They were very good with my son, made him comfortable and they did the piercing at the same time.

Horrible service i went two days in a row and no one was at the kiosk even though the website said it was open, i even called and no one answered

I came into the store today at the time it said it was suppose to be open at 11:30am and it wasn’t open. This is pathetic for a company to not make sure someone is in the store at the time listed. I came another time before and the gentlemen who said he was the manager was rude and tacky, on his phone and not helping customers at all.

Passed it 3 times and no one was there,no signs saying they were closed, online said open and i got no service, i am very mad abt this:(

My friend bought a chain and i have bought many things from the location at orland. By far the worst location of them all. Whoever the young African american was looked miserable. I could not believe a place that relies on sales has the worst attitude and customer service. Saw at least 6 people walk away with dirty looks because of his service. Horrible. will never buy another thing from here.

The lady was SO amazing with my 9 year old who got her ears pierced for the first time. She made her feel so comfortable, and she was thourogh and did a wonderful job. Clean and sanitary gets 5 stars as well! Thank you for making my and my daughters experience so great!

Such an amazing experience at the pagoda ! They sell all types of jewelry from gold to silver & body jewelry....and also owned by zales.! They helped me pick items out for a wedding Im attending ...Danielle & Angel helped so much! Ill definitely be back!

My son and i went in to get our ears pierced. Tiffany and shai were working. They were both very nice and very professional. Thank you ladies.

They use a piercing gun. It makes a miniscule, almost microscopic hole. Took the earing stud they put in and tried to put in another one (a hoop). It would not go in even a 1/8 of the way. Had to use a nail and a screw to make a bigger hole by myself. Painful as hell. So, unless you are looking for a permanent earing/ stud, avoid this place.
