They have pretty decent produce and the best olives Ive ever had in my life. The employees are pretty hard to find but are always knowledgeable to get whatever you need. With all Costcos, make sure you bring a Visa card, debit card, or check to pay. You can run your total up pretty high with a full cart, Ive dropped over $400 in one trip before.Their parking lot is not great like all Costcos and you usually have to park far away from the building but at least the gas station line is not terrible.

I love Costco!We had to stop and visit this warehouse away from home!They stock warehouses based on local demographics, so you can find things that arent at your local place.

It’s Costco, what more is there to say? The quality is high, the deals are great, and the variety is refreshing. If you want unique items (especially food) and great prices on bulk, this is where to go. Costco is picky and only sells high quality items which is why they can offer the best return policy in the industry. Two things that can be pros and cons, most of their items are seasonal. So you can’t always get that favorite item year round. Because of their popularity, their lines can get very long. Usually they have good speed, but just remember to always get a cart so your not carrying heavy items while waiting in line.

Doug at the food court made the mode delicious pizza I’ve ever had. His skills are exquisite, and he should get a raise.

Never order anything online from Costco!I attempted to purchase a couch at this location. There were no longer any in stock and I was not able to purchase the display because it was still an “active” item.No worries. I ordered the couch online. It was not delivered on the day scheduled. They never called us to let us know the delivery was delayed. After spending over and hour with more than one person from their customer support, they told us that the delivery was messed up and that someone should call tomorrow. Also, if they don’t call us in the morning, for us to call them back.We called them back!After being on hold for over an hour, they were confused as to why we were calling! Still no couch. Still no date or time for delivery.Literally the worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. Go to Sam’s Club.

Buyer beware - quality and quantity meet here. And with the solid prices on bulk items, with everything from rice to maple syrup, you had best be staring at that list if you want to avoid being sipped and sampled into more delicious quality than you intended. More than a store, an almost fey experience. Fantastic service, products, and prices make this a one stop shop you dont want to miss.

This was the first time Ive been to a Costco. A lot of the food is in too big of a package for just two people, but this is a store for bulk buying. I was with my niece, so wasnt able to brows much. I wish there was one in my town, we dont have any bulk stores. The closest one is more than sixty miles from us

I guess they are as anxious as everyone else, and wanting to leave 2020 behind.Anyway, packed with customers, but everybody was wearing face masks (except 1 female customer).No Clorox/Lysol wipes. Lots of TriCleanz (Ethanol... or Methanol?).Cashiers and other staff were nice and respectful as always.

Needed help with a large item. Someone who was punched out for the day helped me find someone on the clock. This person loaded it, walked it to the front, waited in the checkout and walked me out. Exceptional Customer Service!!

HORRIBLE!!!! First time there after already signing up for a membership online (big mistake).Cashier was extremely rude and acted like I was nothing more than an inconvenience when I had my membership number but not my card. I told her I didnt see a service desk when I entered and she rolled her eyes and sighed. She pointed to the EXIT and said thats where the service desk is. Why is at at the exit that is completely separated from and not visible to the entrance?She then complained to me about having been there since 10 AM (it wasnt even 6 pm...) and was very short with me but expected me to empathize. Yeah, no.Then there was no indication that they ONLY accept Visa Credit or Mastercard Debit... So, I asked to suspend my transaction so I could get my other card out of my car. They couldnt suspend because apparently, like their credit acceptance, are archaic with their technology elsewhere in the store.I get my other card and I cannot run it as credit, because MC is only accepted as debit 🙄 and I cant run it as debit because I dont have my PIN on my brand new card... (yeah, thats my fault but come on. Why should it be so difficult?!)The entire experience was horrible and my 2 year old had to leave without the crocodile she fell in love with. Get it together Costco. Leave the stonage. Upgrade your systems. Become more inclusive. Also, train your employees to not blatantly complain to the customers about having to work an 8 hour shift (poor thing)... Or, you know, just be decent toward customers in general may be a good start.I will never step foot inside of another location, let alone this one. Get it together...

