I can honestly say the workers are awesome they have great customer service skills, there’s a young man with piercings on his face that is so humble &* very respectful.. he helped me with setting up my phone he took his time and all, not to mention how cleanliness the store is ... overall my experience was not bad

They open later than stated hours & dont answer the phone.

The staff is always so helpful. I am not the best with technology, but they are always willing to help me figure out how to do whatever Im trying to do. Or help me figure out what I did wrong that had all sorts of crazy things popping up and making sounds.

This Metro is out of my way, but I go here because the woman that works there is so nice and helpful. She should train other stores about their customer service!

Terrible service. Rude solo employee. Had their friend at the counter talking about a phone case for 30 min at the least. It took 20 min to greet me . And I ended up walking out because how unprofessional she was. Dont waste your time driving there go to another.

Cancelling my account after only three days. Rude, unprofessional staff. Paid extra to have tempered glass cover to protect my screen...didnt put the right size on. Phone fell 8 onto a RUBBER floormat tempered glass is fine, phone screen SHATTERED. The guy there basically said youre beat. Contacted NBC10 to investgate shady business practices. Whatever you do DONTGO THERE!

Waited outside the store for about 30 before the cashier opened the door for me. I was told she was taking out the trash. What trash takes that long and why wouldnt someone else be there to cover her? Not going there on a lunch break ever again.
