Was looking for furnace igniter. Called VP in round lake they gave me the part number and said glens falls had the part. I called ahead and glens falls assured me they had it., (over an hour drive one way). Got to glens falls and they had the part round lake told me about. Too bad round lake gave me the wrong part number. Neither VP location had correct part. Cant think of a better way to spend two and a half hours while my furnace was broke.
