I love this store so much. I go here almost everyday before work. Its so clean and everyone is so friendly.

This is a great place to shop or just hang and drink coffee or tea and idle away time. The produce section is outstanding, fresh and cared for. The meat market has some mighty tasty looking offerings. A shopper could spend half a day in the wine, beer and liquor section. The selection is better than most. There bakery and deli counter deserve mention also. There is a Starbucks up front. The downside is that, D&W is a tad bit pricey.BUT...One Gets what one pays for.

This store is beautiful. I moved away from GH a while back but came to town and popped in. Love the updates and layout. Also a great wine/liquor section. Prices are higher than my typical grocery stores, so I wouldnt get all my groceries here, but popping in for a few things when I dont feel like going into Meijer is nice.

D&W used to be my store. Live in Ferrysburg now. Stopped in about 2 months ago! WOW! Big changes! Been back 4 times! Will go back again!

This D & W is pretty clean. They have a pretty selection of food to choose from. Their prices are a little higher than Meijer or Walmart. Take a look at my pictures and you will be able tell.

Not bad. Pretty good selection of items for anything you need. Wish their fresh food bar ladies were friendlier.

Just left there. The place is full of holiday cheer from staff to customers. Very busy but no cranky individuals. Had placed a Deli order it got a little messed up. They made it right and then some. Would recommend the Grand Haven store to anyone. Top of the line staff.

Ive used the pharmacy and they are wonderful. They have a good variety of foods. Workers are very helpful. Its very clean nicely stocked. Prices are a little high, but vegetables are very good.

Best variety of any store in West Michigan. Prices a little higher but you can find a lot of things here you wont at most big stores.

This store is really clean inside.Everything is stocked beautifully, their pre-made food is delicious and not over priced, everyone is in high spirits, it looks modern and sleek.Think Ill shop here over Meijer or Walmart now.

I feel comfortable shopping here because everyone I see is wearing a mask. Plenty of choices of food. Nicely laid out and love the directory on the shopping carts!

I love this D&W. They have all kinds of nice fresh and organic selections. You can buy spices in bulk here which is really nice for families like mine cuz we love fresh spices and seasonings. It can be a little pricey shopping here but you pay for quality and friendly and prompt services. You can almost always be right in and out unlike a lot of the box stores.

Loved it and was excellent when helping Brett Grumm return bottles and cans for money return.

I love D&W! It’s a small grocery store but is never “busy” and hardly crowded (only one time that I can remember.) There is a Starbucks coffee shop along with a great selection of items at the deli counter, bakery, and more! They are now (because of COVID) prepackaging deli meats and cheese, which is fantastic for someone who doesn’t want to wait in line to get their meat or cheese. There is also fresh Sushi, and an olive bar. The alcoholic beverage section is so well kept. I truly do not mind the “higher” prices because I love to be able to go in to a store and get out quickly.

D&W has everything your looking for and more! This is a great grocery store to shop at.

I really enjoy this store! It’s clean, they don’t move groceries all over- so I can get what I need easily. The people that work h to err are friendly and helpful.

Great grocery storeI dislike grocery shopping as the culture of groceries has turned to supermarkets, most of which are large, crowded, and product fixed. This store has a wonderful deli counter, a nice coffee shop inside (Starbucks), and a lovely selection of Michigan only products as well as the regular grocery store items. The staff is always helpful and friendly, they dont seem to hate their jobs as others do at large supermarkets. I enjoy going here and go out of my way to shop here every so often.

Upscale supermarket with some high quality and interesting offerings. Have yet to see full scale operations due to the current crisis. Great deli offering hot and cold delights. Today we enjoyed their very good Chicken Pot Pie. If youre a coffee or tea aficionado theyve got something for everyone. We got some bulk coffee beans from Sumatra. Very tasty brew. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great customer service. Placed an order with their bakery department for our wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I believe it was the manager and she was so helpful and professional. Can’t wait to pick everything up

I want to thank Sara the Deli manager. I needed several dinners for a charity. She was short staffed and I am sure stressed. She and her staff were wonderful and fufilled the order with grace. All of the people who received the dinners were greatful and filled with tears of joy. Forever grateful to the entire staff.

I enjoy going to D&W. Their deli has a huge selection and is fresh. I always end up getting more food then I need. The produce looks great along with the meat department. The store is laid out nicely and they are doing a good job making me feel safe during the covid

Prices a bit higher but you can almost always find what you need during pandemic or they will tell you when it will be in. awesome bakery and pharmacy people are the best.

The best selection and friendliest staff. I can find anything I am looking for and then some. Dont forget to check out the Starbucks. They make some of the BEST drinks!

Mask compliance has improved since the governors executive order. Still, as shown by Meijer in Muskegon, D&W should be able to do better.

We get meals from the deli when we dont feel like cooking. The food is fresh and good. There is a gentleman that works at the hot food end who is super friendly and always makes the visit enjoyable.

The deli does have good food and a pretty good selection, but they are very slow. Inadequately staffed at lunch time, sometimes only one person working and no one at the cash register. If you want a quick lunch this is not to place to go.

