My mother sent me an arrangement for my 19th birthday today; and I wasnt expecting many gifts in the midst of a pandemic. The love and care that my birthday arrangement was made with reminded me of the 19 years of love and affection which Ill never be able to repay. I will say that the delivery person and the person who put together my birthday fruit arrangement both deserve a raise so that they may be able to feed their families during crisis-ridden time. Extraordinary job, Edible Arrangements!

They made Chocolate Covered Strawberries for my mans Birthday. They Looked AMAZING! I enjoyed watching him Savory each one!

We drove by to pick up an arrangement to celebrate Valentines day this morning. There were only a few products to choose from, Im guessing bc they had those ready and the people who ordered before today are the priority. However, the lady who assisted us was very nice and I LOVE the arrangement we bought today. I tried the cheesecake with the chocolate covered strawberries first, and WOW, yummy!

Our order had some complexity and needed scheduled for a new delivery date, and they were very accommodating and made it easy. Highly recommend.

I do not see how folks gave this place such a good rating. I paid extra to have a delivery made same day. My friend never received her gift. I called to check on it and there was no reason given as to why it was not delivered. I was never notified there was a problem with the order. When I called to ask about it people were abrupt and rude. I would think if as a business you just totally failed to deliver one would try and contact the customer to let them know what is up. Apparently someone else failed to get their order because they were at first saying they got my message I had left that morning which I had not. They sounded extremely disorganized. Not again.

WOW! If you pre order and decide to have your arrangement delivered make sure you block out your entire day to wait for it to show up! The cable guy got here before the edible arrangements guy did!😧If your trying to make it a surprise to the recipient make sure you have enough to things occupy them while they wait. Unbelievable!

I would definitely recommend this location! I ordered a birthday arrangement and when we went to pick it up, they were closed. I checked the time and although it said they should be open, the door was locked so we went home. I called and left a message and within 5 minutes, the manager Rachel called me back. She ended up bringing the arrangement to our home herself. Awesome customer service!!!

A few days ago a staff member helped out my wife who placed an order online on my behalf for my daughter to receive an arrangement on her birthday. We were concerned about my daughters allergy to pineapple and expressed this to this young lady via phone. The staff member who my wife believes her name is Michelle (At the Gilbert store) informed her our order was already on its way but she would have the order pulled and would have a new batch delivered that would be carefully dipped in chocolate not cross contaminated with pineapple. The strawberries were made over and delivered on time to my daughter. We are grateful and delighted with the service we received. We say give Michelle a raise for great customer service! :-) Thanks.

Placed a Valentines order online on their website. Waiting to get a confirmation email about my order, but never received one. I called the Gilbert location where my order was placed, sat on hold for 10 mins and finally a girl picks up the phone and says Sorry, but we are not answering the phone anymore today and hangs up. All I wanted was to know if my order was received or not. I know Valentines day is probably their busiest day of the year, but she could of at least let me ask one question, thats all. Pretty sad.

Just picked up my online order, my arrangement is so sloppy and it’s missing the I love you pop, which between the two arrangements that has one and doesn’t is like a 20 dollar difference. Wasn’t offered a reason why it wasn’t there or a refund or anything. Very disappointed.

Ive purchased from this location for several years and have always been very satisfied. Ive generally ordered a few days before the occasion and picked up the items in the store. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient (even during busy holiday seasons). The online ordering is simple and I think the descriptions/photos accurately represent the actual products. The fruit itself has always been fresh and delicious... my wife and daughter absolutely love it.

Order a edible arrangement, didn’t have 1/2 of what the description on my invoice stated, yah all the fruit was there, but maybe 50% of the chocolate dipped items . Called the store twice the person answering said manager will call me back that was a week ago and still no call.

Unbelievable, you guys will lose your business quick if you run your business in this ridiculous manner. I dont know if I am a rare case or you have many past customers who lodged this same complaint. I highly suggest the owners of this business to review your management and employee lack of work standards.I placed an order yesterday through your online booking system. Delivery location is about couple of miles away from your Gilbert store and order confirmed to be delivered next day (Friday) to place of business during normal hours. This was for my wifes birthday surprise.I was texting my wife late in the afternoon (3:40 pm) and asked if she received anything because she would normally call me earlier to thank me. My wife claim nothing was delivered. Immediately, I was thinking something must have gone wrong with the order at this store if the delivery was not completed this late in the day.I called the store and an employee named Kirin answers. I tell him of my order situation and all of sudden he becomes silent and precariously apologize.He said, I dont know where the driver is or can contact the driver because we had to use another stores driver today as we are very busy. We try and make all business delivery early and prioritize this with our drivers.First, I think he just made up this concoction because they never made the order. Also, I dont believe at all that you cannot reach your driver even if its from another partner store. You guys are in the business of delivery. How can you say you cannot communicate with your drivers when your business core foundation is dependent on your drivers being punctual.He tells me he will check with the driver store and will call me back in 30 mins.I get a call back from Rhonda (manager) and she states that delivery will most not likely occur today because they at extremely busy. I was furious inside as she is insinuating that my business is not important than others? She then says, Can we deliver to your house?. How can she even say this? From this point, I knew they did not even make my order and tried lying with theae ridiculous excuses. I said to her, No, please cancel my order. This is very upsetting that you guys cannot commit to the business you sell and you fail to contact your customer early enough so they can make other arrangements. She says, I am sorry but we were very busy today again.After my disappointing call with Rhonda, I called Edible corporate to lodge a formal complaint for this store. I would hate for someone else having to go through this same experience as I encountered with this store. Birthday comes only once a year and the employees at this certain store just totally ruined my wifes day.This was my first time ordering from Edible and was hoping to use them for many other occasions. Now, this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I feel reserved about using this service again. I understand this issue could be an isolated case only to this franchise store. However, failing to do your job and using excuse like we are very busy is not right way to do any business. I sincerely hope the owners take serious notice of what occurred to me and correct this failure.

LESS than 1 star. Ordered a wonderful boquet for my daughters birthday and at 1pm the delivery driver called to ask if she could meet her at the visitors desk. I located my daughter and within 15 minutes she had someone go down to pick it up. No delivery, and the driver would not answer nor return our calls. I finally called the store and spoke with an incredibly rude lady that informed me she told her driver to move on that enough time had been wasted and that I could come to pick it up. Nice birthday suprised ruined. I asked for a refund and was shorted around $20. Ray Road Edible Arrangents, you should spend some time filtering through your applicants because your staff is costing you income as well as reputation.
