Great store, neat, clean, & well organized. However, they were out of stock of the bulb I was looking for. But because they were so well organized I didnt have to waste a lot of time to find out.

Quick place to buy parts, or auto stuff. Prices are acceptable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lack of selection kept them from a 5 star rating.

The manager, Armando, did do an excellent job placing my order and saving money at the same time.

Been there twice and every time Ive needed help they refuse to help. Pointed me back to the area that I was already hopelessly checking over for my part... If I didnt need help I would of ordered from Amazon.Lazy... Plain lazy.

Slow service rarely have the items needed, associates arent properly trained. Just a bad experience. Go to the one in Brooklyn Park for a better experience!

Never buy any thing from these guys! I always buy stuff here I may spend thousand of dollars. But I have tries to return 2 sparks plugs, the guy just smell them then he decide to not return, and I sware a God these 2 parks plugs they never ever used.

They usually have the part I need and if they dont theyll order it or tell me where does. Staff is accommodating and knowledgable. I live in the Dena and this place is convenient as can be.

These guys are great, friendly, helpful and FAST!! Ordered a battery online..... went to the store and within 20 minutes I was gone!! The also installed it for free and tested my alternator and starter for free and gave me a copy of the report.Thanks guys!!!!

Nothing explosively different between this Advance Auto Parts store versus the others you may have been to but the staff was always friendly and helpful. They also have a good amount of parts in stock. I recommend you use this store.

Hope thats right he was a very friendly and what he did was notice I was confused trying to find the right wipers for my car and truck. He should be considered an asset to your company!!!!!!!

Great location and they even had what I needed in stock for my old Honda what I didnt appreciate was them trying to tell me I had to put Honda antifreeze in my car and because I didnt that was why my hose blew, but I couldnt put in all makes all model antifreeze. That was unexpected.

Very very poor customer service!!! Today I went there for a few items....first cash register froze...moved over to 2nd register.....super slow....so after scanning items twice at both registers we went to original register...I bought 3 items and the cashier left 2 items at the 2nd register....after successful transaction I was given my receipt and had to go to both registers to get my items because he just walked away.....he was arguing with another employee who basically said we can take it out back Ill show ya what jail life was like..... im very dissatisfied with this store ...maybe its the location ...but that shouldnt have anything to do with the performance of the store

This place isnt that great. Some of the employees seem cool. Some are rude too.The wait time the lines are just unnecessary.If you are next in line and the phones rings they will ignore you.You can buy the same quality or even better quality parts online for the same or even cheaper price and not have to deal with rudeness.

Alls I can say is their staff is very knowledgeable have to be misinformed at AutoZone they knew exactly what engine was in my truck and was friendly and helpful throughout the process

Off brand AutoZone! The staff always ignores you for an annoying amount of time. I would recommend trying across the parking lot and getting into the zone first and then wander over here when they dont have what you need. Then you can go down the street to Pep Boys and also be disappointed!

Terrible service. I was there on Saturday may 20th 2017 and it will be my last time until management changes. I run a local trucking company and we have spent thousands. Thousands at advanced but no more. We will go to napa. 3 employees smoking out front. Two employees behind the counter on their phones. The one other customer in the store was told to hold on as the employee played with his phone. The customer walked off to look at another aisle. I walked up to the counter. Waited several minutes before the same employee (the manager) started yelling for another employee. The manager walked into the back looking for another employee then came back after not find the employee. He then stood right in front of me and went back to his phone. I set my stuff down and walked out. Terrible service. Never again. Ill be using napa or a different location if no other options, this location is not an option.

If you want actual help, go to the one off Ritchie Hwy. in Pasadena or off Fort Smallwood Road. Went in on a weeknight because I needed replacement bulbs for my car. Went to ask the girl behind the counter where they were and she just rolled her eyes and said I guess Ill find them for you. Ok? I guess she forgot that was in her job title. As shes looking on the computer, shes playing on her phone the whole time not paying a bit of attention to the computer. I go to pay for the bulbs and she just rips the money out of my hand and gives me my change. No thank you, nothing. Piss poor customer service here.

This place is horrible. Long waits for no reason other then poor counter help. Workers always talking with each other, or on the phone repeatedly more then checking customers out. Heres a clue; the person on the phone asking about something is not the paying customer standing in front of you trying to checkout. I get needing to answer parts calls; but have one designated person doing so, not the whole store you idiots. Brought vehicle to have code checked, young guys said it was to cold and there was ice today in the parking lot. I parked car at curb next to their door and they still wouldnt go outside. Bunch of young no nothing pu$$ies afraid to get their b@ll$ cold and do some real work. Salvo customer for life now. Salvo always has what I need, fast, knowledgeable guys, no-nonsense. They came right out in the cold and helped me. Always worth the extra dollar to get the better service. Advance is the dollar menu McDonalds auto store. Crap service, long wait, and rude service.
