I have not been there in years. The store back then was unappealingly. I was blown away today on how beautiful it was. Set up so nice. Clean and organized. Everything was so easy to find. The employees were fantastic. Thank you. I will be back.

Let me start off with some staff that brings the score up, they are awesome people! They are knowedgeable and helpful, they made the experience for me. I think they could do with stocking more hobby products, they have plenty, but there are also some things just missing from the assortment. That kind-of missed the mark for me, but they do have a massive supply of many other hobby products, mostly in the self-creating (DIY) project level. Some books that are mostly self-help or Tarot (which is something you buy as a gift, so there are some gift options here!) Worth a stop in if you have a craft you need supplies for. If you are just looking to peruse, you may just find your next big project! Or you will have used a comfortable part of a day learning about many random DIYs. In any case this place deserves a stop-by in my book, so, many, things. 😆😁

I just left this JoAnn store & it was a very pleasant experience. The two associates I spoke with were super nice and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Refreshing.

The staff here are great and helpful. Yesterday, I tried to buy 8 yards of a home decorator fabric when it was 30% off. I was able to buy half at the center point mall store. The person helping me looked up availability at other stores. She said there were 8 yards available at Grandville and advised me to call to be sure. I called and the person who answered took the time to measure what was on the roll on the floor and then went looking in back for the rest of it. Yeah! She found it and held it for me!While there are often great coupons, it can be a frustrating exercise if you need more than 7 yards of a home decorator fabric. If you have ever ordered multiple yards of fabric online, as I have for curtains, multiple pieces often arrive which make creating panels difficult.I do wish they carried more high quality cottons that arent their own brand.

Love this Joanns. Things are always stocked nicely there is clean walk ways. Its always super easy to find someone to help you if you need assistance. The displays are always really nice and eye catching. They have a wide selection of things at all different price points.

Always a great experience here. My wife does all sorts of crafting from scrap books to blankets you name it she can and will do it. As a supportive husband I am often tagging along to the stores. Compared to most craft stores the staff is fun and friendly always asking about your projects. The store is always in a neat and orderly manner. Sometimes it can get crowded but what store doesn’t when they have amazing sales??? All in all we love Joann Fabrics for all my wifeys crafting needs. Hands down a great place to be!

I really felt safe shopping at JoANN Fabrics today. The store was set up just right. The workers were very polite and confident. This was my first time out, and I was a little uneasy for sure. That quickly changed to feeling safe.

Always find good deals on the things I need for sewing. I wish it were a bigger store so the isle could be spread out a little more.

Does not carry a large offering of fabric. Go-to the Grandville store for better selection. But there is hardly ever a line for fabric cutting or checkout.

Finally found the perfect fabric for my project.

This store is soooo awesome. I live in Indiana and was up here visiting some people. I went online I placed my order for pick up cause I cant get what I wanted in Indiana, and I did not know it was going to take a few days to be ready. Doesnt feel as large as some other area locations, but still has an amazing selection of craft, hobby, home decor and seasonal items. The fabrics range widely in quality (as you would expect from some of the extremely low prices), but there are plenty of good options, whether you are looking for knits or wovens, flannel, fleece, apparel, home decor or costume fabrics. Its worth signing up for the app as well as the texts and mailers as many of the coupons (from different sources) can be stacked

I ordered a silk flower for my patents cemetary stone at 8:30 am for curb side pick up and never got a text to come pick up. It takes over 24 hours to put a silk flower in a bag. I dont know how they are making any money when you have to wait over 24 hours for a silk flower.

Was homey and nice, but very crowded. Couldnt find the type of ribbon I was looking for- as they had only 3 brands to peruse. Wish there were more brand options for things, as when I was searching for a certain feeling ribbon I was conpletely out of luck.Pretty great place to get crafts and things though

My son was looking for a material to replace his motorcycle seat. The quote he got from dealership was $130.00 with materials n labor. But a gal helped us find a beautiful marine metallic gray that matched his bike perfectly! We got it on sale..another 25% off of that. Labor was free. We did it for less than $10.00. !! I was at this store this morning around 11:30. The restroom was filthy. The trash can over flowing and a lot of used toilet tissue all ovevthe floor. Not too healthy folks. I did memtion this to the cashier.

They have a wide variety of fabric, notions, yarn, jewelry making supplies and home decorating. The store is displayed nicely and staff is friendly. They have coupon deals that make shopping there quite economical.

I suggest knowing what you want to do, or having a general idea of how you want to do it, before going in. They are pleasant and want to help, but you arent their only customer and can only be stretched so far. That said, if youre wandering aimless, or confused, and dont see someone for a few minutes... you wonder if youll find your way out again.

I was there for almost 2 hrs. But the girls were patient and friendly. Loves the customer service. They knew thier material and I got all the samples I needed. I just wish the lighting in the store was better.

JoAnn fabric would get 5 stars cause i love this store BUT, they do not keep their aisles wide enough for the disabled and it’s a Law. I work with the disabled and every JoAnns we’ve tried to go to i am having to move displays and racks to allow their wheelchairs to get through.. it’s a simple fix ... don’t overstock or get bigger stores. There isn’t an option here. The disabled deserve the same quality of shopping everyone else does.
