Had the best experience with Starkey Automotive! Larry and Debbie were so friendly and made sure I was completely satisfied with my car. They went above and beyond to make sure my car looked like it was new!When my car was ready, I walked over to see the finished work and one of the staff members, Dustin was touching up paint scratches all around my car just because! Didn’t even ask them to do that. I was completely blown away. They truly wanted to make sure I was happy and felt confident driving away in my car. They are quick, trustworthy and are very reasonable with pricing.

Hands down, the best professional in North Dallas. Not only experienced, and know how to detect exact issues, they are more transparent than words can explain. In a business where most people know nothing about (including myself), I typically have to take the word of the professional. The best thing about Starkey is the communication and as a customer, knowing what is going on, why, my different options, the risk/rewards of each, and then the customer makes the call. Theres an extreme comfort feeling that you know this firm will shoot you straight, they do great work with only what is needed (and not try and up-sell you a dozen things you dont need), and have the most competitive prices anywhere. The character is impressively classy above and beyond expectations.

Scammers!! They collected $2.5 k from the job weve been working on and then and refused to pay us a share for the estimates we wrote on 2 vehicles for them (White Dodge 1500 and Red Dodge 2500). Will not recommend to work with!
