Minor repairs but one involved paint. Had my truck back in 2 days and it looked great! It was washed and detailed and even tires shined when I arrived to pick it up. Met me at the shop on a Saturday morning when not normally open so I could have my truck for the weekend. Definitely will recommend to anyone I know looking for a body shop.

My truck looks like new! A 2004 Chevy Duramax that I so smashed the back end on one of those yellow posts that surround a fire hydrant, posts very short, could not see them from the truck, I was terribly upset and embarrassed that I had done such a stupid thing, I was recommended to go to Grants pass Collision. So glad I DID! They did an excellent job and I am very pleased. Poor truck now happy again. And they have excellent warranty too. I would go back there for any work I need.

Its bad enough to need to have body damage repaired but these guys are way over priced. The estimator/owner never even got back to me I had to call him to get my quote finished a week later. They quoted me over 5k for a tiny bit of damaged I fixed myself for under $800 with original manufacture parts. They told me they only have a 20 percent markup on their parts but its more like 200 percent.

Whent there to get my car fixed with a broken window in winter thay even helped me get a rental car why thay fixed mine I tried other shops and thay wanted me to make appointments to fix my window then come back two weeks later thay are grate people and local owned! !! Thanks guys!! :)

I cant imagine worse service. Poor workmanship, being lied to... The ignorance of first time customers is likely the only reason they are still open. Do yourself the favor of going somewhere else, because after they screw up your car they wont help you.
