I went down to HPP was a little worried everybody says they take a long time my car took a little bit of time they do have a lot of customers and they have knowledge the shop was incredible! It was definitely worth the wait. I have had horror stories with other shops. HPP was able to fix all of those issues and more. I recommend not going to another shop because their wait times might be less. They will mess you up BUT HPP will do it right the first time!

I really wanted to bring my business here. But after the gentleman who answer the phone scorched me for attemptingA budget build on a stock 2v crank. I’ve decided maybe not. Super rude. I couldn’t believe the way he was speaking to me. Not everyone wants a high horse power build. Maybe I wanted to test out how Much a stock bottom end would take for the fun of it. Yet he proceeded to speak to me Like a child. Idk how good there services are but I’ll never find out. Thank you that man. I was in such shock I forgot to get his name.

If you’re not driving a mustang, don’t bring it here. I have a gen 5 camaro with open suggestions to gain horsepower and Brad recommend an On3 single turbo kit. With HPP being “highly “ reputable, I went with it. After waiting months, I brought my car in. Did not fit perfectly. There’s rubbing when I turn left, and rubbing when I turn right. When I told them about this, they said bring it back and they would check it out. After checking it out, they said it’s not a big deal and I would be better off spending money on other upgrades instead of fab work?? I wouldn’t consider this standing behind the work they do. I paid too much money for a Chinese turbo kit not to fit perfectly. Overpaid for the shop name for sure. After another visit, I learned that they did the same thing to a Camaro the same year as mine. Same problems too. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but just want your money.

Took my car here for a dyno tune expecting it to only take a day, at the end of the day they needed to keep the car because the SCT device crashed which was no problem I understand things happen, but it was one thing after another after this. The next day comes and they need to keep the car again because there are still issues they can not figure out, soon after they needed to get their ford guy to flash the car to OEM stock which took almost 3 weeks to get him to their shop. After the flash they still dont know what is going on, car has same codes as before, so a month after I dropped my car off I pick it up on the stock file no tune from them. They also told me they would work with SCT to figure out the problem and call me its been a month since then and no call. I took my car to a different shop took him 1 day for the tune on HP tuners with no problems at all.

If you’re an automotive enthusiast, gear head or racer this is the only place to do business to feed your horsepower addiction. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. “Light” atmosphere. Great shop and skilled technicians. My truck was as spotless coming out as going in. Manny works his magic on the tuning and makes it all come together. I already have more projects lined up for my f150.

I was very patient and still displeased with their efforts to write a tune on my 6.4 swapped challenger. I had multiple issues with idle and surge which I was forward about from previous tuners unsuccessful in fixing. I spoke with tuner on all the mods and was cool to watch the car on the dyno. Roughly after two weeks exact same issues!... I brought it back and left it for two weeks only to find out they had it done in a day and never called me. I told them when dropping off if they need someone to drive it for a few days go ahead. They said it was good and two weeks later same issues.... I’m on my third time back and the tuner spends maybe 15minutes with it. He relearned the ETC and reset the adaptive and some other minor tweaks. Claimed there could be an electrical gremlin. Asked to do data logs which I couldn’t because I never bought the HP tuner and I told them this from the beginning...... I ended up finding a more Mopar based tuner and he did it all remotely and no more issues!!.... If you have a Ford product I’m sure these guys could help you but their free tunes for life is a joke.... I wouldn’t recommend them to tune my lawnmower!

Theyre not up to date with giving customers with 2019+ sierra owners tune info. They made me an appointment at 1030am. Tuner guy shows up at 12:01p.m. just to let me know my trucks computer was locked and couldnt be tuned! Lost 4 hours of my day! 40 min drive to get there and 40 mins to get back home! All they said was sorry! I dont recommend them at all!

My car was at another shop for 8 MONTHS for exhaust fabrication and dyno tune. That shop eventually gave up and said they could not get the car to idle and claimed that something had to be wrong with the brand new Zero mile motor that I put in. I dropped my car at HPP on a Monday and it was ready the following Thursday running like a CHAMP! It was a tuning issue and they corrected in within 3 days. Brad was very helpful also and explained everything. This is the only shop I will take my car to in the future. Greatly appreciated!

Fantastic experience at HPP! Brad is very responsive and always willing to help me with any questions or advice on my car. I brought my 2012 GT500 in for long tube headers a better CAI and lots of suspension work. Manny tuned the car in a couple hours and was able to get significantly more power out of the car than I anticipated. It made almost 730whp and Im super happy with it. Would highly recommend HPP for any performance work.

The shop seemed very cool at first, when I picked my car up and after I paid I found out they installed cheaper parts on my car than what we talked about. I took my car to another shop to get there mistakes fixed. Will never do business with them again. Manny and brad are not honest people.

If your looking to throw your money away this is the place for you I ordered a set of stage three Comp Cams HPP told me that the Cams were there own special grind Comp has been producing them for over 19 years HPP has only been in business since 2002 besides do you think a multi million dollar company needs a back water shop for their grind then I have some beachfront property in Arizona you may be interested in,so anyway HPP charged me $649.99 plus $25.00 shipping the price from Comp direct is $628.63 and they dont charge shipping for orders over $50.00 not only that but when the Cams came in they would not give me the numbers to set them up.I did get a tune from them some time back which I found out later that they did not perform the tuning correctly but thats another story. So save your money and find a professional tuning shop

Decided to have my car dynoed here. I just randomly decided to see what kind of business men they were. After they found out I only wanted it dynoed and not tuned I knew it was gonna be something. Payed for for 3 pulls and only got two. Tune man comes back and says he doesn’t want to make the 3rd pull because it needs to be tuned. The results show that it was pulling timing. I intentionally left the a/c running to see if they would catch it but not only did they not catch it they dynoed it while it was hot. I had about 10k in my pocket at the time that I had planned on leaving with them but after I saw that I decided to take my business elsewhere. The next day I dynoed it and it made 556 to the wheel. Good help is hard to find I guess!!

I know people have mixed comments, but these are some down to earth real people. They dont price gouge, they charge to the time it took and not over charge because the book said something more than it took them. Custom crafting can be pricey, but they still cut me a break on some costs with that. This is the first place i feel comfortable taking my supersnake.

These guys are well worth the money, they get straight to it and are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you are happy with your build or tune.

After hearing that a few people that work there laughed about what happened I decided to write a review even tho it happened a few years ago. I took my car there after blowing my motor. I was promised a built stroker motor with a 6-speed cobra tranny for a very good price. I dropped my car off and paid in full. Weeks after the due date of my car being ready had passed I was finally informed that my bill was $8,000 dollars more what I was quoted and I would not receive my car until the balance was paid. I spoke many times to them explaining how it was not my fault for the price quote and they refused to give me my car. I had to sell the car to pay off my balance just so they would not have a chance to put a lien and keep my car. I will not take away the fact that they do excellent work but this deal was heartbreaking. Honor your mistakes if your employees drop the ball.

The absolute worst experience I have had with any business period. Let water get all in my car witch fried my Sct chip, took my sct ba 3000 off my car and put it on another customers car without even bothering to tell me about it. Let my car sit for over three months with apparently no intent to work on it, then at the end of it all that tried to charge 500 bucks for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
