Former employee. The crew at the location is great, which is the only reason this isnt 1 star.When I left I let the owner know how embarrassing it is that our equipment was old and broken down, but they refused time and time again to do anything. Today before I left both forklifts were down and left us with no way to move items, resulting in very poor treatement from customers that never care. Upon leaving I emailed the owner (Corporate is in Minnesota.) to let him know how embarrassing it was that this location is treated so poorly and was only given a response of Thank you.Theyve never even visited this location. I strongly suggest any other auction.

First time visiting this sight. Interesting everything they have and am waiting for additional RVs to be listed that we looked at.

Facility is not big enough for all their merchandise. Long wait times and disorder. Company headquarters is in Minnesota and they dont care about Texas and any weather (snow)that befalls it.

Bad service. Bought a car said it ran but didn’t. A bunch of stuff not listed wrong with it. Did nothing to help with the car.

Love this place. This location has a great crew, they have really pulled it together. Employes (Kenneth,Brian,Calvin) are exceptional. They are very hard working and polite. I will recommend this company to all of my clients if it stays this way.
