Terrible customer service. There was only one employee and she was enjoying being busy with a customer for the 45 minutes I was waiting. Hire more peoples if u want more business. Nobody wanna wait an hour to buy a phone or other accessories. Amazon is way more efficient than u Verizon.

Stopped in at this store about a week ago to upgrade my iPhone. Zach was exceptional to work with and explained all my options as well as options available to add cell service to my Apple Watch. He is calm, has a great sense of humor and is very patient. Zach never belittled me or made it seem that I should have known things about services and products before I walked in the store. I very highly recommend this store for all Verizon wireless services!!

Terrible customer service. I sent my 81 year old mother there for some help with her phone since I live out of town. They were reluctant to help stating they did not have time-even though we made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday. I have 3 lines and 3 phones from Verizon. Really awful.

My wife and I visited the Cox Rd store because we needed new phones. We were greeted right away were eventually working with Zachary, who proved to be helpful. He introduced us to a couple of phone makes based on our descriptions of what we wanted. His knowledge of the features of phones was very specific and eventually we settled on two that we are very pleased with. We highly recommend this store and Zachary!

Parker was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and polite with the service he provided us. My husband switched from android to iPhone and he made the transition go smoothly for us. He even stayed past the store hours to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. Even though the process took a little while, he always kept a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs to get a new phone or needs help with thier phone.

5 stars for Eric K! I went in there to port my existing number to Verizon Network. I was confused of, if I should go with Postpaid or prepaid to the extend that we almost file an application for postpaid, cancelled it and filed another for prepaid and then to my guilt we had to cancel and proceed with the postpaid application. But guess what, Eric was really patient with me and he handled the situation very professionally and with a calm persona! Not every professional has it! Therefore my recommendation is for Eric! To his Bright career profession and service!

Parker went beyond what he needed to do for a customer. I helped to reestablish the memory on my phone. Parker checked to ensure that my phone was not being hacked or had any Viruses. I insisted that I did not wish to take up his time. Parker assured me that he was more than happy to accommodate me. I will definitely return in a couple of months to purchase an I phone. I so appreciated his assistance today. He went beyond the call of duty.

Parker was super pleasant and very attentive at the end of a long Sunday. He was working alone and had several customers all of whom he attended to with kindness and repeatedly thanked for our patience. He multi-tasked to help us all at one, as best he could. I did not intend to be there nearly as long as I was, but despite this, he made it easier to wait and demonstrated exemplary customer service during this time.

Nothing but amazing at this location! James and Jak are exceptional as well as all of the additional staff. I have never had any issues. They don’t haggle you and will break things down so that you’re getting the best deal and make sure you understand what you’re paying for. Also one of the few locations with the screen replacement program. Only Verizon I’ll go to.

I went into this store a few days ago with questions about an upgrade and purchase of an apple watch. I originally spoke with Shane and he was more than helpful! All of my questions I had he had an answer for. I left without upgrading but later that day called to order the watch. When the watch came in (was supposed to be 2 days but was because of ups) I was greeted, but had to wait (no biggie) Parker was eventually the one who helped me. He was awesome the whole time! The whole process was so simple and smooth, he was just as helpful as I needed him to be. They both made it super comfortable for what could have been a lot of awkward silence and waiting. I will 100% be using this Verizon from now on!

Came in to update my phone and the iCloud backup took much longer than expected due to the high amount of data on my phone (no fault on the staff whatsoever). I was helped by Parker and he was very personable, professional, and accommodating. When it appeared the back up would take a while he offered to keep an eye on it and that I could step out for lunch if I wanted which I did and he even recommended a nice place for me. Overall I felt I had an excellent experience here and will be coming back to this location for any needs I may have regarding my phone or phone service.

A HUGE thank you to Parker (Charles) Haley! He was extremely patient and helpful explaining various options and calculating costs for the different upgrades I just did on my plan! He spent time, even after he finished his shift, to make sure everything was set. He was very knowledgeable about current promotions and gave me all of the information to access rebates. When trying to determine which phone was best, he did not recommend the most expensive one as it did not meet my current needs. This shows he is truly supportive of customers! Absolutely the best service I have experienced with any Verizon Wireless store! Rodney and Michael were very knowledgeable and spent alot of time with us answering all of the questions we had. With our family being on a tight monthly budget, they were both very understanding and accommodating with finding the best quality product within our budget. Hands down the absolute best experience Ive ever had with a Verizon store. All of the employees are super knowledgeable, friendly, and a blast to work with. Getting a new phone required me to be there for a couple of hours and I honestly enjoyed every minute. I had a lot of questions and they were amazingly patient while also making me feel at home and let me browse at my own pace. I will return to this store for anything in the future even if I have to drive an hour.

