Not great. This place was A+ on point when Nicole was the manager. Now, orders get mixed up, orders are wrong. Today, I was waiting over 15 minutes for my order, while six people behind me got theirs. I asked if they have my order in the queue and somehow that offended the girl making my drink and she gave it to me with attitude. The place can get busy at times, but it was slow so I don’t understand the hold up.I work in town and go here almost every day, but not anymore.It seems like a ship running without a captain and the kids there working just don’t care about customer service.

I always order my mobile order no ice, and they always put full ice in and it’s incredibly frustrating. Like, all they had to do was read the order fully and this wouldn’t be an issue. Very annoying and I will not be going to this location anymore.

The one in Glen Rock still had mint mocha on 31Jan! So I was happy. Its my favorite holiday beverage.

Awesome, unique store! The baristas make it a great experience, especially Carlos. He is always super friendly, welcoming and learns peoples names. Im studying for my boards and this has been a great atmosphere for it.

Service was great. The coffee was nice and hot. We both enjoyed our time at Starbucks. There were 3 children eating some sandwiches and dessert.

Hello all! Your current manager for this location here. I want to apologize for some of the comments im seeing here, we unfortunately lost a lot of great baristas, 6 people, in august, 4 of which were very last minute and we didnt see coming, and another partner has been on medical leave since July and we are hoping for her to come back to us soon. We are working on re-staffing the store and training new partners so that your drinks can be made perfectly and quickly and so that you can have the best experience here! Sorry for the inconvenience of the short staffing, trust me, Im just as upset as some of you may be, but everyone starts from somewhere and all of our new partners are working hard to deliver the best customer experience that they can for all of you!

Really nice location. Fairly quiet in the morning, nice seating outside in warm weather. Nice employees, seem to know every regular which is something lost on other locations.

Cute place that used to be a gas station decades ago. Great coffee for the local crowd. The store is on the small yet it accommodates a good number of people sitting, unlike some in NYC where its almost standing only. Friendly staff always.

I love this Starbucks and the employees are great, except for one KEITH. Every time I come here with the fam he always gets my order wrong and is really rude and does not have no enthusiasm to work. I have a suggestion for the boss either give Keith more training or fire him.

It takes a lot to push me to write a review this is probably my second time, the employee that was prepping had the worst attitude ever, & unfortunately I had to go back to her because Starbucks keeps condiments with them as a safety precaution, she looked at me with complete disgust for asking for condiments giving me sugar without a spoon & honestly if there’s anyone that should be disgusted it should be me ! Don’t know maybe she was having a bad day but if that’s her everyday attitude good luck people .P.s she had a Tattoo behind her ear

Until Starbucks stops making Starbucks the equivalent of refrigerators in the summer, I will be going to all of their competitors before ever going to Starbucks in the summer.In staff is really nice here and this shop has a small but nice layout but you cant walk in here without a winter coat in the summer and apparently that is a corporate decision. But I havent been to the one @ Rt 17 & Century rd because it is always freezing in there too.I was at this Starbucks in winter once and it was nice. If they kept this the right temperature in summer it would get 5 stars. Not the specific locations fault (again, corporate decision), but cold enough for me to ask for my money back and go to Ridgewood Coffeehouse instead because it was so cold in this Starbucks it gave me a headache.But I still lost and hour of work time. Grrr... learned my lesson. Pick Starbucks LAST in summertime unless I have my down jacket with me.
