I ordered a replacement board for my Samsung TV. It was shipped promptly. I installed it but it did not fix the problem. Great prices great customer service, please support them! I purchased multiple TV boards (Power, Main, and Tcon) to try and fix my TV that would no longer turn on. I sent them an email for advice and they responded within 24 hours. My issue ended up being the Tcon board and I was able to return the Power and Main boards I purchased. These guys are very responsive, give great advice, LOCAL, and cant beat their prices. Would not hesitate going to them again or recommending them to anyone.

I ordered a power supply board from ElectroParts. The board was inexpensive and it came quickly. The nice thing with ElectroParts is they really take the risk out of trying to fix your old TV. With their generous shipping and returns policy, you wont end up spending a lot of money and still having a broken TV. Give that TV repair a shot. This is a great company, Erica took the time to get the right Power Board to me! I had a couple of setbacks with the first one not the being the correct board, the replacement was damaged in shipment. In the end the final Power Board works great! Symptom of standby light but not powering on indicated likely the main board. I ordered main which was delivered free ship within a couple of days. Turned out it was the power board. I emailed Electro for a return and they quickly emailed me a return 2 day priority shipping label to print and use for free ship. The power board was out of stock, so I ordered one elsewhere which solved my problem. I corresponded with Darlene Garcia whom was very gracious and understanding. So far they are out two shipping labels without profiting from me. So I will spread the word in appreciation, and check them out next time I need a part. They will also work with you with free tech support to try and narrow down your problem thus limiting the back and forth of purchasing the wrong part. They stand by the integrity of their parts with a 180 day warranty and accept returns even if you ordered the wrong part. Cant ask for any more. So I recommend doing business with them as it likely will save you money and time dealing with outlets that dont accept returns.

Their prices are very good and their return policy is second to none. I recently needed a power supply board for a Samsung plasma. They sent the correct board but it was defective. I had the option of a refund or a replacement. I opted for the replacement (at no charge to me). The second board worked perfect but then the X-Main board went south. I ordered that board, it arrived in short order and now my 10 year old plasma is working perfectly. That is the best $75 Ive spent.

My experience with ElectroParts has been amazing! I ordered a part for my tv which was not only the best price I could find online but also shipped to me within 2 business days! Vizio TV died after a relatively short life span. It had been behaving strangely, but I didnt himk much about it. Googled the problem and came across Electropartsonline. Information available pointed to power or main boards. The power board was cheaper so I started there. Didnt fix the issue so I ordered the main board. Presto! Works like a charm. Asked to return the power board and they just gave me a refund. Instructions and coaching were easy to follow. I had a problem with my Samsung TV LN46A750R1FXZA automatically shutting off by itself after 20-25 minutes. You would then hear a clicking sound of the tv trying to turn itself back on to no avail. I first thought it was a power issue but the folks at Electroparts said I needed a new mainboard (video board). The wrong board was sent initially but they quickly corrected it, however it didnt resolve the issue. I asked for the power board to be sent but it still didnt resolve the issue. I was ready to give up, but George convinced me to try the T-Con board. It was a bit expensive compared to the other boards so I asked for a reduced price and I was granted my suggested price. They sent it and wouldnt you know... it worked! They paid for all the shipping back and forth and the returns/exchanges of the boards that didnt work so needless to say, I am a happy customer.

This Company was selling a TV power supply on Ebay for $32.99 with a best offer button. I gave a offer of $26.50 and i was waiting back from electroparts_warehouse that was now is considering my offer as listed in my message box. Upon waiting, i got a answer that my offer was turned down and that was okay, but no counter offer was made from the seller and that was okay too. Now that my offer was no good for the seller and ended, the seller relisted a new higher price for the power supply from the Original price of $32.99 to a New price of $69.99 ????? I been in business since 1994 and i never would do something to a customer like electroparts_warehouse did. That is totally unprofessional and unfair business practices.
