Deckers has great specialized brands.This is a great location to see them all, see styles that local shops might not carry, and get expert advice from staff.I love Hoka’s for running and hiking and this location has all the colors and every fit.

Super helpful staff. They were attentive without hovering. One employee even found an item that was in the backroom but not on display.

They had four employees. All of them were standing up by the front registers talking with each other. Each time I wanted to look at a pair of shoes or see if they had them in my size I had to walk up there and get one of them to help us. That was disappointing. Hoka shoes are junk made in Vietnam. I tried to call this company about problems and the staff are a bunch of lazy Americans not educated in their product.

They could not have been more amazing! They allowed my daughters to job shadow and in doing so gave them uninterrupted time, fielded their questions, shared tech insight, allowed them to tour the facility, and greatly inspired my daughters! I am grateful!

Awful awful experience, my Sons school had organized a discount day at Deckers so we were all looking forward to stocking-up on running, casual and school shoes only the be greeted by a obnoxiously loud thumping soundtrack with young women shouting over the numerous speaks throughout the store. I asked 3 separate sales associated to turn the volume down, they all told me they had several complaints but could do noting about it as the higher-ups determined it an essential part of the customer experience. Well Deckers you just lost several hundred dollars in revenue and a family of customers, Im back to buying my shoes on-line where the customer is always right and I dont have to shout over the thumping beat to be heard or think, looked like you had some great shoes pity about the dreadful customer experience.......

What a great store.. my wife had to exchange some things which was crazy simple believe it or not seeing as it was an online order. While she was exchanging I got to look around and I was impressed at all the different things that could be made from a sheep. I was most impressed with the hats. So my wife got her boots and I found an awesome vest that matches so she is an ugg wearing happy camper...

This is a great outlet location that carries many brand. Its kind of out of the way but you can try out a lot of different types of UGGs etc. If they dont have it they will help you order it online.

Deckers you are amazing for hosting students from the community to get a pair of free shoes today. Not only that but you rolled out the red carpet for these kids. A job well done to all involved. The Deckers store was beautiful and the staff was incredibly warm and gracious. Thank you Deckers for supporting our community.

I had no idea this place existed and I was shook. Its expensive but wow these clothes and shoes are insane. I saw a jacket there Im obsessed with and I bought super soft socks.

I love coming here for shoe shopping, they also always offer a bottle of sparkling or still water. the staff is kind and courteous and always very helpful. and of course the shoes here are great with many different brands to choose from.

I liked it but I thought it was like the discount Deckers in Ventura.

Horrible customer service.Sales person was lovely. When I returned shows after a month and a half because the sole was falling apart, I was treated by the woman at the retail desk like I did something wrong and questioned about my use. They’re shoes. They’re meant to be worn. If they fall apart after a month, it’s the shoe not the wearer!!

Super friendly staff and very helpful! Even offering water to all the customers because of the wildfires ash and smoke.

Had a great experience shopping here. Friendly staff that wasnt pushy or overwhelming. Helped me decide between 2 sneakers. The shoes are super cute and so lightweight. The one downside is in just under a year they started to squeek when I walk which is annoying. I put up with it because they were expensive and I still find them very comfortable but the squeek is noticable to others when I wear them so now I can only wear then for walks or light jogging and not all day which was my plan since theyre more of a fashionable casual sneaker not one for jogging.

UGG is just a good product and this is a cool place.

Deckers owns the Ugg brand along with many other outdoor shoe brands such as Teva and Sanuk, all of them having vaguely aboriginal sounding names. The showroom is beautiful, the shoes are comfortable and durable, and the sales staff are well informed and helpful. I highly recommend a visit.

I went in the store the other day to exchange a pair of shoes that I had bought my daughter for her birthday she asked for a size bigger I went to try to exchange them the rude gentleman at the counter repeatedly told me that I got the shoes free that they were given to me for free and I was trying to come up on a pair of new shoes for myself For FREE🤬Unbelievably rude I was completely insulted and still mad I will never shop in that store no matter how much I love the products sincerely paying customer
