To whom this may concern, I was at you store this morning waiting for it to open. The hours on the door said it opens @10am. I am a manager in customer service myself. The doors opened a couple minutes late, I quickly found what I want and went to the register. The gentleman that was at the register wasnt qualified to operate the machine. After 10 minutes waiting I walked out the door. When the doors open I have been at work already and ready for business. Very poor service, I will be sure to spread the word. If you have all day to wait Sears may be the place to shop.

Lovely staff. Bought a mattress at this Sears and got great discount. I received $10 worth in points, not much but it is a great place to buy a mattress. The pick up was great, the personnel were very attentive and friendly.

No surprise that the parking lot and store are perpetually barren. Spent 20 minutes waiting for the single open register to process the couple in front of me so I could replace some ratchets. During this time, 3 managers walked by and interacted with the cashier while ignoring the growing line behind me and making no attempt to open the 3 unmanned registers.

Worst experience ever. We ended up purchasing a new washer and dryer from sears at woodland mall because they informed us they could deliver it on Monday. We received a e-mail that states they would deliver it between 1:45 and 3:45pm. They called just after noon while we were out. (we were home by 1pm) and states they showed up and are done delivering today and cant deliver it even though it is only 3pm right now. Called and cancelled the whole thing. Will never shop at sears again.

I got what I went in for BUT it took 2 days and 4 calls to get said item.I wanted an on sale weight set, I called on Sunday and asked if they had any in stock and this is how the conversation went:sears: are you on the website?me: yessears: does it say we have any in stock?me: no, just calling to see if you can check to make suresears: if it says non online then there arent any in stockpretty much say okay and hang up. I went in instead to see if the online promotion matched in store. another guy shows me the sale card and asks me if i want to order one in because it is store pick up only, I tell him no thanks Ill go with the RiverTown location since its closer to me and Ill just order on my own online.Skip to Monday, the website wont let me order for store pick up, and it wont let me deliver to home, the website also wont let me create an online user. So I call RiverTown Searsme: calling to see if you have item in stock or if you can order it for me sears: what does the website say?me: says its not in stock and I cant order itsears: then we dont have any in stock and if you cant order it neither can I, its probably discontinuedme: thanks and hang upAt this point Im pretty annoyed.Call the Woodland location again and tell the guy the situation, he gives me the same online talk about if it says none then there are none, he takes my name and number and says hell look into it and call me with results, after I told him the guy yesterday said there should be a shipment coming in with them.That was at around 1030am, I left work at 430pm still with no call.So, I went into the Woodland location, find the first employee I see and ask them to check on the sale item, take them directly to the sale card and hand it to them.The guy says let me check the back really quick before we order it and then about 5 minutes later comes out and says they have one if I want it. I say yes, he gives me an online discount, and then I scan my receipt and wait for someone to bring it out of the back for me. Their little computer said I waited another 4 minutes for that to happen, and then I was on my way... finally.So, good price, terrible experience, if I could have found similar item for similar price somewhere else I would have immediately.

Was supposed to get dishwasher delivered on July 24. Stayed home to get delivery. Installer called and said he was at the store and my dishwasher hadnt arrived. I wasnt notified or called for a reschedule time prior to the installation date. Company obviously has no respect for my time.

Vera, the cashier, was very rude commenting on how I was too fat for the shirt I picked out and kept telling me that I shouldnt be shopping in the junior section. I finally lost enough weight to shop in the junior section and that was really rude of her.

If 0 stars were available I would do it! Spent $4245 on appliances and never got one of them. Its been 10 days and I have only received refund for half of that. Worst experience ever with a retail establishment.
