Im sorry to say but Big Lots looks like they are hanging on by a string! Very slim pickins! This is the second Big Lots Ive been in over the last couple of weeks! And from this one too the other one they have very limited stock anymore!Not sure whats going on but hopefully they will get back to having all the things I shopped there for!

I like Big Lots I am able to get the snacks I like at a reasonable price. I also looked new checkout area. However I have noticed for some months now that they are not stocking the shelves on a regular basis. I dont know if they are not get shipments or dont have the staff to stock items but it has been a ongoing issue for sometime now.

Wonderful experience. I went to Big Lots today. I bought a King Size bed frame. I was well received and attended to by the staff on duty, (the bed section). Very diligent and cooperative staff.

Super friendly staff. Beware not everything is a savings over your local grocery store. Great variety and probably the cleanest big lots I have ever been to.

Had an item that I realized was damaged once I got home. Returned it today. Super easy. Exchanged for a non-damaged item. In and out in under 5 minutes. Pleasant service.

Always a good idea to start with Big Lots. They have any itam not clothes. Outside, Inside furniture cooking itams variety of foods and products Im never disappointed with Germantown Big lots they get better each year thats why I own the stock.

Purchased sofa and less then 30 days it went on sale $100 less. Night manager was nice to refund cash or store credit. Love that they keep their return policy. Will purchase again from this store. Thanks

Good experience. Be careful, some prices are not as competitive to Target and Wal-Mart as you would think. Most are though. Compare prices, dont just assume! Of course, many know that dollar stores have some lower prices because of smaller packaging and near dated items. Definitely sign up for their rewards program.

They carry some pretty unique items. The Amazon plantain chips are one of them. A surprisingly affordable selection of furnitures as well.

This store is spacious and clean and the associates in the furniture section were helpful. I was disappointed that this location doesn’t sale microwaves but other area big lots do offer them for sale however the Customer service is good and I have to applaud their professionalism . Please be careful if you buy furniture from this store they outsource it to 3 different local moving companies if you need this service that are very expensive. I paid 135 bucks for someone to move one small sofa and a recliner that was already in a large box. While I do have stairs involved where I live I paid double for 3 sets of stairs that are literally 7steps in them each. I was quoted 75 bucks for up to 3 items plus ten bucks extra for stairs if they are involved in the move. A simple move turned in turned into an additional 60 dollars because my second floor apparently had multiple stairs they calculated and their formula was shady at best. I also had to wait for the movers to get off work and they came in the evening after 8 hours of me purchasing the set from big lots This whole transaction was shady and I can say while my intelligence was insulted I would never never deal with any of their local movers they recommend again. I had a few more other things I needed moved but based on the false representation I will definitely find someone else. So beware of the independent movers they recommend when purchasing furniture they are expensive and one of the companies they try to always recommend has a shady formula if you have any stairs involved in your move. While I do understand business the fact that he acted as if he had to climb multiple stairs were outrageous. These guys were finished moving my small sofa and one recliner that was in a box in 15 minutes yes 15 minutes. SoCustomers beware if you buy anything have your own overs involved you will thank me later! While I paid the guys in full because I needed the service I would definitely never recommend this company or anyone ! Don’t let them lie to you in the store claiming it will only be 75 bucks if you have any stairs involved they will try to double the price quotes and act as if you didn’t state all the stairs involved !one of the movers when I asked him about the calculation and stairs and why he couldnt even factor in a reasonable rate told me the associate at big lots will tell you anything to move the stuff out of the store! Definitely be careful the 10 dollar per step while I understand is definitely a creative hustle. You can find cheaper movers available so take your time and do so! For the price of the move if I added a few more coins I could have purchased another recliner! While I don’t expect anything cheap or anything free I do expect fair and honest business tactics especially when a national brand store is associated with the process and or they contract them out to different movers and publicize their business.

Was there yesterday. Not much by way of Christmas items but a great variety of gift ideas and food stuff.

Best Big Lots ever! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager NEVER goes home! Hes often doing stock work or greeting customers. I hit this place almost weekly and definitely take advantage of all the Big Lots Buzz Club rewards too!

Great place where I basically got a job offer over the phone, they are hiring. Call and ask for John, hes the guy to get you hired. Adam is a great guy, hes the store manager.

Ive been to other Big Lots and this one stands out. Its very clean and has a ton of seasonal items for Christmas.Their lights are pretty cheap and work just as well as the ones youd spend alot more for a Home Depot or Lowes.The staff were also very friendly and helpful- much different than other Big Lots locations.

I went in there to see what do they have. They had what a dollar store would have and some of their items are dirty and looked used. I did see some $5 headsets, probably cheaply made so I didnt buy them. Theres really nothing in there worth buying.

Employees unfriendly, some merchandise beyond expiration date or bare shelves.The managers dont speak to customers and walk around as though theyre above uslittle people (customers who help keep themin their jobs). I guess if the managers areunfriendly, the employees will be too. I livein Germantown, but dont shop here muchanymore, go to the Gaithersburg storeinstead.

I like Big Lots: the product selection is weird, but if you find what you like, they have great prices. For instance, for some reason they have a great selection of inexpensive fine preserves.
