Just got theses today get in and looked at the shoes and they looked like somebody put them on

I had a very bad experience last week with one of the workers at this location. I came in asking for a pair of Air Force ones, when one of the workers became very angry with me and starting throwing shoes at me. After this point I looked at his name tag. Chris then poured his Gatorade onto me while cussing me out & continue to throw Air Force ones at me. Never coming here again.

Foot Locker is usually good customer service, finding me the best deals and making sure I get discounts. However, at this location the worker that talked to me was extremely rude.My shoes finally arrived for pick up, I approached the store 25 minutes before they closed, because I work until 6 pm, and they had already shut their registers down so I couldn’t pick up my shoes. She told me I had to come back tomorrow morning like I don’t have a job or something. She did not explain very well why I had to return the next day to pick up my shoes and basically was trying to shoo me out of there. I’m not sure why they have hours closing at 7 but shutting their store down at 6:35.

Great service, this is the only footlocker I go to! Sometimes I do have to order because inventory can be low but that personally doesn’t bother me

When we went they didnt have barely any shoe sizes in stock at all thats the only thing that sucked. But overall employees were decent and helpful.

I called for a application and the girl who answered the phone was very rude so I just hung up.

Nice staff dont harass you when youre shopping

Seems like all Footlocker stores have one thing in common; they stare at you when you walk in, then go back to looking at their phones. Never helpful and never have their prices in their shoes! If not for my son, Id forget this store existed.

Foot Locker has some of the best cleaner and protectant on the market

By far the worst footlocker I’ve ever been to. The manager was extremely rude. After standing in line for over 25 minutes, the manager came out with a very disrespectful tone to tell me I couldn’t come in because she didn’t think my face mask was “acceptable”. No other stores in the entire mall complained about my mask. Horrible experience. I took my money elsewhere.

The place to go for shoes

Tons of casual options but my daughter who actually needs basketball shoes...options were pretty slim. 1 style of KDe, no Kyries, just not a lot that are actually functional. Bummer finish line and champs are gone.

No one tried to even help us. So I went to champs and as soon as we walked in we were helped immediately.

Its a great store to buy shoes but why cant they make the shoe in wide sizes instead of narrow. I tore my Achilles tendon and all the shoes are narrow and uncomfortable to wear.

The workers were very rude and acting like they really dont give a d*mn. I was not greeted and the workers didnt help us and were just goofing off

My son got a pair of shoes there he likes him a lot theyre white hes worried about creasing them and he ended up sending for the cleaning fluids so they stay White.

Sister ordered shoes online. When they arrived they were the wrong size and color. Their was no packing slip/receipt. Called store to exchange. Employees were gossiping when we walked into the store. Manager was impatient and rude when we had to search email for receipt. Shen we found it she said we would have had to pay the difference in price due to sale online if hadnt found the email. My first and last time at Foot Locker.