Parker is literally the MOST HELPFUL Verizon employee Ive ever dealt with. He is really nice, knows his stuff, and is actually willing to help a customer with their problem. I always assumed that a helpful Verizon employee was some sort of urban legend, but Parker is the real deal. After we realized that my iPhone had a hardware issue and couldnt be solved in the store, he still worked with me to increase my data and lower the overall cost of my plan.

Store rep. should acknowledge when customers come in if he is serving another customer. If he is going to be a while with a customer he should let others waiting know. I was never acknowledged or spoken to when I arrived. Waited approximately 45 min. (my choice). He was great when my turn came. Bottom line, acknowledge when customers arrive and inform if its going to be a lengthy wait. Other than this small issue, this is my favorite Verizon store.

She was knowledgeable about the products and services that Verizon had to offer. No phone. Ordered phone on Wednesday and was told they would have it in on Friday so no problem to get it Sunday. Sunday we brought our daughter to get her birthday present, the new phone, and it was not there. They said it never arrived Friday and no one bothered to call and let us know. Before I tried this store, Ive only had mediocre service at Verizon stores including the Chicagos flagship store on Mag Mile. I visited this retailer to upgrade my S7 Edge to Note 8 and felt that these guys care about customer satisfaction. They were trying to be more than salespeople and very knowledgable about devices and technology. The store is extremely clean too, so a shout-out to whoever keeps the store clean. Also, I didnt expect it would make a difference when a well-groomed professional takes a good care of your brand-new phone because I often saw salespeople elsewhere blowing off the dust with warm stinky breath which I hated. After upgrading, I had to make a second visit to get a replacement of the tempered glass protector, but they gave me several options including a free replacement, not extra charge. Ive talked to and worked with Shane, Allen and Parker, and they are all great. So, I decided to add one more 5-star review so they keep up their awesome work.

I have tried to come here twice to get a replacement glass screen protector for my phone. The first time, a Saturday morning, there were 6 people in line and one employee. I left without having any contact with the employee. Today I went in and there was one employee and 3 people in line. I told him what I needed and he said they were out of the size needed for my phone (ridiculous since they sell an unlimited replacements package for an absurd amount of money--they should have them in stock). Go somewhere else.

JAK is AWESOME! Ive been having a major issue with my phone, without resolve, so I was advised I needed to do a full reset, against my better judgement. So I went by the Innsbrook location today and put this task on JAK. She spent an endless amount of time with me, never grumbled and was nothing but professional, helpful and top notch. Within minutes fixed & restored my contacts, email, Facebook etc /then explained on ways to work on the problems with my Apple Phone / Earlier in the week spent over 3 hours wait time + 1 hour with Apple Tech at Apple store and they lost all my Business Contacts and didn’t fix my many issues with my Apple 7. - my next phone will not be an Apple and I will go to Go Wireless Verizon store to buy my new phone and continue to get great Tech support with Jax and Parker. Pre-ordered two Galaxy Note 9s. One phone got delayed with an ETA 1 month out; the other phone arrived on time. Their system did not allow me to pickup the phone that had arrived. Store manager said I would have to wait for the delayed phone to arrive to pick up both phones. There was no way for him to override this in the system despite Verizon customer support saying there should be no reason for me to not be able to get the phone that arrived on time now. Take your business to a corporate Verizon store, not an indirect retailer.UPDATE: I contacted the email address in the response to my review and left my contact information and best time to reach me---havent received any call.UPDATE 2: I just learned that the BOGO credits that I was promised never went through. Their manager was supposed to do a manual override for my specific case, and it never happened. They tricked me into buying two $1,000 phones, making me think Id receive one for free. STAY AWAY!

I was given the iPhone 10 as a Christmas gift. I went to the Verizon store at Willow Lawn, Richmond VA to have my new phone activated and purchase new accessories. My experience was so horrific and disgusting due to the Verizon representative I walked out without my phone being activated and no purchases. I vowed at that moment I would be switching to ATT as soon as I got back in town the next day.Because I was unable to get my purchases I needed to stop at a different Verizon, which I did at the go wireless verizon store located at Innsbrook next to Dairy Queen.The rep there was SO NICE and helpful and ask me to allow him an opportunity to make it right as my experience was not how he wanted me to think of Verizon.Today, 2/19/18, I came back in and saw the same rep Parker who recognized me and immediately began to assist me with the set up of my phone. He was patient and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Because of Parker and he willingness to correct the other stores lack of customer service and ensure my experience was completely different, I will remain a Verizon customer which I have been for over 15 years.Thanks Parker, you are a true asset to the Verizon enterprise.
