Our family was on a road trip from NYC to myrtle beach when a wheel bearing blew leaving our Tahoe disable in Goldsboro NC. It being a Saturday at 1 pm most mechanic shops were closed for the weekend leaving us very little options. Irayalis stayed open for us waiting for the car to be towed in, they ordered the parts and fixed the vehicle and we were back on the road in 4 hours from the time the car broke down till we pulled away. Irayalis is a very good mechanic! My car has had multiple issues and she has always been very helpful of making sure that those issues were resolved. She does her best to try to work with you money wise as well! if your car is going through something and no one seems to know what the issue is, take it to her! you won’t regret it.

My sons car needed a wheel barrier, axle, hub, and spindle cause it went out. Irayalis was able to get us in and complete the job in a timely manner. She also noticed he needed a tire rod end and was able to replace that as well. Pricing is very reasonable. Id recommend this shop to anyone. I just moved here from Florida 2 months ago and after a few days my car started leaking oil. I didn’t understand why because a Jiffy Lube down in Florida had just did my oil change and replaced my oil sensor that they said needed to be replaced and was why my check engine light was on. The part wasn’t properly placed and slowly my car was leaking oil and I didn’t even know it after driving over 700 miles. When I arrived to NC I went to Jiffy lube and was told they were unable to fix it. After research I finally found this place and went solely based upon previous reviews. Best decision ever. Most of these big chain places are all about over charging and doing work that really doesn’t need to be done. Irayalis was honest from the start and they took their time fixing my car making sure the problem was fixed. My car was leaking in several different places. She has earned a lifetime customer. No more big chains that charge you thousands and can’t even get the job done right. Thank you so much! My dad will be bringing in his two cars that need work done as well.

Purchased a vehicle, saw a leak, and took it to this auto service to get it fixed. I was given specific time frames and amounts. The charges increased from 300 to over 600 while my car sat from Feb 3rd onto as of today and continues to sit causing more issues. Overall, the engine, the most severe issue, was caused due to negligent, incorrect, and incomplete services trying to fix a simple leak. We all make mistakes...fix it.

They will prefer an new engine when nothing is wrong w/ your engine. half of the repairs that was done to half of your cars, i promise you were robbed b/c she lies . 🙄 how a mechanic working on others cars doesnt have her own vehicle running ? she money hungry & this isnt the way to do it . i highly wouldnt recommend .

Irayalis is very professional, skilled, knowledgeable and courteous when speaking with customers about their vehicles. She has repaired my BMW 328 i in a very timely manner and it was affordable and now running great. From day one she quoted the prices prior to repairs with no hidden cost, very honest. Not only did she have a set of great used set, but she had a matching full-sized spare! Her customer service skills are excellent. She pointed out where the problem was with my control arm bushings. This had caused the problem with previous tire wearing prematurely. She suggested immediate replacement, seeing how almost none of the bushing was left, I agreed. She also recommended front brakes soon. She was very thorough with the job and the bill was as nice as the customer service. It did not break the bank. It felt so good to be riding on smooth riding good tires and still have money in the bank! Thanks Ira!
