The sales guys were very nice and spend the time to make sure you get the mattress you need. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Our experience was great overall! Mattress Firm employees were very polite and were quickly able to match my wife and I to a new mattress, eventhough we have different sleep preferences. Our new mattress was delivered within 2 days, even over Labor Day weekend. The delivery team was fast, professional and respectful of our property. We will continue going to this store in the future.

I called the Colorado Mills Mall location to see if they had a boxspring in stock. Miguel at that branch informed me that it was not in stock there but he offered to check other locations. Miguel found one for me at the Lakewood Commons location. He then went ahead and emailed me a link for payment and told me that Devon at the Lakewood location would have the item pulled and ready for pickup. Devon was equally as helpful when I came to pick up the boxspring. Great experience all round.

We had a great experience with Lisa Williams when we went to purchase a mattress! We used the Mattress Matcher before coming into the store so we had some ideas already, but we didnt know we need the adjustable base and now we do!!! We found a great fit and got a great deal. It was an awesome experience and well be back when the kids need big boy mattresses too.

Lisa Williams helped me select my new mattress. She took a lot of time explaining the differences in each product. I felt she heard my requirements for my guest room needs and guided me to an affordable purchase. This is the third mattress I have bought from Mattress Firm and the other two are still holding up for me. I have recommended this company to several satisfied people, if I ever find a need to buy another mattress, I will choose Mattress Firm.

Before today I thought only AFW was the place to go. However, David changed my mind and my whole experience entirely. I was already pre-approved for a certain amount and he did his absolute best to get what I needed and wanted. He also did it to be a good person, not just to get a sale. I will forever use Mattress Form due to this experience!

Amber is a super star and an unbelievable asset for Mattress Firm. She patiently led me through the process of purchasing an adjustable bed as well as the different mattresses available for the adjustable. The delivery was hampered by the snow storm of the decade but Amber went beyond the call of duty to have a delivery made to the foothills with a pickup as opposed to their standard contracted delivery trucks which had problems making it to our home. If you ever need 5 star service, deal with Amber G. She is amazing!

David Nelson was great to work with and was honest and transparent throughout, he and the rest of the staff were also very flexible and made sure all my expectations were met and that I was satisfied. I highly recommend going to see David if you are looking for a new mattress.

I went to the store to try out the Mattresses a week ago and was greeted by Jason. I told Jason I was looking for a medium/firm mattress, and mentioned that Im on a budget. Jason showed me a few different options, the one I really liked was out of my budget, but Jason was able to find an outlet mattress exactly like the one I wanted that would be within my budget. He also hooked me up with a metal frame and mattress protector. All these items together fit my budget! Jason helped set up the delivery and kept in touch with me to keep me updated. Another associate Ryan, was also helpful when I checked on the shipment status of all my things.Now that Ive tried the mattress for a few days, I gotta say its the best one Ive had, and Ive slept really well for the last few days; no back or neck aches. Its really comfortable and I am very happy with my purchase! Id highly recommend going to this store and working with Jason and or Ryan.

Me and my husband came in to purchase a mattress and Jason helped us find the perfect fit! Not only was he knowledgeable and attentive, he helped us find a mattress that fit all oof ours needs and stayed within budget. We went to a different company when we were shopping and after showing their company mattresses and not finding a fit, they stopped showing us any other options. Very easy shopping experience. Staff showed me multiple options so I could get a sense of the different levels of firmness and newer hybrid styles. I felt no pressure to buy, although I did end up buying the first bed I tried. I considered buying online but then you dont get to try out all the different options.

I began my experience with Mattress Form in Silverthorne where Josh was very helpful in assisting me with finding the best mattress for my daughter and my budget. I left without a purchase, though, as I needed to discuss it and think about it. The next day, I was in Golden when I decided to order that mattress online. Later, I received message that it was back ordered online. Today, I went to the Golden location where the employee helped me to get a refund for my online purchase which is supposed to be completed in a week. Then purchase the same mattress which is available in their shop which is scheduled to be delivered on Sunday.Four stars because the employees exhibited great care in assisting me. Not five stars because of the hassle and the wait for my refund. Other stores are able to tell me when a product is not available online and in which stores I can get it before I give my credit card. Mattress Firm should be able to do the same.

I dread mattress shopping but my experience at Mattress Firm in Colorado Mills was exemplary and turned out to be a true pleasure. The gentleman who assisted me was great to work with, very kind, and guided me to a mattress I love (at least so far--its only day 1!) without any sales pressure whatsoever. He went out of his way to help me get the mattress delivered the same day. Would absolutely recommend this store!

The store was clean, COVID protocols observed, & the process for finding a mattress that would be good for us at a fair price fulfilled our expectations. The person who guided us was professional, helpful, with a good sense of humor, and did a very good job, including not being pushy at making the sale.

Ryan was super helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. He helped us find a bed that wasn’t even in the store but that is similar to one we have now. All in all enjoyed the experience and highly recommend talking with Ryan if you have any mattress questions!

When he called the following day, I had to re-do all the info I had given the day before.He kept going back and forth on dates and what they were able to do, it was very inconvenient.Jason, who apologized profusely, offered to throw in another pillow for our trouble, which I never received.Classic case of a company working hard for your money, but not caring about service once being paid.

While a smaller store, they had enough demos to get a good feel for the mattresses. Jason was very helpful and not too pushy. I appreciated all if the help and comparisons. Something to consider if you do not live around Colorado Mills: Price the delivery service vs. Taking delivery at the store or warehouse. You may avoid a premium sales tax and it may offset the delivery cost.

Anyways purchase our mattresses for mattress firm and it’s alway has been great. Jason helped me pick out the right protector. Not a big sale but I was treated like it was. Great service!!
