Love bath and body works. Always every location staff is great. This is not a bad review on the location.With that being said. We tried to come early shopping since we are in town. Based off the time it says 9am. We came and then saw a sign put off to the corner saying not open till 10. Would have been nice to know in advance could have planned our morning trip different.

I loved the store and buy lots of stuff. Through time, some of the brands are disconnected and fading away. You may not have much of a choice like Rockville location like it used too.On my second note, almost all the the people are very helpful and polite. However, the cashier (Nicole) is extremely rude for her second time. I heard from other customers as well and now forced to put in here.

Found exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean and the aisles were neatly arranged. The young lady who checked me out was super nice.

I recently ordered couple items for my daughter first bday from Bed Bath and Beyond online. The ordering process was so easy and super fast. I received my order in a timely manor as well as on the exact day that was specified. I’m so excited and can’t wait to try out this new item with her!!

Great location and parking, very good in customer service amongst floor staff. Hit or kiss with cashiers. Selection is low, probably die to COVID. However, i usually find great bargains each time I go.

I love BB&B this is a smaller store but its always clean and organized. You can always find help when you need it. The sales people are always pleasant.

One of the best well stocked and knowledgeable sales and customer service staff in bed bath & beyond history. Rival only by the now closed Gaithersburg location. This facility has a key machine that requires a credit card. This is now my number one choice in bed bath & beyond ahead of the Rockville store which is almost as good its just a lot more popular and therefore crowded. Now only if they could improve the recently improved website it needs vast and dramatic improvements. Incorporating vast and dramatic improvements into their website I would buy a lot more from bed bath & beyond as compared to Amazon.

Found what I was looking for and it wasnt even that hard. Sometimes it can be difficult to locate what you were looking for because the stores are so huge now but this worked out really well no. Ive always liked Bed Bath & Beyond and I like it still. Theres nothing like convenience

Germantown store has worst costumer care and unprofessional employee . They did know how to take care of costumer. Bad attitude and not respectful. At this situation of economy BBB should care of costumer who wants to spend money there.

Great store for home goods. They have basic cheaper brands for people who just want something simple but also very nice high level name brands for those people who want more elegant things. They have kitchen items, bathroom items, bedding and even cooking equipment. The few employees whom I have dealt with were nice.

Curbside pickup was awesome- fast and convenient

Cashier was rude and bias. I picked up a wood wick oil fragrance on the shelf it said it was $24, but todays its on sale for $18. When I told her about it she argued with me that it wasnt on sale because it wasnt ringing up in the computer. She automatically assumed I was just trying to get a deal and was trying to give her a hard time. Finally a manager or another employee with sense came up and told her that it was ok to ring it up. That cashier was rude, bias and obviously not trained to deal with customer.

There are always deals... just have to look. I got a Instant Pot for $40. They also honor expired coupons and you can stack them. Legit

There is always something to catch your eye in these stores and it smells good too. I bought a Rachel Ray pot on sale under $30.00 with $10.00 off coupon. Winning !!

Gabe went ABOVE & BEYOND with his customer service. I was looking for a pineapple slicer and couldn’t find it. I didn’t even need to ask for help he came up to me (probably cause I looked clueless af lol) and offered to help me and even though they didn’t have them in the front of the store he went to the back not once but TWICE to find it and HE DID! Not once did I even have to ask for any of this! Great customer service!!!
