People would expect to be treated with respect and be given a fair price for honest hard work, however, over the years this has gone away. Like the idea of treating customers as adults with no markups or extra costs and providing a service that is now reserved only for those that have the means to buy it. Instead you get the treatment of manufactured sincerity, something people would learn at a staff meeting, resulting in quality that feels less genuine and more artificial.But, if you come to All Star Collision and Autocare you will get what was once amazing about the term “Made In America”.Case in point, our family had terrible service from past collision shops, either the prices were too high, or the service was subpar, as a result we became jaded and had been very skeptical that someone would treat us fairly and treat our cars with the love and attention we gave them. Our machines have been through some horrendous accidents but, if you look at them today you would think we were lying. That is because of All Star Collision and Autocare.They treated our cars as if they were their children’s providing the service and repair that made them look showroom ready. And if there were mistakes or issues, they were fixed by the staff; many times at no additional cost.In fact, I would say their service is in many ways heads and shoulders above a dealerships. So if you want your vehicle to be treated right, with honesty and respect, please come to All Star Collision and Autocare. Because there, these words still mean something and are not a cheap slogan, made up by a marketing team.So please come here and be treated as how you should be treated.

I had a lug nut stuck in my wheel that was rounded out, as well as had a big scratch in it. Alex was able to get the lug nut out and repaint my wheel. He was very quick and professional and informed me of all the steps he did and why he was doing them and most importantly did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Good price good service

Alex and his crew are absolutely awesome! I called him mid day to fix a flat tire and my bumper, I kept him know Id have to be towed to get my car to him. He said he does towing, he came and picked my car up took me to get my tire fixed and then took me to his shop to fix my car. Everyone else I called said it would take 2-3 days to get the part then fix it, and he was able to fix it that day.I called him a month later because I needed brakes, he closes at 6 and I wasnt able to here until 5:45, he said still come by and Ill fix your breaks. Great customer service! Does a great job!

I had the opportunity to go to the workshop and I liked the service they gave me, besides, it seemed to me that it is an affordable price for the repair that I was going to make to my car, because I quoted in other places and it came out much more expensive, the service was fast and effective.
