Poor customer service !!Save your money and Time. Use Partstree.com. I’ve been waiting over a month for a part from Vance. Get the same parts cheaper and faster. It’s a shame to say the least.

Waist of fuel and time wanted 38 plus dollars for 61 turf tiger blades very unprofessional attitude. I have three scag units I will never patronize that facility again. What a embarrassment to scag .!!!!!

I have bought all three of my mowers from here. However the last time I took my mower in to be worked on they kept it for 5 weeks and never turned a bolt on it.I got excuses everytime I checked on it the last straw came when I checked on it and the guy behind the counter said nothing has been here that long, he was proved to be a liar when he looked at the work order.I loaded it up and left and have never been back. Thats been over 3 years ago.

We purchased our zero turn Cub Cadet and have never had an issue with Vance. The staff is polite and helpful though there is a bit of a wait as they are usually busy with a ton of customers. Thats a good thing though. I love that they will pickup and deliver your mower when service is needed. Saves me a ton of trouble when Im doing yard-work on my own when Husband has overtime. I no longer have to worry about waiting for him to be able to repair or take to Vance.

PLEASE!!! DO NOT do business with this company save yourself the money and the frustration!!!! worst service Ive ever had to deal with!!!! Anyone saying they had good service with this company probably knows them or works for them!!! I was told professional And Timely service!... But,,, 17 days after I had payed for equipment, being disrespected over the phone, and (called a liar for saying, I was given dates for drop off.) no returned phone calls... I had enough!!! I wanted my money back and was ready to move on to a company that wanted my business and was respectful of my needs as a consumer. At the end of the ordeal I lost close to a thousand dollars, so please be careful and read the find print on the return policy. I didnt even receive some items but still lost 20% of the purchase price on those items. I will warn everyone about how horrible this business is.
