Not informative at all. I received diagnostic on my car in April. Ive been there every month since. I received a oil chg and a computer reading in June. A starter in August and my service abs and brake fluid lights are on. Given them 5 days to look at it? I am still waiting for that call! I will keep you posted on this lousy service. I got my car back today. 1 brakes drum 2 brake shoes $260 later. Sensor light on that wasnt on when I took my car in. I have pictures of course. He adjusted that chrg me $30 more than originally quoted. Some garbage about he took 45 mins. to get the old brake drum off. My car brakes still sound like a truck. I will take my car elsewhere? Heads up! Consumer laws are in place so that you cant change a quote unless customer approves it. Maybe I need to contact Consumer affairs and the IRS. How about aluminum foil? This is what I found near the engine in my car! All kind of lights going off and on in my car. Trying his best to mess up my car! Stay away from CHUCKS TOWING AND REPAIR. Definitely a CROOK!

Called about getting service done was given a quote, upon dropping vehicle off the quote went up by $100. Before I left my car there I asked if this included taxes and everything I was told yes. Was called when my vehicle was done and given yet a higher price. When I picked up my vehicle I told them I would not pay any more than what I was told it was cost that morning when dropping my vehicle off. I do not recommend this service shop the prices keep going up not sure if they’re just trying to get money or trying to take advantage of me.
