive. They gave my vehicle a good going over, showed and explained the problems, and didnt try to sell me on repairs that I didnt need or were a waste of money based on the overall condition of the vehicle. Ill be using them as my regular mechanic here in Grants Pass.

I was unable to drive my suburban due to a surgery and Ray came to my home and diagnosed my problem. He left his truck at my house and took my suburban to the shop and had it back in a few hours! It cost less than he quoted me. Thats how you do business in a small towm. THANK YOU SO MUCH😊