This is a well stocked Costco, Id say medium sized with easy parking. The gas station has never seemed too busy in the 5 times Ive been here.Employees are friendly and easy to find. At 11am on a Saturday the store is clean and organized (which is not always the case for all Costcos). It really didnt seem too busy, but that might have been the snow. Bathrooms and Cafe were clean too.

Great selection of stuff but not a lot of variety because it is a bulk store so they obviously carry what will sell more so not many reduced fat/healthy options. Very surprised it closes early at 6pm on a Saturdays. This ones food court is not quite as nice as the others: no kiosk for fast ordering and the onions in the machine were bland and kind of slimy.

Great warehouse. Usually steady business, can be ridiculously crazy at peak business times. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and I can usually find ALMOST everything I need here. Usually a few things that are either sold out or I just assume is not carried at this location.

LOVE this Costco! Staff is also very helpful.They have a great selection of fresh seafood. If you are looking for fresh king crab, shrimp, lobster, or walleye, this is the place to go. Their steaks are top notch too! I am also impressed by their selection of Keto/Low Carb products. I highly recommend Costco to anyone, even if you are a family of 2!

The store manager, Jennifer, was extremely rude. We agreed to disagree on an attempted store purchase but in closing she was laughing at me, rolled her eyes at me, and held a cynical tone. When I asked her for the store managers number and asked for a card she said “no”, to which I asked if I could borrow a pen and paper and she laughed and again said “no”. Makes you think twice about ever using Costco again, plan to cancel my membership.

It’s Costco. It’s great! Gas is high quality and cheap. Pharmacy has great techs and excellent prices. They treat their staff really well. Only problem are the entitled boomer customers that crop up from time to time. Annoying, but time will sort that issue out.

100% mass chaos there. I’ve been to plenty of other Costco’s that are better ran and organized. Cashiers are rude, and getting help is almost impossible sometimes for things.

This Costco has a great location, great store organization, efficient and friendly employees among other things. I live in-between this location and the one in East Lansing, and this one is better in each of these categories.My family got our flu vaccinations here and the process was quick and easy. We made appointments online, filled out our paperwork at home through the website and were ready to get in and out efficiently. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, they have been taking proper precautions for both customers and their employees. I drive a little out of my way to go to this location because they do a fantastic job. I also like the reputation Costco has in taking care of their employees, and so I feel better making purchases here.

Please tell me what is great about this place? Maybe price is cheaper than other places, but not by much. A few things are not great:1. There is no selection. Ok, I understand offering selection is not the primary goal for Costco, but come on, there were only two choices for toilet paper? Both soft kind?2. The roast chicken is affordable, yes, only for 5 bucks. But it was so flavorless. In comparison, the chicken at Horrocks Market is substantially better, and it was only 3 dollars more.

I have been an Executive Member for many years and purchase products for our office and our home. Really dont like the policy limiting products to one purchase. Doesnt work for me because I have to make multiple trips for important items.

My favorite buy is Tortilla crusted tilapia (frozen) by High Liner. It is the most delicious & easy fish fillet (pan fries so easily) that I could only find at this Costco. If you shop here, you must try them. Sadly Costco in West coast doesn’t carry these.Great clean Costco. I shop here every year when we visit Grand Rapids in Summer. On July 31, 2019, there were about 10 tasting stations inside the store. I’ve never seen that many at a store for last 15 years.We purchased Sealy Queen mattress and it was best price for the exact same mattress among many retailers ($800 or more lower) and was able to get a help to load to a flatbed cart.Great selection of toys and offerings.

Retail quality at wholesale prices and a far greater selection than what Sams Club in Grand Rapids has to offer, and the 28th St. store is a much cleaner store l might add.

Great place to do wholesale shopping. Great deals on food and clothes. Loved working at when I was in high school back in 2013, it was a part time job but it did pay my rent. And the discounts were huge.

Lines were long.....Other them that every thing was amazing.

Found everything we wanted, and more. Great associates helped locate and obtain bakery products. Yumm!
