This place kind of needs to get its services right

If youre thinking about switching to Boost be warned, you are bound for one year. They advertise as a month-to-month service, but your phone is locked for a year. That means, if you decide to switch carriers, you will be unable to do so. I switched to Boost about 5 months ago. I bought a brand new sprint phone, cash, to activate on Boost. Activation went smooth and things were rolling. After some time we were unable to make calls, receive calls, or text from our home. Turns out the network is poor in Mission Viejo and surrounding areas. Eventually the network stopped responding altogether with one of the phones on the plan. We were forced to go to another provider. We switched to T-Mobile after finding out our phones were compatible. T-mobile sent us the chip to insert into our phones that would activate it on the T-Mobile network. However, because Boost locked our phones we are unable to switch providers. Mind you, I have already paid for T-Mobile service. Now we have no phones to use and told me I have to wait a year to get unlocked. This is a terrible company with even worse coverage. Youve been warned.

Very helpful staff.They dont charge you taxes to make your monthly payment and ! And they have better offers than the ones you can find online even in the boost mobile website .Ill be coming back here for sure !

Claims to open at 9 here we are still waiting 9:30. They cant even get to work on time and there is three people waiting here as well very dissapointed

Online they charge you taxes when making your payment but here in the store they do not charge you, good offer I will return every month.