I used to work here with Becky my BF from 4th grade...Back when Kathy Vollmer was laundered our checks...!!! Lol...I quit in July of 2002 cuz she hated me...lol...and so did here daughter...so she let her harass me at work and she just didnt do it at school why dont no...lol...but Im better than they can Eve seen now I dont need to dwell on this stuff anymore...!!! Lol...!!!

I painted a picture for my friends birthday cake and they did NOT do a good job. It wasn’t cut out properly nor was the whole picture on the cake. Also, the cake wasn’t correct either. It was at a slant, there was no filling, and it wasn’t marble like we ordered.

Havent been in here since the remodel. Very updated store with Starbucks. The coolest thing I noted was the fresh displays. Awesome salad bar includes macaroni and cheese. And the hot baked ready to eat pot pies are awesome. Sometimes the value card provides a discount on the pot pies.

Not as crowded as the big M, well stocked, and typically people are kind and considerate both employees and customers. Always a good experience.

Good selection on higher end products. Decent selection for dietary needs. Big salad bar and some hot food options as well.

Can be a bit on pricey side so having DW card for discounts helps. Have some great fast and healthy options for lunch and dinner. Great meat and produce dept.

Excellent variety of items. Self checkouts accepting debit/credit only currently.

They carry gluten free desserts.

Great store. Friendly staff. Awesome deli and salad bar. The salad bar isnt manned on Sundays but the deli workers will help you if you ask. Wish the one closer to my house was still open but glad this one is available.

This is where I shop for the items that the big box grocery stores dont bother to stock. They stock a higher quality product, and because of it, they charge a bit more. They also have a great salad bar for lunch.

Awesome deli, decent craft beer selection, amazing produce. However you do pay a little more. I recommend the yes card. Which gives you access to the best sales. Great store though.

Good selection of better quality foods. Nice deli and salad bar for lunch. Nice gluten free and specialty foods section. Good bulk candy and nuts section. Huge beer, wine and hard liquor options and makes for a quick stop for party supplies. Slightly higher prices compared to the competition a few doors down. But fun to check out and easy to do a quick shopping trips.

Andrea in bakery is awesome! I needed cookies for my sons baseball game and she went out of her way to frost 20 cookies just in time for his game. They looked great and the kids were thrilled!

Best customer service in the area, with top quality items and sales using your reward cards. Clean and friendly, you might pay a little more, but for me it is worth the price for being treated with respect. Not like the other store...Merry Christmas...1776

Seriously nice deli. In Grand Heaven this is a place to go for some deli food. The Pot Pie is great. Sushi is pretty good. Salads are great. The desserts are amazing.

Love D & W. The only issue I have is that the salad bar gets paid more attention to especially after the dinner hour. Many times after 6pm we come in for salad and many items are empty. Key items like shredded cheese, eggs... Dressings are low. Thanks

Fantastic grocery store that is always clean. Whenever I visit it is never too crowded and I have never had to wait in line. Very nice selection of wine and beer as well.

Why have I just discovered this place? Their fresh sandwiches are amazing. The grocery prices are more than a meijer or walmart, but the food looks and tastes better than most places I have been too. They have small carts for the little kids and very clean atmosphere. Staff was warm and welcoming. Parking lot seems pretty clean. We will be back!

This was my first visit to this D & W. Very nice. I was there to get beer, snacks and items for guacamole dip but I got a chance to see their deli and buffet area. Very nice, helpful staff. Olive and salad bar. I will definitely make a trip there again.

I am new to the area and was blown away with how clean and orderly this store is. The staff is friendly and always eager to help. I will definitely be going back for all my grocery shopping needs.

Awesome place to get fresh produce. Deli section is impressive. Meat counter offers a huge range of Boars Head produce, likewise for cheeses. Love the organic & healthy section. One of the best muffins in town. Friendly staff. Very organised.

Great sushi at the bar and easy to fine pretty much anything youll need. Also a craft beer lovers heaven all down one side of the store. Enjoyable atmosphere.

Taco Tuesday is great! Tortillas could be a better quality as well as taco meat. The chicken though is fantastic.

This D&W has an updated interior with some of the best selection Ive seen outside of Whole Foods! Excellent and varied produce, and MANY options for alternative diets, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and others! Fantastic selection of local and domestic beer, wine, and liquor. A large bulk food, tea, coffee, and oil section as well as expansive deli and bakery, and a Starbucks Coffee inside. Really my only complaint is that the prices are higher for many products compared to other local grocery stores such as Meijer.But their alternative foods selection can save you a trip to specialty stores, so it my be a good one-stop option for many people.

The store is always clean, parking is easy to find. During the day they have a fantastic fresh salad bar with a very nice Deli. With a Starbucks, fantastic meat counter, wine selection and organic health food area the store is a must for people who are quality-conscious and dont like large crowds.

Havent been in the Grand Haven D&W Store in evidently a very long time because when I walked in there today it was like OMG look at this Awesome Store, the produce section is totally amazing and the Organic section wow Ill be back for sure.
